It would have been extremely helpful if ER had provided us with a brief summary of the most important points of the Amharic classified document.
Weyanne calls those who challenge him in the political arena AKRARI (extremist). We in the diaspora should continue opposing their tribal politics, corrption and deterioration of the country in a more concerted manner and at a large scale.

This is highly classified document. I really don’t like you Elyas, but this time, I have to admit that you are intelligent. You have done great Job in letting Ethiopiansk now how TPLF is working day and night to keep its network more tightly and stay longer on its killing administration.
We don’t take it serious any way. We let this evil group kill our people and devastative the generation. The group has been left alone while it kills tens of thousands of Ethiopians, tortured millions and left tens of millions of Ethiopians without food. We may think this happen by coincidence and without a plan. All events that have been done by TPLF group are performed based on such kind of crime plans and the leader receives performance report on every act. We all know that one of the first plan when TPLF group come to Ethiopia was to abandon non-Tigreane Ethiopians from the right to Education. It disallows Ethiopians to have their fundamental right that was set forth in the Universal declaration of human rights by the UN. It has accomplished this plan by:
1) Ordering each Ethnic based states to conduct education on their own language till 8th grade. They will have a chance to be exposed to (An American English Via Satellite TV) English language at 9th and 10th grade. We can’t say these students have learned English, but just have watched the TV though no one is trained to explain what it was about.
2) Unlike Tigray state, students of other states should complete their school at 10th grade
3) More students from Tigray are allowed to attend colleges and even to foreign scholarships
4) Students of other Ethnic groups have been harassed, beaten and tortured while in the University.
They have accomplished their plan of destroying generation that will give them a save heaven to lead the country for centauries to come. This new plan is to compromise any negative activities of the old generation that has left the country before it’s got poisoned.
By the way, all the above educational crimes have been performed based on a kind of plan that is attached above.

The so-called classified document-guideline for establishing Constutency(support groups?) is simply rubbish.It is out of the real situation on the ground.Is there democracy in Ethiopia? Is there meaningful development in the country outside the home region of Meles Zenawi? So what is the purpose of the whole exercise?
It is simply to consolidate tribal dictatorship, to intimidate Ethiopians living abroad and to coarse their relatives at home.
Woyane knows how to label its opposers.We also know how to expose its masqurade face.Woyane wants to muzzle our free opinion even abroad in democratic countries.It is impossible, Woyane can not supress our lawfful struggle for the prevalence of democracy in Ethiopia.We galvanize the support of democratic governments and peoples.It is highly advisable that Woyane throw its anti-democracy document to garbage cans.
The so-called a classified document:
It is a document, I assume, intended to bring in some revenues to the financially devastated Woyanne’s corrupt regime.
The way the document is crafted in long and twisted sentences like the Lemalimo road between Debebahir and Debark towns is very frightening and confusing indeed to some of us Ethiopians in the diaspora and who are strangers to the new words used in the document – words such as “akrari, akwaya, meratewanian,” and etc.
Whatever vague words or phrases the writer of the document has used, the main message of the document the writer is trying to convey to us is to identify the true disciples of the Woyanne regime here in North America, Europe, and in other countries.
Once these disciples of Woyanne have been identified, scrutinized, and well documented, then, the Woyanne regime in return will reward them a free passage to Ethiopia, which means they can easily get Ethiopian passports with maximum rustle and hassle: They can freely travel in Ethiopia, visit their families, friends, teachers, stay in hotels, motels, and even buy lands, build houses, schools, hospitals, and open bank accounts in Ethiopia, have Ethiopian identification cards, and easily change their foreign currencies into Ethiopian currency.
Or they will be allowed to go back to North America, Europe, and other countries where they come from if they want to; however, this time, they will be responsible for the following important obligations:
1. Continue sending money to their families in Ethiopia.
2. Invest in Ethiopia by buying lands, building homes, schools, hospitals, bridges and roads.
3. Establish new Ethiopian communities in the diaspora who are supportive of the Meles regime.
4. Convince other Ethiopian communities to invest their money in Ethiopia.
5. Have a close relation with the Woyanne ambassadors to North America, Europe, and to other countries.
6. In collaboration with the Ethiopian ambassadors and Church leaders, crack down those Ethiopians who oppose the Woyanne regime.
