Ethiopia: UDJ prevented from printing flyer

Ethiopia Zare reports that the Unity for Democracy and Justice Party (UDJ) has been prevented from printing fliers that announce a public meeting scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa on December 6.

UDJ is a party that is daydreaming about being able to operate as a genuine opposition party in Ethiopia under the rule of the fascist regime of Tigrean People’s Liberation Front (Woyanne).

While UDJ is prevented to print a flier in Ethiopia that announces a simple meeting, its chairperson, Birtukan Mideksa, is currently visiting European countries to talk about (misinform) how it is possible to conduct peaceful political activity in the country. Birtukan’s party also condemns those Ethiopians who try to defend themselves by picking up guns as ‘primitives’ and ‘chauvinists’.

የፓርቲው ም/ሊቀመንበርና የህዝብ ግንኙነት ኃላፊ ዶ/ር ኃይሉ አርኣያ፤ እንደገለጹት በራሪ ወረቀቱን ለማተም ከፈቃጅ አካል ማኅተም አስደርገው እንዲመጡ መጠየቃቸውንና “ቅድመ ምርመራ (ሳንሱር) በሕግ በተከለከለበት ሀገር በሕጋዊ መንገድ ፍቃድ አውጥተን የምንቀሳቀስ ፓርቲ ማተሚያ ቤቱ ከማናውቀው አካል ማኅተም አስደርገን እንድንመጣ ጠይቆናል” ብለዋል።

ፓርቲው ቅዳሜ ኅዳር 27 ቀን 2001 ዓ.ም. ለሚያደርገው ህዝባዊ ስብሰባ “ሠላማዊ ትግል” የሚል በራሪ ወረቀት ለማሣተም “ርኾቦት አሣታሚዎች ኃ/የተ/የግል ማኅበር” ለተባለ ማተሚያ ቤት ረቡዕ ኅዳር 17 ቀን 2001 ዓ.ም. የሚያስፈልገውን የሕትመት ዋጋ ከፍለው፣ የሚታተመውን ጽሑፍ አስረክበው ከሄዱ በኋላ፣ በዚያው ዕለት ማምሻውን ተደውሎ ጽሑፉን ማተም ስለማይችሉ ገንዘባቸውን እንዲወስዱ እንደተነገራቸው አስረድተዋል።

ማተሚያ ቤቱ ለማተም ፍቃደኛ ያልሆነበትን ምክነንያት ሲጠይቁ፤ ጹሑፉ ላይ ከፈቃጁ አካል ማኅተም ማስደረግ እንዳለባቸው ከመግለጽ ውጭ ፈቃጁ አካል ማን እንደሆነ፣ ማተሚያ ቤቱ በቃል ወይም በጹሑፍ የደረሰው ነገር እንዳለ ጠይቀው ምላሽ አለማግኘታቸውን አስረድተዋል።

  1. It is classic weyane behaviors to intimidate and harass its opponents. The notion that weyane would be departed or defeated through peaceful struggle at the moment is being evaporated.

    Birtukan has totally ignored you and I think it is time for you to move on the next target. Earlier last week, in Stockholm, Sweden, she said you are an imagenery and emotional person and she has no time for people like you.

    Well! your love affair with G7 and Andy Tsigie also will be short lived because those guys will never deliver on what they are preaching. They are not better than other Diaspora created parties such as Aregawi’s TAND.

    The peacful struggle under the leadership of Eng. Hailu Shawel has now ignited in Ethiopia and you and the so called Diaspora Medias have a black out. It reminds me the time of 2003 when the UEDF was created. The same effort was done to ignore Eng. Hailu Shawel but back fired on your face. It looks like history is repeating itself. Loser!

Melese and hailu are woing their job jointly, business and politics. The way is clear for hailu shawul any time . now he is dancing in addis with tedy’s music where as ethiopia’s youth are arrested because they used to wear T-shirt which has tedy’s photo. So your hailu has already joined TPLF’s camp. “AEUP” AAPO under the leadership of power monger and selfish hai;lu became one of TPLF’s sisterly “parties” AAPO is the fith T[LF’s sisterly party which is full of weyane’s under cover agents.

UDJ is atleast trying all the best to struggle through peaceful struggle, while the so called idiot hailu shawel still trying to confuse the people as if he is ready to struggle weyane while he still supporting the weyane path by keep killing and dragging the struggle along with his idiot and stupid foreign ministers EPRP power monger and money chaser retiree groups.

    If hailu stops his divisive role, the so called EPRP would not have to hide them seleves anymore, so that the struggle can smoothly atleast contiue in targetting weyane only….otherwise UDJ or others would have a great challenge under the double sided enemies of weyane in one side and idiot hailu shawel and his EPRP supporters on the other side…

    so tell the idiot hailu and his back up EPRP to withdraw thier cult inorder to continue the struggle.
