The Woyanne regime in Ethiopia has issued the following statement in response to President Isaias Afwerki’s interview. It must be a joke for Woyanne, the author of ‘Article 39’ (that gives ethnic groups the right to secede from Ethiopia), to accuse others of being anti-Ethiopia. By his actions, including his vehement opposition to ‘Article 39’ and supporting Ethiopian freedom fighters who stand for united Ethiopia, President Isaias has demonstrated that he is indeed a great friend of Ethiopia.
Read below the laughable statement by the Woyanne junta:

President Issayas lectures the World, masquerading as defender of Ethiopia Unity
(MOFA 05/22/09):- President Issayas is taking the opportunity of Eritrea’s 16th anniversary of independence (May 24) to offer the region, Africa and the Middle East, his thoughts on world and regional problem, and at length. In a whole series of interviews, with regional media and those in the Middle East, and more widely, he has been telling the region, Africa, and indeed the world, how to behave and pointing out where they have all been going wrong. Every night for weeks, viewers of Eritrean TV have been able to hear their President’s thoughts at considerable length.
President Issayas finds little to welcome in the world or even in Eritrea. The words that most commonly appear are challenge, conspiracy, hostility, sacrifice, hard work and yet more hard work. The rewards are all far in the future; and Eritrea is always the target. “The United Nations, including the Security Council, has become an unjust and inequitable tool of a few nations” indulging in “illegal and unconstructive” positions, as well as baseless slanders against Eritrea over the supply of arms to Al-Shabaab and opponents of the Somali Government, although the Somali Prime Minister said only this week that the Somali Government had detailed evidence of arms flights arriving from Eritrea. President Issayas told Egyptian State TV this week that the problems in Somalia mainly emanate from the illegal actions of the UN Security Council itself. In a comprehensive attack on the Council, President Issayas claimed it had taken illegal and unconstructive positions, breaching the UN Charter and international law. This, he claimed, had caused the present vacuum in Somalia and become the source for piracy and other activities. He said a government “imposed” from outside had further aggravated the problem. In this context he told Kenyan TV that IGAD was a tool in the service of foreign agendas and was the source of the problem in Somalia. Eritrea, he said, expected nothing good from such an impotent organization and this was why it had suspended its membership.
The African Union came in for similar strictures as doing nothing more useful than “talking about a vacuum”. He referred to the behaviour of its leaders as corrupt and despicable, and in this connection he had much to say about democracy and the media in Africa. According to President Issayas, (talking to SABC TV at the weekend) Africa needs “genuine” democracy. Surprisingly, in view of South Africa’s recent Presidential election, he specifically noted that the South African experience proved that one cannot speak of real democracy when holding elections in which there is no equitable distribution of resources and where the majority of the population lived below the poverty line. President Issayas’ version of democracy, which ignores elections or political parties, does not equate with other peoples’ views. He is against such “meaningless exercises or manifestations of ostentatious behaviour”. In fact, democracy is an ideal and a set of institutions of practices. As an ideal it involves the concept that members of a group should have the determining control over rules and policies, and that members of the group should treat each other as equals. In a modern state this ideal is realized through a framework of citizens’ rights, institutions for representative and accountable government (in particular through a freely elected parliament), an active civil society and a number of mediatory elements of which the most obvious are political parties and an independent media. None of these are present in Eritrea and President Issayas specifically rejects most of these, even claiming, in defiance of Eritrea’s still unimplemented constitution that the people of Eritrea do not want either political parties or an independent media. It was in an interview with Al-Jazeera last year that the President actually put a time frame on elections. Eritrea would have, he said, to wait three or four decades before it held elections, and possibly longer. On the media, President Issayas claimed there was no free press any where in the world today. However the Eritrean people, he claimed, possessed media organs that served as forums for expressing their views and opinions as well as providing them with correct and objective information. Eritrea, of course, has had no independent media outlets since they were all closed down abruptly in 2001 and at least two dozen journalists detained and dozens more exiled.