7. Dismantle those organizations that defame the name of Meles and try to bring down its regime.
After these disciples of Woyanne have demonstrated their loyalties to the Meles regime, their rights will be honored and respected whenever they come to Ethiopia to visit their relatives and friends.
On the other hand, Meles Seitanawi (Zenawi) will work hard with other foreign governments, such as the United States and the European countries to curve down the freedoms of those Ethiopians who express their disapprovals to the tyrannical rule of Meles and who expose it almost daily through the public media.
To stay longer in power, Meles will convene his lawmakers to draft a new law that prohibits any Ethiopians who reside in foreign countries and speak against the Woyanne regime to forfeit their citizenships and be sent back to Ethiopia. Since they are not Ethiopian citizens, Meles thinks, they have no right to defame a foreign leader – Meles Seitanawi; therefore, they should not meddle with the Ethiopian politics.
Whether such an arbitrary rule will be internationally accepted, or whether Meles Seitanawi has the will, the ingenuity, and the power to convince President elect Barack Obama of Washington and Gordon Brown of London has to be seen yet.
For a reasonable person, such a thought is almost impossible that Meles will convince the democratic countries to ban any Ethiopian from speaking out about the innocent victims who lost their freedoms and lives under the Ethiopian dictator who imprisons and tortures his opponents.
Having said all these, the burden of carrying out or executing the so-called classified document thoroughly rests on the three groups: the Ethiopian ambassadors to different countries, the Ethiopian Orthodox Churches in the diaspora, and the true disciples of the Woyanne regime.
The message of the document is understandable that if the Ethiopian ambassadors to North America, Europe, and to other countries fail to perform their duties – to hunt down the opposing parties in the diaspora – they will lose their jobs, and their embassies will be shut down, if not permanently, at least, for a long time.
It is also possible that Abune Paulos will be unset from his Patriarchate and replaced by another monk, perhaps from Debre Damo Monastery in the Tigray province, never from Debre Lebanos or Waldiba in Shewa and Gondar provinces respectively for failing to bring back those Ethiopian Orthodox Churches in the diaspora to contribute money to the troubled Meles regime.
Those disciples of Woyanne will lose their privileges unless they continue to cooperate with the Ethiopian ambassadors by reporting to the embassies those whom they think are radical Ethiopians who never surrender to the Meles regime.
In short, the so-called classified document is a warning to some of us in the diaspora that Meles Seitanawi is telling us his evil intentions ahead of time, and that he wants his plans to be accomplished before the end of this year. And that is why he is sending his agents all over the world to recruit and train new agents to spy on our precious freedoms here in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other European countries.
Finally, the document shows a false bright future with many unverifiable privileges awaiting those Ethiopians who follow the message of the document, and a gloomy day for those of us who refuse to support the corrupt regime of Meles Seitanawi.
Meles has allowed such a document to be crafted and distributed to his ambassadors the world over so that he could have a smooth ride in the coming national election; he is planning to suppress down his opponents wherever they are. Case in point, he has just put in jail Wzr. Birtukan Mideksa, a prominent leader of the opposing party.

Generally the concept of the document is good. It calls for organizing to help our country.
The devil is in the details.
1. Asking to organize to support TPLF regime.
2. By being organized weather we like it or not it is supporting the current regime.
3. Asking to organize to attack the opposition. This is what is called fascism.
4. Generally they are trying to recruit party membership.

Amazing is the word. Elias you did it this time. You hit the jackpot! This is the mother of all EVIL DOCUMENTS. I agree with Assefa (9) and Mesfin (12) on their analysis of the document and how naïve we were. Mesfin said it best when he said, we have been had! We really have been taken for a full and we were robbed of our freedom, time, money, business, and our Churches. We were in the dark for so long and were terrorized by thugs that were applying woyane commandments chapter and verse to the letter. Since we did not know this document existed we fell prey to the hired gangsters of woyane. Now thanks to Ethiopian Review this sinister document came to light. I would not be surprised if woyane used every trick in the book to get this document off the web. Therefore everyone needs to print a copy for themselves and their friends, send emails with attachments or links to this site so that every Ethiopian (I did not say ketregna or hodam) will have an access and find out what the so called democratic government is doing to destroy the lives of the Diaspora and their families in Ethiopia. A copy of an English version of this document is also warranted. Since it is written, in part, to destroy the Ethiopian people in the diaspora, this, the so-called, classified document resembles in many respects to the death document written thousands of years ago by Haman the Agagite and dispatched to all the Persian provinces to destroy all the Jews – criminal or innocent.
