Dictator Meles Zenawi at the Reagan Building on May 18

The khat-addicted dictator in Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi, has been invited by President Barack Obama to a symposium on food security on Friday, May 18, in Washington DC at the Ronald Reagan Building & Int’l Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington DC, at 7:15 AM.

This is a good opportunity for Ethiopians in the Washington DC area to confront the genocidal tyrant Meles Zenawi, and also express our disappointment with President Obama’s decision to invite him.

  1. Pres. Obama in place dictator in Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi should have invited as Ethiopian representative to his symposium on food security on Friday, May 18, in Washington DC list as fallows…..
    1. Alamudi
    2. Indian investors
    3. Pakistani
    4. Chines and the rest

    kazanches replies:

    Learn English

    Khalari replies:

It is too late for him to learn. He should stop commenting.

    Sami replies:

take the idea only. no one is perfect. try to shape your attitude, man! only if u want to oppose his idea, oppose gracefully. hell! I think God created Ethiopians to bite each other wiz silly things. Guys trust me, we will always be at the good hands of donation. Embarrassing.

    Danny replies:

That is true. Those countries you listed own more fertile and farm-able land in Ethiopia than Ethiopian farmers. Therefor, it is better to invite Alamudi, Karaturi, Chinese, Pakistani farmers to the symposium than the fascist Zenawi.

  2. Elias,

you will wine and cry all the time, but you will never accomplish anything. You are just fooling yourself and some diasporas. Go and shout your lung out, you will just be a bunch of losers as usual.

    Fikru replies:

I agree. If you have real constractive ideas for ethiopian politics, stop making hateful and personal comments. No world leader will litsen to our domestic problem, if we don’t respect each other.

    Abera replies:

Elias is doing a better job than you. Let us see what you can or you did do for Ethiopia. And you gave yourself the name Ethiopia? what a jerk? You go back and pick your lice off your hair, before even starting insulting people like Elias who are doing a great job. Give us your real name and what you did for our country and we will start worshiping you.
Otherwise, I am assuming you came from a jungle and dumped your fleas in Addis. And go back there and eat the sand Meles bought for you from the charity organizations. Go and see in Ethiopia the Guns have started talking in Gambela, Gondar, Gojam and Ogaden and they will get louder and louder.
So the miserable TPLF, my advice for you is, eat as much as you can stuff into your mouth, tomorrow will be a different day for you.

  3. Hello Elias Kifle the GREAT (Keep it up!),

yes, this is a good opportunity to show the world who the tyrrant is; the most hated corrupt leader of the world. I will be with you in spirit from Germnany. May GOD be with you, dear Ethiopians living in Washington DC area. Please go there and show your sympathy to the oppressed people at home. In this time where the food scarcity has reached its highest peak, people are crying everywhere. Our mothers do not know how to feed their children. The money is worthless and inflation is killing them minute after minute.
Churches and mosques are full of people, who seek for help from the Almighty in the desperate situation they are situated currently.
Let us show our solidarity by joining demonstrations; and this is the least we can do for them.

    A Peaceful Ethiopia will prevail.

  4. How many times you have to go out for nonsense demonstration? No body is going to listen to you.I assume every body will say it is a wolf cry.Had you been saved the demonstration for something serious you might get an ear.But when life is boring and has nothing to do in life then you say lets go out for demonstration.
    qil atihunu arifachu sira siru!!!!!

    Filfilu replies:

    Temariw,
you said it well.I strongly agree with you.We are going to see the idle man Tamagne .so laughable.

  5. I think if they always come out with titile something good, you need always thing the opposite. This agenda to me seems neocolonization agenda. The taking of more land grab. The more food aid that has GMO that would depopulate African people and easy to control reources of Africa because there are less people to fight to take their resources.

  6. Chicago Council… seems to me, in Chicago there is corruption and very well support Wall Street gambling with food as commodities especially against African nations. So, warning, this is the control of food system by Wall street facilitating by the Chicago Council.