Few international bodies or countries have escaped President Issayas’ attacks: “conspiracies and hostilities weaved in the name of regional, international and non-governmental organizations,…under the pretext of free press or [humanitarian activities] or…charity are some of the instruments of neo-colonialism masterminded by intelligence agencies.” The US has been one of the President’s main targets. He said it has a strategy of domination through creating problems and crises with the aim of strengthening US influence throughout the region. He attacked the CIA for encouraging and sponsoring human trafficking and encouraging Eritrean youth to flee their country. Hundreds of Eritreans cross into Ethiopia and Sudan every months to avoid conscription and repression. President Issayas told Asharq Alawat newspaper that lying was the culture of the CIA and the “baseless” anti-Eritrean defamatory campaign currently including allegations of Israeli and Iranian bases in Eritrea was no more than a continuation of this historic activity.
Uganda and Burundi are attacked for sending forces for AMISOM in Somalia. They are categorized as far from stable countries, experiencing civil unrest as well as internal opposition. These governments should, said President Issayas, concentrate on their own problems rather than meddle elsewhere. Indeed, the only viable solution for Somalia, said President Issayas was for outsiders to stop meddling in its affairs. He did not include Eritrea in this however. Eritrea’s support for the Somali people was, he said, a moral and legal obligation; and peace and stability could only be achieved by creating a conducive ground for the Somali people to resolve the issue themselves. Kenya was held responsible for the disappearance of three Eritrean journalists in Mogadishu and President Issayas added, ominously, that Eritrea would never overlook the issue. Last weekend it was the turn of long-time ally, the Sudanese Peoples Liberation Movement. President Issayas, claiming he had the right to criticize the organization, attacked it for failing to fulfill its commitments to the people of Sudan, for corruption and for failing to be definitive on unity or separation.
Perhaps, most bizarrely, in one four hour interview with what claims to be an Ethiopian website though undoubtedly in the pay of the Eritrean Government, President Issayas even tried to portray himself as a defender of Ethiopian unity. The interview indeed appears designed to allow President Issayas to appear in this guise. The truth of the matter is that no other person has worked so tirelessly for the demise of Ethiopia as a country. This is by no means an exaggeration. President Issayas has never been supportive of Ethiopian unity as his current efforts at destabilization make all too clear. Ethiopian officials, of course, are privy to what President Issayas was telling many African leaders during the war between Eritrea and Ethiopia (1998-2000): there is no such thing as Ethiopia and what there is, is no more than a shadow of a country – a country that cannot be taken seriously as a state. In terms of historical background, we would remember what President Issayas told an American, Paul Henze, on 11th March 1991, before he entered Asmara:
“The only reason that there is an Ethiopia is that the US needed it for the Cold War, and recreated it, otherwise it would have disappeared at the end of World War II.”

hahaha weyane for Ethiopian unity? Banda ye banda lijoch thank you Isayas Afewerki for changing your mind Eritrea and Ethiopia will be good without weyane
The ethno-fascist Meles Zenawi and his ethnic followers are the sworn in enemies of Ethiopia and we should get rid of them.
What can one say about weyane. They are masters in diversion and lying. Weyane is a humiliated puppet whose puppet master, Bush, is now in doldrum that weyane’s mumbling is as a result of its puppet strings going all over the place. Perhaps, Gordon Brown will pick that up and get the weyane dancing again to the British english tune. However, gordon Brown himself is in deep sh*t about the expense scandal at home that he will have to leave Meles Zenawi untangle himself of the string Bush drops him off in a hush when Obamamania swallowed them both.
Weyane is in its last legs.
Weyane Yewdem
Is it AU and/ or UN pretending as an Ethiopian foreign affair office accusing Issayas while talking about Somalia, Burundi, Uganda and the entire Africa? Or is it USA defending itself because of CIA and the govt is accused by Issayas? Are they telling now in public that there are puppets serving others just to stay in power and doing what they are doing for their Greater Tigry?