Queen Esther petitioned King Xerxes to save the lives of her people – the Jews, and when the King asked who planned such an evil thing and who wrote such a disturbing document, the Queen didn’t deter from telling the King the whole plot in the document. He continued asking the Queen: “Who is he? Where is the man who has dared to do such a thing?”
Finally, the Queen came forward and whispered to the most powerful King that it was “The adversary and enemy… this vile Haman” who devised this evil thought against the Jewish people. (Esther Chapters 7 & 8)
Of course, after the King learned all the facts from his wife Queen Esther that Haman had indeed written a secrete document and sent it to all the ambassadors and governors of the Persian Kingdoms to annihilate the Jews, the King ordered that Haman should be hanged and all his properties be given to Mordecai, Esther’s cousin.
Do we Ethiopians in the diaspora have someone like Queen Esther who could petition our grievances and the grievances of our brothers and sisters back at home to the United Nation or to the World Court at Haig and tell that our enemy is Meles Seitanawi (Zenawi) who has devised such a document to destroy us all?
So, before Meles Seitanawi puts his wicked plans into action through his ambassadors, Church and community leaders, we must find some Ethiopian Esthers to help us frustrate Meles’ hidden plots in this classified document.
Some Ethiopian Review readers have been asking someone to come forward and translate the document into English, but, I doubt, we can find any one able to translate such an obscure document into good English. However, the person who wrote the document may be the only one who can translate this document into English. I’m sure he knows English because he has used many English words or phrases in the document – words or phrases such as dynamics, network, positive, district, system, target, resource, first hand information, scope, check-list, zero tolerance, constituency, e-mail, marketing agent, remittance, lobbying, advocacy, and creativity.
It seems to me that the document was first written in English and then translated into Amharic, so the best way is to find out the author of the document and ask him/her to translate it into Amharic. It is a mystery to me why the document is not available in English.
We used to have a lot good comments on this forum. What happened to Bertu, etc. We would like to hear their analysis. Let us share ideas and opinions on how to overcome our problems with woyane and MK both here and Ethiopia.
I second Bekelech’s comment about people with the knowledge of the current troublesome issues of our Country, i.e. religious, political, social, and the economy, should comment on documents like this. It would make the document easily understandable to some of us that have no concept of what woyane could do to us and our families and do not understand the sophisticated intricacies of their evil web. This document should concern every Ethiopian regardless of where s/he resides, because in this document woyane has a long hand that could stretch across the ocean to impose on our lives, impede our progress and stunt our growth lest we do something to stop it.
This extraordinary finding along with other classified documents which has been the architect of Meles-Paulos axis is finally getting exposed.
My take on all of this can be summed up into 3 main components:
1- Rally political support at any cost including intimidation and infiltrating of the opposition groups.
2- Seek Diaspora financial support into Ethiopia and thereby nullify resistance in order to protect their own investment all while enriching Woyane thugs.
3- Shatter the Diaspora Churches until they submit to the will of Aba Paulos.
The political state of Woyane:
Although it lacks the absolute core of unity, it is apparent that the Diaspora political rhetoric is finally cracking the western indifference to the plight of the Ethiopian people. There is uncoordinated but Unisom voice in the analysis and indictment of Woyane including the passage of HR 2003 bill which may be proven to be the future working paper of the US in dealing with similar rogue nations. The Obama election, the defeat of Woyane in Somalia, The united front being formed by Arab League against Woyane, The increasing arm resistance efforts throughout Ethiopia are taking a political toll on this evil regime. The election of President Obama and the recent call by Rep. Danald Payne, Sen. Feingold and Sen. Lehay on the unconditional release of Wt Birtukan from Woyane’s prison illustrates how far they have fallen out of favor. The most vivid example of their dire situation is demonstrated in the eyes of recent visitors (Returnee from Ethiopia especially those who in the past fearlessly displayed their support for Woyanne in the Diaspora) as they travel back to US and Europe with visible disappointment and now attempting to distant themselves from the regime.