  7. This lead by Sionist world wide organ to kill Africa and we never accept them as past old time on their zero sume game and this melesovik zanovic are their big tool.burn them!!

  8. Elias the great: the race is on, Ethiopians vs. gun tauting aiga jungle products! the thug may ask Obama as to why he can not use the same humvees who slaughtered Ethiopians when they protested in Addis; he may ask Obama as to why you, Elias, had not been senteced to death yet; he may ask as to why Obama had not dropped atomic bomb in Asmara yet; he may ask Obama as to why the US did not arrest every Ethiopian, Eritrean, and Somalian who opposes the killings of innocent civilians all over the horn of Africa; BUT BROTHER ELIAS IT IS TIME AGAIN TO SHOW FELLOW AMERICANS AND THE REST OF THE WORLD THE DOUBLE STANDARD AMERICA PRACTICES AT THE EXPENSE OF ETHIOPIANS.

  9. It is even better than Camp David. It will be a Sprint not a Marathon. We can beat Meles right on the entrance of Regan Building on early morning of Thursday May 18. He might be spending the night right in the building not to face insult and condemnation by Ethiopian Patriots. Will You Be There ? Join us on the Mother of All Rallies this coming Thursday Morning in DC. New York is ready !!!!!

  10. We Ethiopians call on the U.S. government to help us organise a peaceful coup d’etat to overthrow the fascist Meles Zenawi regime. Ethiopian people will be much better off without Meles and his clique.

  11. The American government must punish and even deport anyone who tries to confront the governmet’s guest of honor

    Meyesaw replies:

    Akalu!

Did you call this banda a guest of honor? My @$$ is a guest of honor. Let me tell you, he comes here to beg for some more corn to feed those hodam cadres, because they do not bark unless they eat the left over furushka from the american horses. Kapish? Akalu! Your master will bring you more furushka, bark more.

    Tizibt replies:

Akalu! In which Century are you living? Haven’t you realized that Stone Age passed a long long time ago? Here in the West your suggestion would be the object of redicule, as the only person who would have similar thoughts would be your evil lord and master, who murders the young and the old for no reason at all. Fortunately, it won’t be long now for the despot to be sent to the Hague for various crimes toward the Ethiopian people.

  12. Urgent call!

All Ethiopians please contribute money to help the Gambelan rebels. Toytoying at the white house will not deter woyane. We need to kill, assassinate the big investors like Almouldi, Katuri, … etc. Organize underground and join Gambela rebells. We have agreed to make the Gambela rebel as an all inclusive Ethiopian rebels. you can now join the Unity force. The new name for the Gambela rebels is Unity Force, UF. UF is spreading like fire in Europe and North America. The next plan is to shot or assasinate Katuri and they will get the message clearly and unequivocally. No melemamet or no begging or toytoying. Just shot them on thier head. Even if they know what they do is wrong, greed is powerful they cannot afford to stop. The only time they will stop is when we gun them down. Until then they keep on they are occupying the green gold for free. Kill the green gold robbers without any Mercy. Shot them and even burn them after that. We are left with no alternative. We have said so much and we have been we are extremists and even terrorists. Terrorists are those who are selling the country on broadday light. Join Unity Force please.

    tezibt replies:

    Moya belib

    peace replies:

Not sure which “Alula” you are. Pro TPLF Alula?! There was Alula writing on behalf of TPLF/Meles. so I think you maybe agents of outsiders or TPLF told to confuse Ethio people. The ones who needs condemning is TPLF regime and of course including Alamoudi. The other Asian corporations were invited by TPLF to come in so not their fault. So I think there are two forces now secretly fighting. Perhaps Western powers were not happy the land was given to Asian corporations instead of Western corporations. The recent attack could by Gambela rebels could be Western support not sure. One indication is that TPLF all of the sudden as coward they are, they were silent. I think TPLF is maybe being told it is time to kick out these Asian corporations. Either way East or West, we know none of them are going to do good for Ethiopia I hope rebels are not fools. But as history tells us always, we always fall for this. This is speculation of course and we will wait and see. There is no guarntee also the next leader will be free of any of West especially. The ideal thing to do would be to benefit from eachother unfortunately it is always the other way around.