Yes, 18 years being a foreign minister becomes a boring job. It also gives the feeling of ownership and doing anything has nothing to do with the job. The Response has nothing specific about Ethiopia. Who is introduced article 39? Who is ruling with ethnic policy and illegally marked Kilil as the only nation on earth to be ruled this way? Who is holding all powers and owns all the means the nation has for 18 years? And many more questions are there to be asked.
Democracy? What kind democracy do you have in Ethiopia while only TPLF is ruling the nation according to its benefit for 18 years? Meles, Seyoum and the entire TPLF are on power for 18 years. The minority is ruling the nation with unpresented crimes for 18 years. How long is Issayas became a president? Is that more than 18 years, the time you are holding power while talking about Democracy? The 2005 election result and what happened during and after the election is known including worldwide. Yet you are talking about Democracy in Eritrea. You are shame and disaster.
You all are sick still thinking you will continue cheating the world as you are doing in the past started in your Gorilla era. Believe me, anything has to do with human being, will end once. It will be the same with you, too. Anything you do might prolong the time, but at the end you cannot even won for yourself as you will be dead as everybody does. The facing the truth and doing the right thing will bring all of us together. Trying to lay and deny the truth we all know is unfair game lead to unfair and unacceptable results.
We are following every detail you are doing in Ethiopia. We know more than even you are imagining about your conduct in the country. So, don’t even try to write a garbage like this letter here thinking to mislead Ethiopians. This time you have no possiblites anymore evenb to cheat teh world as ussal. You don’t know/cannot face the truth. That is not you. Your foundations are known and still you are the same.
First of all it is up to the Ethiopian people to work for and make “Unity” the cornerstone of their political life. I happen to believe there is more to be gained from being united than would otherwise. I simply do not see how disintegrated Ethiopia would be beneficial to any one party – not least Eritrea, which benefits more from united Ethiopia. So, unless one believes that President Isaias does not have average wisdom, he would be the last person to advocate for the breakup of Ethiopia as the Weyane mouth piece, (MOFA) is asserting.
But does it mean one, no matter how politically savi is, should always vote for union at any cost? No, not at all. Union is alike a marriage. We know whether marriage is prearranged or done by choice can end up in disagreement or divorce if things don’t hum for mutual advantage for the bride and groom. The same is true with any association including the one that is done among nations and nationalities.
Thus, it is extremely important the Ethiopian elites, various units and personalities remain sensitive to this issue and they must provide conducive and sustainable ground for all the peoples of Ethiopia to remain united. Otherwise wishes and desires by itself may not good enough.
“Happy Independence Eritreans” and we are willing and ready to work with your people for mutual satisfaction. Not withstanding TPLF’s mambo jumbo, et there be nobody who stands before the natural unity of purpose of the sisterly countries of Eritrea and Ethiopia!
Elias Kifle’s unexpected visit to the most beautiful city of Asmara and his four hours talk with the President of Eritrea, Issayas Afeworki, and his encouraging words to the Ethiopian patriots have disturbed the sleeping dog, Meles Seitanawi (Zenawi) to wake up in the middle of the night and bark at any person passing by, assuming that person is from Eritrea.
Whom to believe, Issayas Afeworki’s statements to various journalists about Ethiopia or Meles Seitanawi’s propaganda against the President of Eritrea?
Meles Seitanawi has forcefully darted his venomous weapon yet to come at the Eritrean leader, accusing him as the very dangerous man and enemy of Ethiopia who believes in its disintegrations and none existence as a country, who sends hundreds of Eritrean boys and girls to the army instead of to school, and as a result of this inhuman treatment of these young Eritrean children, that hundreds of them are now leaving their country and going to Ethiopia and Sudan.