The economic state of Woyane:
It is now widely believed the Ethiopian central bank is in the verge of collapse. Just recently they further devalued Eth. Birr by 5% against US dollar, even though one can buy up to $15 Birr in the open market. There is a credible fear that the country is heading to Zimbabwe like hyper inflation, making things virtually ungovernable in the country. The meager exports are now being shut down for lack of foreign reserve all while import tariff has doubled in Djibouti’s port. As the sign of the cash strap Woyane illustrates, for the first time it is laying off civilian workers within the bureaucracy while feverishly consumed in how to hold the military together for fear of mutiny by starving army. Its agony is for all to see and there is no escape from the truth.
This is of course is unfolding with the backdrop that the Diaspora collectively has amassed unparallel wealth in the last 4 decades to eclipse the sum total wealth of every Woyane in Ethiopia. This fact has been known to them better than anyone and the intensive campaign to hood wink the Diaspora (beginning in 2001 till present) to invest and affirm a vote of confidence in Meles’s kingdom. Sadly sufficient group of the Diaspora have so far been indifferent to the suffering of their people and chose to enrich themselves only to find their investment is now in the verge of total meltdown. Even if they were to cash out it will be whirl pooled in the sea of worthless Birr unable to convert into useable currency. By some estimate (and unlike no other of its predecessors) Woyane has been a beneficiary of Ethiopian Diaspora dollar even more so than the total money received and loaned by donor nations. Such is the legacy of these despicable Woyane underwriters who live among us, These so called Ethiopians at best accepted Woyanes premise of good governance, at worse, convincingly surrendered to the agent of Woyane who are using this 52 page document to provide Meles and his thugs a highly sought after commodity, hard currency. For those of us who participated in the struggle to end apartheid in South Africa there is clear reminder that the economic boycott against apartheid indeed have contributed to the demise of that evil system. Once more Let us unite to boycott Woyane (the other apartheid system) to finally flush it out from Ethiopia and the African continent itself. At any rate, buyers beware your name with your title is proof evidence of your trust of an alien regime who was busy destroying your own country while you were investing in his schemes. Instead, boycott any investment that involves Woyanes central bank and liberate your country by denying Woyane the life blood of its survival.
The state of Diaspora Church:
Although many discussions have been devoted in the most recent web publications, perhaps no organized Ethiopian Diaspora has been singularly targeted more than the Orthodox Church. It is the only valid and vibrant collection remaining which has defied all odds to stand against Woyne regime and its fake patriarch Aba Paulos. This institution contains one of the most enduring elemental makeups of every Ethiopian, even to those who do not share its core faith, by providing all of us a unique identity of ETHIOPIANISM. Meles above all else knew the road in dismembering Ethiopia will ultimately will have to go through the Orthodox church and all available recourse need to be expended to destroy it. Especially in the absence of a unifying political opposition such as the ANC of South Africa, the church remains the unyielding fort of true Ethiopians throughout Ethiopia and abroad.
However, to reach their ultimate goal of its destruction, Woyane and Aba Paulos organized and unleashed the bonfire of hell known as MAHEBERE KIDUSAN to accomplish their dream. Fortunately today this group is in full retreat both in Ethiopia and abroad. Even in the so called MK formed churches in Diaspora, the inevitable split is looming even on the question of whether to recite Aba Paulos’s Name or kick out any and all card holding members of MK from the church itself. Its mission exposed and vilified as agent of Woyane, many of its followers who unknowingly participated are abandoning the group and further exposing it. Their double mission to divide the Diaspora in favor of the fake patriarch as well as their tireless attempt to collect money for their own enrichment is being gobbled up by unstoppable financial Tsunami. Let them inherit their destiny and the desolate space where they sold their brothers and sisters for Woyane’s dinar, like Judah.