    Alula replies:

I better be slave of Europeans than a slave of Indians. Whether you agree or not; the Ogaden Rebel is supported by the west not to take land from the people, but to protect the land of the people. It is true the west do not like the Asians. But Gambela rebels is supported strongly by the west philanthropists based on humanity and justice. It has nothing to do conspiracy. Every ration human is supporting the Gambela cause and the rest of Ethiopia. Europeans are not always evil. They even opposed the landlocking of Ethiopia when TPLF forced them to accept the landlocking of Ethiopia. They did not oppose because they wanted to take the red sea. They love Ethiopia. Even TPLF used such Europeans sympathy to get help. Bob Geldof was funding TPLF. He was helping them thinking they would help the Tigreans who suffered so much during the famine. Bob did not throw his money because he wanted land in Tigray. Gambela rebels now have alot Bob Geldof type of foreign sympathizers who feel so bad for their land being taken and given to international corporates. Do not be negative.

  13. All of you dooms-dayers!!!

I have told you not to even mutter a single word while our beloved son is in town to conduct more important diplomatic affairs with our beloved President Obama. I have given you an order to stay home and watch the live streaming of the conference. That way you can find out yourself how genius Meles is. There has never been a leader like him in the history of the entire Africa . The Ethiopian people love him so much they cry when he goes out of town. So I am giving you an order to stay home and shut up!!! You hear me, shut up!!! Otherwise, if you disobey this strict order by coming out lambasting and stinking the entire town with your dragon breath, I will snap pictures of all of you loafers out there for my record. But if you want to come out and greet our beloved leader you may do so by lining on both side of the plaza and sing you lungs out to the tune of Hail to the Chief. I want you to use my most favorite poet Sir Francis Drake’s version.
Hail to the chief, who in triumph advances,
Honour’d and blest be the evergreen pine!
Long may the tree in his banner that glances,
Flourish the shelter and grace of our line.
    Heaven send it happy dew,
    Earth lend it sap anew,
    Gaily to bourgeon and broadly to grow;
    While every highland glen,
    Sends our shout back agen,
“Roderigh Vich Alpine Dhu, ho! i-e-roe!” and so on!!!

Let’s go out and greet our super genius leader. Meles and I, genius!!!!!

  14. Generation passed away while “nobodies” and “rebels”, which is what the bible refers to them, kept on ruling the people. Presidents from George Herbert Bush to Barak Hussien Obama became friends and associates with a long proped up rebel leader; infact, the last two American presidents, Bush and Obama, became junior partners of Zenawi. The revolution of ’74 made all this possible. Our own iniquities, ignorance and lawlesness of the last 38 years have made all these possible. Andrew “Andy” Young, the black civil right activist, U.N Amabassador during Carter years and former mayor of Atlanta, in his autobiography, paints a picture about the last days of the civil rights movments in a place like St. Augustine, Florida, where blacks almost gave up on the struggle. When demonstrations where called for action, black men instead went to pool halls; black women were the ones who took to the street.