Meles Seitanawi continues to complain that Issayas Afeworki does not believe in democracy and in a free election because he (Issayas) has repeatedly stated that Eritrea has to wait at least for 30 or 40 or more years to have a democratically elected government.
According to Woyanne’s statement, President Issayas is anti African Union, anti United States government, anti foreign organizations, anti journalists, and anti the free expressions of his own people.
Woyanne’s further damaging statement against Afeworki is that Afeworki has asserted that Ethiopia wouldn’t have existed after World War II if it were not for the United States that supported Ethiopia to exist before it becomes as the thing of the past, and the United States supported Ethiopia for an obvious reason: the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States of America.
The presence of AMISEM in Somalia according to Issayas’ alleged statement is not helping Somalia; it is rather destabilizing the country which has been without a government for many years. As an institution of deceptions and lies, the CIA has no place in Issayas’ small world – Eritrea.
I cannot say who is right or who is wrong until I see this coming Monday or Tuesday the full interview Elias Kifle has made with Issayas Afeworki, and I just have to leave it here without passing my own narrow judgment on either one of them – Issayas Afeworki or Meles Seitanawi. I have always been blaming Meles Seitanawi for the right reason that he has blindly murdered my people, the Amhara, the Oromo and the people of Ogaden, but I do not know much about Issayas Afeworki’s crimes except that he has been in power for a long time without sharing his government with another Eritrean politician in a free general election.
Even they dont know that its 18th year of independence.
The old Sebhat Nega was telling us recently that Isaias was ready to negotiate even with the Derg, but Weyane resisted the idea. And now Seium is telling us Isaias never believed in Ethiopia. Whome do we beleive? Yeweyane wishet mechem maseria yelewm!!
Wayanes sell their mother for little thing, they have no any conscious, and they are full of lies. I strongly disagree with the way PIA is ruling his people albeit he has very strong characteristics, he does not now any regionalism, racism, ethnicity among his people, and he treated every body equal except do not come to his opposition. Had the Wayane has a few character of the PIA, pride, confident, and willingness, Ethiopian would have been advanced so far but these people try to divide the people in every aspect, region, nationalities, religion, and they use all evil means to achieve their goals. PIA is straight forward he has not been changed he has been so adamant even though things are not well for him he had achieved a lot in many sectors which could have a lasting impact in the country but would have achieved more significantly if he will be a little bit flexible.
Even with limited resource, no handout, and little support from the west and others, he has been successful in infrastructure, roads, schools, hospitals, power which is more than enough for the entire country, and he has achieved also a lot in the modernizing of his military. The most astonishing thing is that PIA tried even to reach regions which are not developed , and achieved equally but if you take the Wayane they do not have any fear and treat one region above the others and their means of doing their stuff is despicable, classifying golden citizen, and ordinary. Even in the reign of the king almost equal opportunity given for all the people of Ethiopia in spite of the backward infrastructure , even these people are using education as a means of punishing others and rewarding their own but the honeymoon is over for wayanes.
Some innocent tigrans think that the development they see in their region think long lasting, but all the factories are nothing, they are built by loans and if you compare their future with what the Wayane stole, it is nothing, I think it is high time for the elite tigrans to make these issue discussed among them, or else they gone be asphyxiated between Ertirea, and the ethiopian nationalities. Some times wayane appear to be the vanguard of eritrean independence , and now they pretend they are working hard to keep the ethiopian interest by labeling PIA as an enemy of ethiopia,
Now wayane is more worried than anytime, he has facing big challenge from his military commanders of amhara ethnic group , and these also create distrust among the rest of the amahara, and other nationalities, and the election, and the strength of eritrea in spite of against the odds, and somalia, meles is having a big headache… we have to remember nothing lasts forever.
Even though i do not belive that PIA stands for the the sake of ethiopia but he is far better than those little heads of meles and co, who do not see the future, I wish meles used his brain for the good, not only the country but also the region would have benefited , he has good image in the west and usa, and the rest of africa, but if u do not have the good will, it is not useful how much smart you are….