This documented is a material witness to challenge this organization to never exist within the frame work of a congregational church anywhere in the world. The very hierarchical structure of MK stands contradictory to legal structure of nonprofit organization assembled as independent entity. IF LITIGATED THE COURTS WILL RULE IN FAVOR OF THE DIASPORA CHURCHES WHOSE ESTABLISHMENT AS CONGRATIONAL ENTITY MUST BE UPHOLD IN THE INTERST OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PERISH.
The time has finally come to speak in one voice politically, to deny the hard currency desperately sought by Woyane to survive economically, and legally cleanse the agent of nation killers out of the Diaspora churches. It makes my heart flutter when I realize that a good sum of us feel the weight of the subject at hand, which is the very existence of our country’s freedom. Our forefathers bled and died and passed the torch of freedom to us, the useless generation. Some of us are greedy and spineless enough to surrender our freedom, religion and our beloved country to a woyane regime who by mere luck had climbed the ladder from rags to glory and lost the way back to its rags. As Bertu tried to coax our imagination into reality, just because we lead a somewhat comfortable life in our home away from home, we should not be complacent about the fate of our poor people who through their tears and prayers got us here in the first place.
The time has come for us to wake up from the lull that woyane had managed to put us in and do whatever it takes to jerk ourselves out from the state of paralysis we are in, and yank mahiber kidusan and their sympathizers from our churches and throw them into the funnels of tornadoes to hasten their flight back to the hell hole they came from. Miracles are taking place each day at the Dallas St. Michael Church, the supposed headquarters of Mahibere Kidusan
I thank everyone that had prayed for this ailing Church to get well from its malignant cancer known as the woyane and mahibere kidusan combo. These duo had taken refuge at this Church a few years ago and as a cancer they had metastasized and taken over the body of the Church, in other wards they have spread into all the functions of the Church and had taken over from bottom to top including the Board and the Clergy.
As the saying goes “Berchiko keneka ayhonem eka” the foundation of Mahibere Saitan has cracked and opened wide from the bottom up and has started crumbling down in on itself.
Mathew 21:12 “Jesus went into the temple courtyard and threw out everyone who was buying and selling there. He overturned the moneychangers’ tables and the chairs of those who sold pigeons.”
These tumors were found red handed while laundering the Church’s money and depositing it into their MK accounts, recruiting church members to be paying MK members, and preparing for a hostile takeover, etc. God saw these deceitful wolves in sheep’s clothing amongst his sheep, tarring at his Church as vultures and sent his tornado to stir them up and blow them away into the abyss. Their time is up. God has spoken. The Miracle is taking place as we speak!!
This is a request for your prayers for the St. Michael Church of Dallas. Those of you that do believe in God’s power, kindness and mercy and love the Orthodox Church, here is your chance to talk to the Almighty God to raise his hand on the unjust and save His Church and be a refuge to his sheep. I am equally amazed about this document seeing to what depth Woyane will sink to divide every Ethiopian on the planet. Today however, I agree with Bertru that nothing including this document can save Woyane from its eventual demise which I believe will be sooner than we think.

Thank you (19) Wolde Giorgis, that was a beautiful recitation of a prayer. The Bible tells us that God has told us to ask and it shall be given to us. That is exactly what we are doing. I have realized how many times I and others have tried to come to this link and were not able to. A lot of the people I had contacted to check this link have told me they have tried several times and could not get to it. Someone toward the beginning had mentioned that woyane will somehow try to get this document blocked so that no Ethiopian would know about their evil plan of destroying the Ethiopian Diaspora. Well, they tried. They don’t know that the Internet is beyond their control. This gave the other Ethiopian websites the wake up call, some of them are starting to have a means of getting the document to the reader by creating links, downloads, etc. Check them out. Woyane and its machinery is on the way out. Everyone of us need to pray for a better government to replace the evil ones without confusion and bloodshed. Pray for the curse to be lifted from our country which was put by the saints that have given their undying love and precious lives to their country. “Ethiopia hagere mogn nesh telala, yemotelesh kerto yegedelesh bela”, is the reality. When Derg was in power everyone believed nothing worse than derg could come. But look at what we got. There is no limit to evilness Mengistu slaughtered our youngs, woyane does not choose, it is cleanhouse, mope up, kill them all!!! The day has drawn nearer. Merciful God save our beloved country!
