The Holy Synod of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC) announced that it will join Ethiopian civic and political groups in Washington DC on June 25 and 26 to march for the release of Ethiopia’s jailed leaders.
It is announced that members of the Holy Synod, the highest authoritative body of the Ethiopian Ortodox Church, will lead Ethiopian protesters in front of the White House next Monday starting at 9 AM to appeal to the Bush Administration to join its European counterparts in demanding the immediate and unconditional release of the political prisoners in Ethiopia.
On Tuesday, June 26, the Church leaders and the protesters will blockade the Ethiopian embassy starting at 9 AM and demand the Meles dictatorship release the legitimate representatives of Ethiopia from jail.
Kinijit, UEDF, Tegbar and other organizations will join the Ethiopian Orthodox Church leaders in the two-day marches and protests.

It is not only about the release of our beloved elected leaders. But also about the rule of law, democracy, unity and development. The struggle against woyane will continue until the people right expected the hostility and the looting ended.
The three current TPLF groups.
1. The Sebhat Nega groups. This group is ruling Tigry and is in control the looted wealth from the Ethiopian people under the name of EFFORT that has 85 companies and it grows. Sebhat’s sister Kidusan Nega is Mekkele’s mayor and Mekkele is the biggest industrial city in Ethiopia since TPLF took power by force and each and every wealth the country has was/is invested there. Kidusan’s husband( Tsehay) is the TPLF created Tigry President. Individuals at high positions in Tigry are to these three individuals associates. This means Sebhat is in control in Tigry including the resources.
2. The meles group. This group is losing ground each day. They are ruling Ethiopia. Until the election 2005, they were in control at every aspect the country has. Their job was guarantee the flow of wealth from the rest of Ethiopia to Tigry and they did it very criminally. Aid, debt relief, loan, NGO, and any resources in the name of Ethiopia was taken to Tigry and still is continuing. But it will stop and they know it.
The sebhat group does not trust the meles group anymore and they hate very much Azeb (ex- TPLF fighter serving as a prostitute). They have been united to kill Ethiopia. Now, they are enemies while sharing dead Ethiopia. Meles, seyoum, Tsadkan, arkebe and the likes are not the most hated TPLF criminal groups by Ethiopians as the rest are. Most Ethiopians hate individuals like Bereket Simon who is starving the Bugna people than anyone from the meles group.
3. The Siye group. This group is the most dangerous group Ethiopia is facing since long time. They are in the middle no one knows where and for what reason they stands for/with. The known sickness (group one and two) is easy to deal with them than the unknown (group three). Group one has no feeling at all neither to Ethiopia nor so called Tigry. Group two has no feeling at all. But when they have some, they sound as Ethiopians. But group three feeling is clearly and totally only about Tigry. It has no the feeling of Ethiopia at all. This group is the most dangerous group. Watch out. They pretend as true Ethiopians but deep down they have dangerous secrets against Ethiopia.
Remember. Until 1996, shabia looted Ethiopia under united TPLF watch. We have witnessed when Eritrea became one of the world coffee, oil seeds, leather and live animal exporter and Ethiopia non while all of it were taken from Ethiopia. Shabia solders crushed OLF to death from Ethiopia despite earlier shabia, TPLF and OLF had dividing Ethiopia according to their benefit as far as creating Illegal so called oromia taking others territory all sides. and Tigry did the same to wolkite, Humera, alewuha, almata, akobo and the rest. OLF becomes friend with Eritrea means the group being transformed to one of the inhuman Muslim terrorist group in the world.
1996-2001 TPLF looted Ethiopia without computations from shabia and members became milliners.
2001- fighting inside TPLF while sharing dead Ethiopia and they divided with group 1 and 2 on one side and group 3 on the other. And we know the result.
2001-2005 group 1 and 2 together looted Ethiopia badly and became billionaires.
Thanks to the elected and respected beloved Ethiopian children( the oppositions)
after the election the remaining TPLF started to crack. Since 2007 it becomes clear that there are the Sebhat group in control Tigry including the wealth and the meles group that feels left for nothing and trying to restore it by eliminating the Sebhat group.
Remember, there are lots of political and financial secrets these two groups know about each other that we don’t know about. The Sebhat Nega’s and His brothers in Law (Tshay) propaganda message recently was intended to create hostility against the Meles group. The one is looking the disappearance of the other as it happened earlier against OLF (an Islamic terrorist group), shabia and siye. The sebhat group knows the meles group has advantage if they respect the Ethiopian people, the Ethiopian people will respect them, too. If it happened Sebhat’s group will disappear like dust once and for all and the meles group will be in control Effort and Tigry itself.
There is a fierce physiological war going on between these two groups.
We Ethiopians are not fool. We are watching closely. If we have to chose we must chose the meles group that is not difficult to deal with them at common ground for the country future. The sebhat Group has no feeling to Ethiopia or Tigry. Tigry is their business trademark. Watch out group 3.

But dear Ethiopians please do not forget the injustices, killing and the denial of the rights of the Eritrean people that have been going on for the last 30 years by the ruling classes of Ethiopia, Haile Sellasie, Mengistu and noe Meles. We, Eritreans have always been behind any Ethiopian democractic movment. After all there is no peace and security in Eritrea unless there is stable and democratic government in Ethiopia.

Please use different tactics of demonstrations and not always with the procedure, for example dress in black clothes or a piece of black cloth on your arm and so on. God will help us but we must help ourselves.

Who organize this protest? Since almost half of Ethiopian population is Muslims they should also be part of this protest. Those people who organize such an event need to be careful. Our religious leaders need to make sure they are in the same page. I mean both Muslim and Christian religious leaders. How can we be effective if we organized as such? Has it been an effort to do so? Does any one from the organizers follow up with this? It will be better if all our religious leaders get out together as one.