Peace for people of Ethiopia and Eritrea
Elias
I commend you and the representative from the EPPF for taking the bold step that fools fear to tread. What you did is a major step in the right direction. It will show to the Ethiopian people that Eritrea does not harbor any ill will towards Ethiopia. The immediate effect of your interview is measured by how much the Weyanie are hurting and by the way they are responding. You have identified their Achilles heel. Keep prodding where it hurts most. Truth is their contra-indication. Keep on disseminating it – that is the most potent weapon for truth challenged people and organizations.
Weyanie’s latest announcement of returning property belonging to Eritreans has many possible objectives: to create an object of hate for the Ethiopian people, thereby, hoping that they displace their anger from the Weyanie to the Eritreans; enlist the support of Eritreans in Ethiopia in the Weyanie’s confrontation with their opponents; for the Eritreans to shift their resentment from the Weyanie to their own government. All these objectives are not based on a vision of a peaceful future.
Irrespective of the Weyanie motive, this move indicates a critical phase of the cessation of Tigrai from Ethiopia. Remember the primary objective of the Weyanie are: Use Ethiopia and its resources to subjugate Eritrea, become a maritime nation, and when they cannot rule over Ethiopia, leave it in disarray so no force emerges to challenge their move. After all, they control the military and the high echelons of command in the military, most of the military hardware including warplanes is kept in Tigray with most of the pilots Tigrayans, the country’s resources are siphoned clean to create the funds needed to run their new country for many years. Somebody should do serious investigation to find out how much money has been shifted from the coffers of the country, including the sale of important assets to the private sector, and where the accounts are held.
In the domestic sector, things are working for the Weyanie according to plan. One major setback was their failure to incorporate Eritrea militarily. They tried alternative means of weakening Eritrea; all to no avail. Even the “no-war-no-peace” strategy of “war by other means” is not working. Weyanie reneged to implement the Border Commission’s decision not because of their concern for a church yard or grave sites, or any other concern for Ethiopia’s interest, but to keep Eritrea on an endless war footing, thereby weakening it economically, and put to test the resolve of the people and the military. When the appropriate time comes, they would deliver the cup-de-grace. To their dismay, Eritrea has survived the crisis and turned adversity into an opportunity to build the infrastructure for its development.
Now, the Weyanie are trying to assuage the Eritrean people who are bitter of the way Eritreans were booted out of Ethiopia. The present move is designed to soften the wrath Eritreans harbor against the Weyanie and turn their attention against their own government. The interview a Weyanie leader gave sometime back falls in the same category. He said that the Weyanie “protect and promote Eritrean independence more than the Eritrean liberation movements do”; that is, in the past and the future. This melodramatic way of the Weyanie presenting themselves as the friendly executioners is like saying, ‘It is OK. We are not going to hurt you. We will only kill you …’
One needs a filter to decipher the messages in “Weyanese” that their evil minds spin. Who can forget their pusillanimous leaders and spokeswoman fomenting hatred against Eritreans and white lies, as if they were in earnest drive to beat Goebles and the Nazi hate and propaganda machine? Remember how they engineered the strategy to encroach on Eritrean territory as soon as Eritrea became independent and then came out with a map that changed the border? Does that ring a bell? Does it seem like a re-run of the invasion of Poland?
It should be remembered that Weyanie strategy was working in the home front, not only among the general public, but with some of the best educated minds. Who can forget the vile statements by a certain individuals advocating for war as the winnable and best option (Berhanu Negga), and pushing for a “diktat” (Indrias Ishete) with defeat of Eritrea was a foregone conclusion, another character advising the Weyanie to use the “threat to national security” pretext to justify expulsion of Eritrean to the international community (Abdul). For some, it is now too late that the aggression against Eritrea was a bell tolling for them.
