UPDATE (6 July 2012, 04:00 PM EST): Today was promoted to be the biggest day in the week-long AESAONE festival in Washington DC that is funded by the beggar Woyanne junta in Ethiopia. As the video below shows, the very few people who went to the 45,000-seat RFK Stadium, were hiding themselves in shame as they made their entry. Out of the 300,000 Ethiopians who reside in the Washington DC area, less than 500 showed up.

UPDATE (5 July 2012, 01:34 PM EST): Patriotic Ethiopians in the Washington DC area are organizing another big demonstration against the Al Amoudi Woyanne festival at the RFK Stadium Friday starting at 3 PM. The purpose of the demonstration is simple: To derail the festival that is being funded by money stolen from the people of Ethiopia.

UPDATE (4 July 2012, 06:45 PM EST): As expected, no more than 100 Ethiopians showed up at the Al Amoudi festival on Wednesday in the RFK Stadium that has 45,000 seats. Desperate for attendees, the organizers were handing out free and discounted tickets to Americans in DC to watch famous American rappers. Some of the rappers did not even show up after finding out who is behind the concert. On Friday, they have a concert by several Ethiopian musicians who are flown from Addis Ababa for the occasion. Patriotic Ethiopians in the Washington DC area are mobilizing to confront them outside the RFK Stadium. The protest start at 3 PM. Be there and give voice to the voiceless Ethiopians back home.

Al Amoudi and his thugs will face another disaster today when no body shows up to participate in their Woyanne festival in Washington DC’s RFK Stadium. They spent close to a million dollars to pay well-known American rappers to sing this evening (July 4). We have received information that some of the rappers, such as T.I. canceled their appearance after learning that the money they are being paid was stolen from the people of Ethiopia. Among the Ethiopian singers, Kuri was fired by her Ethiopian employers after they found out that she is planning to sing for Woyanne… stay tuned for more update

    In regards to these organizers, I have a lingering question for all of you good folks. What kind of stomach do these individuals have to take money that was skimmed away from hungry and even starving people to do nothing but party with it? How!!! How can they sleep with it? My creed does not allow me to question their being humans by creation but what possessed them to take this ill-gotten money just to spend it like it is not worth anything? I am having a hard time explaining such wickedness to my children. Or is it becoming too common for our country, the country that produced all those principled heroes we all know, all of a sudden has began incubating such mean-spirited elements? How? How? Is motherland hatching heartless individuals and monsters by a boat load? I can’t even begin to fathom their cruelty.

  8. The RFK stadium in Washington, D.C. looks like a ghost town this week except for the very few meles/alamoudin hooligan hodams. These belly lovers at RFK are trying to cover their humiliating loss by shameless photomontaging and other odious techniques. Whatever camera and editting tricks they tried to apply, they cannot hide the fact that the stadium has been empty since day 1. They tried to move the still images so that it looks like a filmed video footage but they failed miserably ending up cheating only themselves. The Ethiopian people are much smarter than these few bubbleheads who are swelling their bellies with the blood money looted from the Ethiopian people by meles/alamoudin mafia terrorist group. The hodam ridiculous group at RFK in D.C. will never get a penny from their terrorist paymasters meles/almoudin next year and beyond because they have nothing to show for the millions they have been given this year except an empty stadium.   12. It was very clear from the very beginning that this kind of event which was orchastrated and organized by the tyrannical regime and its parasitic supporters ,and played by those who have committed a very serious betryal under the pretext of sport festival was doomed to fail.

It has to be unequivocally clear that the betryal they have committed is not exusable without honest and deep regret and apology.     Whats wrong with the comments above? Are you saying anyone who says those things should be labeled? I personally say those things a lot. I have to admit I lean towards EPRDF as the opposition became extreme. Those of us who are independents or even leaning towards the government cannot have a candid conversation about politics with anyone of you.

    Who do you think is going to benefit out of this? The same ‘woyanes’ who you are determined to hate with passion. When people fail to argue through ideas…whatever idea you come up with won’t survive a test of time.

    Any individual has a right to support any party. It should not make you less patriotic if you happen to support EPRDF vs. Medrek or vice versa. I disagreed with EPRDF’s decision to prison Birtukan, Eskinder and the other journalists. I disagreed with the lease policy. I criticize them for lacking to speak the language of a politician that would unite people and going the extra mile to let people know that they are being heard.

    However, I do support them when it comes to providing infrastructure, development and even the free press they started to practice but eventually failed to continue as promised. I also give them credit for the 2000 election, which gave away a lot of seats for the opposition.

    Obviously, I don’t support them 100% but I have a right to have my own opinion when it comes to my political view without being outcasted or villified.

  32. We live in a free and democratic country over here. Our families live in a dictatorial country over there. Alamoudi and TPLF should not be allowed to intimidate us over here. We have to show to our country men and women we are with them in fighting tyranny and oppression when they come here. They can not protest over there but we will do it here on their behalf.

    Luckily, that is the only thing I can agree with you. I usually refrain myself from commenting back to the non-comments like yours.Obvious absence of intellect clearly drives easily the impulse to insult.
    Let me give you and your ilk a couple of brotherly advice:
    • Shoe-shines have a much better sense of self and family responsibility. Your easy access to parking lot cash drawers will never make you a better person than those you easily dismiss.
    • Put in a little bit of your time into learning good grammar and spelling skills. If your substance was mature, we would all like to ignore the abuse you have done on the grammar and vocabulary of the language.
    • Mamo Kilo, as you failed in both, I just want you to be aware that there are a lot of wise, smart and cultured people out there. Don’t give yourself too much of a pat on the back for insulting shoe-shines.