When you read the classified document woyane put into effect to disband and dismantle the diaspora and then read srorys of mass graves found in prisons containing fresh corpses and old skeletons. How do you feel about your security wherever you are, you will understand what I am talking about even if you have read half of the document. Woyane has organized its goons and launched them everywhere with instructions to take actions as necessary. Be on the look out. As someone metioned it does not hurt to realize how sinister their evil plan of action is and register each one of them and post them on the web for the Universe to acknowledge them and prosecute each one of them for war crimes and butchering a whole generation of their own countrymen. People!! wake up and smell the cofee. Mengistu’s cronies and butchers are living in peace amongst us after butchering hundreds of thousands of innocent ethiopians. Why not Woynes’? Who is to say Meles would not move into his newly found wealth and mansion in Washington, D.C. Do we have the Hamot to say or do anything? It reamins to be seen. Let us hold Melese’s feet to the fire about this new information of dead bodies that were found in prison. Thanks to Mr. Elias, we at least get a whiff of what is taking place in the woyane world just as soon as he gets it.

Thanks for pointing out the evil that has come to St. Michael’s church in Dallas and God’s victory. Those who are Mehabere Kidusan should know that God knows all and sees all and his justice is swift. Mehabere Kidusan may have deceived the loving and kind people of Dallas for years but the truth has finally come out. Mehabere Kidusan will not be allowed to take over a church that servs God. Ethiopian politics has no place in the US and more importantly, St. Michael’s church will never fall under the evil hands of the imposter patriarc wanabe Paulos and his seytans MK, woyane etc.
Why are MK so interested in taking over St. Michael?
Why do MK only successfully recruit widows, single women and those with less than a high school degree. And why does it seem like all the members of MK and their supporters are the known rejects of the Dallas Ethiopian community and/or the greedy, and selfish abesha?
Why is it every member of MK in Dallas is known in the community as being evil, mean, liers, thiefs and prostitutes?

I thought I was by myself, except for Mesfin nobody even comments about these nasty evil doers. I cannot for the life of me understand how such evil people exist in a place of worship where the name of God is called and the Spirit of God is residing. It sends chills in my spine when those handful prostitutes go around insulting respected elderly people in the Dejeselam while the priests and the so-called board members are sitting around listening and turn their faces away as if they did not hear the insults.
Forgive me for saying this but, I truly feel that this is a Church completely overrun by the devil and his followers. I sometimes wander if God’s Spirit had left and the evil spirits had taken over. The good people are shunned and some had left the Church they established. Some of them come on and off and some of the ones that stayed are the ones taking all the insults as complements. What a travesty, what a shame, what happened to all the good people that we use to know ten fifteen years ago that were happy to see any stranger, invite him to their homes, feed him and visit with him like they know him for years. Whatever happened to those nice and kind people?
A while back on this same website on another topic concerning MK and Dallas St. Michael, I asked, what happened to the people that established the Church? Why would they let MK take over their Church? And someone answered “they are the ones that turned to be sympathizers and supporters of MK, they eat with them, sleep with them and steal with them.” This person also quoted that one of the well known famous and respected elder was chairing one general meeting where there were about 200 people and he literally worshiped the MK Texas leader a little thief, by saying “you are amazing, there is nothing you cannot do (omnipotent).”
No wander MK robbed that Church blind, anytime somebody new comes asking questions, they attack with full force and eject those people out of that Church by mentally torturing them. Now a few lost souls led by some doctor, MK already labeled as menafik protestant are trying in vain to make some sense out of the madness. Any Orthodox Christian or anybody for that matter, I don’t care who, please pray to God Almighty to get rid of all of the evil people out of this Church so that the good people that come to pray and leave from the outside come in. Let God help them come inside and stay so that they could change this Church into God’s House of Worship and drive the demons and their converts out. Oh, God Almighty hear our prayers, drive the devil and his worshipers out of St. Michael Church of Dallas. Amen