The 1976 Tigrai Republic manifesto is a major motive driving the Weyanie. The new nation was to be built on top of Eritrea’s grave and surrounded by fragmented states of the former Ethiopia. Ethiopia has many Millesovichs, but one Melesovich.
Outwardly, the Weyanie either try lamely to deny the Republic of Tigrai manifesto and their plan on Eritrea ever existed. They also wish that Eritreans and Ethiopians forget that these programs ever existed. Nevertheless, behind the scene, they continue to pursue their old agenda. Everything that is said and done continues to be aimed to promote this agenda. When all is said and done, the Greater Tigrai program is stealthly progressing without the Eritrean component.
One development that needs to be investigated is the impact of the economic crisis that countries that are cash cows for the Weyanie are suffering on the alms trickling down. Also, the impact of change in U.S. policy from belligerence all over the world, especially in the Horn of Africa and the need for collaborating regimes such as the Weyanie.
Keep watching.
Keep on searching for the truth and disseminating it.
one thing the woyane forget to point out is what isayas say about african leders. some of them have 6 or 7 billion dollars in western banks and he said if we fight corruption first the african leaders need to release their bank account information to their people.
Good job Elias.
We need to foster good relation with Eritrea. The two people need to coexist and cooperate in order to thrive and to live in peace. Those who try to saw seeds of distruct and animosity are enemies of both countries and people.
As far as Badame, I rather the Eritrean have it instead of the Woyanes, because the Woyanes victimized all Ethiopians more than any enemy in history, including Mussoline.
Elias, keep the good work. I love to join you in your next trip to Asmara and congratulate Isias on his stand on Woyane and their role in Somalia.
Dawit
The only solution for regional instability caused by Meles and Isaias is a federal arraangement starting with Ethiopia and Eritrea. Isaias missed this opportunity which could have made him a Great Leader. Let us admit that he is now internationally isolated.
let me just remind u that badme was never a part of tigray
that was an excuse to start the war, the weyane regime started destroying eritrean admistrations in 1997 and even the eritrea kept it cool and said the situation can b resolved peacefully, but weyane countinuid destroying local administrations and started placing ethopians there, thus lead to the start of the war in 1998, there aim was to destroy eritrea and form a greater tigray, by using all the resources and soldiers and wealth of ethiopia,
but they manged to full the world with there lies and with the baking of powerfull countries.
anyway i hope in the future Ethiopians and Eritreans can leave in peace and harmony
Weyane, out of people. picked Paul Heinze as its prime witness currently residing in Mekele, tigray. A former fully fledged CIA agent but after the end of the cold war in 1989 this CIA man moved to the RAND corporation & assigned in the former soveit satellite states particularly Georgia where he cocked up & was rent packing with his tails b/n his legs. Then he was told to continue experimenting & poking his dirty nose in the affairs of the horn of Africa. Weyane brought this alien & alienated the people of Ethiopia. Ever since, Meles & co were given a carte de Blanche in suppressing the people of Ethiopia & commit heinous crime at wanton. As long as weyane remains a loyal slave for his foreign masters, they will turn a blind eye to his monesterous savegery.
Latin America is no longer the backyard of the US as it’s used to be with the exception of Mexico & Colombia which are dodgy & corrupt. US has now turned to Africa in its new scramble of Africa. So far weyane has voluntered to be the top slave (home slave) but the people have shown that they will never be enslaved nor represented by their home slave Meles & co.
African human & natural resources are being stripped off by the West to enrich themselves & now to bail out their exploitative based economy.
Peoples’ Democracy is the number one threat to the interest of the Imperialist’s way of life.
weyane is clinging on false hope & it has become unsustainable by the minute. Eritrea’s resistance is to US global domination will soon be embraced by the Africa & beyond.