Ibrahim Tunali has never forgotten the day in 1981 when government soldiers took over his luggage shop and gave it to a loyalist of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi, one of countless expropriations in that era. So after Colonel Qaddafi was killed in October, Mr. Tunali marched to his old shop with a posse of armed relatives, he said, and told the man renting it, “If you’re not gone in two days, we’ll slaughter you right here.” The man fled within hours. Tens of thousands of other Libyans are now tempted to do the same, said Mr. Tunali, a stout 60-year-old with a cheerful, pugnacious manner, as he stood in front of his reclaimed shop. The original owners of expropriated property have not forgotten what they lost, he added, and are growing more impatient every day. One of Colonel Qaddafi’s most toxic legacies is the vast land-redistribution policy he started in the late 1970s, which now threatens to ignite a patchwork of bitter property disputes in a well-armed population. Many owners have held deep grudges for more than 30 years, and they brandish deeds dating to the Italian occupation of the early 20th century or even the Ottoman era. Some have returned to Libya to make their claims after years of living abroad. But the current occupants often have nowhere to go, and some have their own documents. Libya’s main property records office burned down in the early 1980s, and many Libyans say they believe this was a deliberate effort by Colonel Qaddafi to sow confusion about ownership. Other countries have dealt with the aftermath of large-scale state property seizures — notably after the collapse of the Soviet bloc. But Libya’s challenges are magnified by weak transitional authorities, the absence of a working court system and a flood of weapons in civilian hands. “Something has to be done, but we can’t just come and throw these people out into the street,” said Mustafa Abushagur, the first deputy prime minister in Libya’s transitional government. “We’re asking people to be patient. I lost property, too.” Many Libyans point to Colonel Qaddafi’s expropriation laws, which have yet to be nullified, as one of his signal injustices. In 1978, he issued Law No. 4, which declared the principle of “the house to its resident.” This meant that Libyans could own only the house they lived in; all other property would go to the state, which in practice often meant it was given to members of the notorious Revolutionary Committees. Similar laws robbed Libyans of shops, office buildings, factories and agricultural land.

  15. This is a campain against Zinawi not only show the world that he is not worth to be around with the democratically elected leaders, but also to tell Zinawi to not mess up with Ethiopians. This coward Kammagna has absolutely no place in this gentle world to live lie and murder;in fact,Zinawi might face a surprise at home one unknown day when he thinks the world is hopelessly sleeping.Obviously, the possibility is endless that he will face justice soon.

  16. The last inivtetion done .meles remain unsucceful accordingly globastion systemic movment. He used dengerouse application and exposed globasation. So no more garuanty from Miss Gayel.E.smith

  17. You,Ethiopians are greatly appreciated for playing a great role in fighting Zinawi and his regime headon at anytime, any place, and anywhere;also, confronting Zinawi in any venue available Zinawi is sneaking into.

The movement, the unity, and the struggle are all parts of our core ojbective to integerate into multidimensional struggle that envolves all Ethiopians both at home and abroad;it is all inclusive and all-puropose with one and many goals to completely remove the system that had been pushing down the lives of Ethiopians to zero level.

Zinawi is the loneliest criminal existed today;this dishonored cowboy is out there to swing and pull out his tongue in crisis to secure support from those in the summit, but points will be scored on him before he set his feet into the building. For sure,Zinawi will be stumped with questions in the summit, and clearly that will traumatize him and will put him in a hot water;although,he won’t be arrested right there. But anything could happen, and there is always countless possibilities that Zinawi could be arrested in Ethiopia. That what Zinawi is most afreaid to happen.

There are in thousands who lost their livilihoods;there are many who are jailed;there are many who are murdered;there are sisters who are sold to saudi in thousands;above all, everything and anything that is available above and below the lands in Ethiopia are owned by Zinawi and the regime’s keeprs. The possibilities of Zinawi being captured and arrested is high .

    Keep the fight,keep the faith!!

  18. What needs to be done is at G8 summit, show the imprisoned and tortured women in Arab countries and the killing of Alem Dechasa in Arab countries. Has anyone seen the chained Ethiopian women in Arab countries in some dark room? It is beyond belief. This video need to be shown to Ethiopians at home before they head to Arab countries. What a shame. How many diaspora has seen this video? Just curious.

  19. DEAR E.R
Just a suggestion it will be very close and describe well the weyane gangsta and his terrorist financiers Like Sheik Al-Amudi to describe them as terrorists of the horn of Africa since they practice terror, extortion, blackmail to suppress all innocent Ethiopians. It is true Meles is a psycopath who is a khat addict.