Tese says:
“Even they dont know that its 18th year of independence”
It’s not that they don’t know, but they want to make it clear to the Eritrean people and the world at large that Eritrea only got its full independence after Weyane’s ‘blessing’ in 1993. However, little do they know that now even ordinary Ethiopian citizens fully understand whose saddle Weyane rod to come to power in Ethiopia. Weyane had very little, if any at all, power to oppose Eritrean independence.
what can i say, “governments always passes but people remains” this what HE president isaias said at the beginning of the border conflict between the two nations. And now You Elias reaffirmed it to all Ethiopians. Keep the GOod work Elias. History will Remember u.
one funny thing i read from the statment by woyane’s regarding Isaias Interview is Kenya will………… from Mogadishu- when does Nairobi Becomes Mogadishu?.
That is very sad to read Woyanne democratically elected party mocking about Eritrean President non existent democracy. I prefer the truth of Eritrean President than our vote rigging, killer, which doesn’t rapresent us kind of Democracy.
No matter what you guys (woyanne) writes we don’t believe you anymore.
Thanks to Elias.
Long live Ethiopia.
W.E.
Tadias Elias.
Thank you, sir, for all your journalistic efforts over the years. Your interview has really thrown Weyane off-gurard. Wishetam Weyane doesn’t know what hit him. I thought their response to your interview was pathetic.
Keep up the good work! God bless!
When will Ethiopia implement the President Isseyas brilliant policies? To mention some of it
1. NO aid – Self-reliance policy – (I can see proud Ethiopia with no Aid from western-No beggars on the street of Addis Ababa and other Ethiopian parts – a confident Ethiopia
2. National Service policy – (I can see millions jobless Ethiopian youth being disciplined and responsible)
I wonder how he would lead Africa if he got the chance. The answer is clear.
The Woyannes will do what ever they can to sow seeds of hatred b/n Eritreans and Ethiopians. So we as peace loving people have to be aware of their intentions and never give the a chance to divide us so the prolong their stay in power.
Elias a good job, keep it up.
1) what would happen to Weyane if the US\UK\UN stopped its support? 2) If I may ask, we know in US there is no free lunch or ride, so why are WEST giving all this support and money to Ethiopia and what are they getting in return? 3)Why are the Weyane selling Ethiopian land, what is the rush? 4)If the Weyane beliieve in sharning power why do they have all to themselves? 5)Hate, how much do the Weyane hate Ethiopia (they are killing everyone)? 6)Let us not give them no room to divid and rule us by hate? 7) what does the Weyane have to offer african beside hate and greed (check their record = Killing + Swiss Bank) 8) what do you get out of Greed and hate = Weyane 9) The Weyane have no moral ground to talk about Ethiopia or African — they have nothing left. 10) Most scholarship are given to the Weyane people – look around the US universities, they are everywhere 11)what do you get from a democractic election run by Weyane in Ethiopia for 18 years = Weyane (Meles Zoonow). 12)Who is Meles Z.- Democratically elected Ethiopia President for 18 years or more (the US decided the term limit but it is still democratic process – since the US told us so- who are Ethiopian people anyhow to know what the term limit is). 14) what do you call a corrupted Weyane – very promising candidate to represent the US\UK interset in Africa. 15)what do you call 99.99% vote – A+ Democracy.
The matter of the fact is that both Meles and Esayas are sheer historical enemies of Ethiopia and its peoples. Comparing the two is like making beauty choice between two monkeys. We do not need both of them. They both are war criminals that devoured many lives on both sides for such a nonsense purpose. Both Weyane and Shabia are chronic problem creators for the rest of Ethiopia.
And in fact the very grave mistake lies in making choice between the two.
Why do we really need to make choice between the two while we have another best choice out of this vicious domain? If we have to make a choice is with regard to how each are good/bad for the peoples they claim they are leading by force or by will. And in this regard I think Isayas is by far better considerate, loving, honest and respectful of his people and country than the inconsiderate, hateful, dishonest, hypocrite, disrespectful and abusive Meles.
Meles is still erving as a stooge while Isayas is some how making himself independent and proud in his own idenetity.
