Makeda Debebe: The One in AESA One

Makeda it seems is one of the tiny majorities of Habeshas who actually embraces and lives out the meaning of her first name::

by Teddy Fikre  dated: Wednesday, July 11th, 2012

In times of war, it is vital to understand that all on the other side are not evil and some are taking part and doing part with unethical people because they believe in an ideal beyond what the leaders of the other side espouse.  In times of war, it is vital to separate the pigs from the lamb and to treat the redeemable as friends while banishing the useless ones to the periphery of extinction.  War is a savage business, those who have God’s light in their cornea seek war not as a grand conquest or a final solution but as a means to bring about a Addis day and a lasting peace for the people.

It is with that statement that I will “expose” Makeda Debebe as the one person in AESA One who is worthy of being treated with graceful words instead of being buried with my fire pen.  Makeda is the one person in AESA One who had ethics and who embarked to market and promote AESA One because she believed in the possibility that AESA One offered.  She is the one person out of hundreds who did not take blood money to fill her wallet and instead worked with AESA One to help her brother.  This is why Makeda is the only ONE in AESA One; while the rest of the blood thirsty mercenaries were paid over $20,000 a piece stained with the blood of raped and tortured 13 year old Ethiopian girls, Makeda broke her back in a million tiny pieces to give AESA One wings while not fully grasping the wings she was providing to this tyrant federation gave flight to Lucifer and his forty Banda bandits.

Let me tell you a bit about Makeda, or as I call her Makiyeyeye (this is copy written by the way), Makeda is a refuge attorney.  She has made it her life mission to help those who are in need and she travels the world all over to give aid and comfort to those who have little and live for even less.  She helps victims of rape and exploitation; she travels to Africa continuously to assist refugees and walks endlessly in refugee camps to give Hebret to those who are left shivering in dark lit corners.  Makeda is the personification of her first name.  You see, in Ethiopia most have some poetic names that have meanings so deep that even Pluto and Aristotle get confounded trying to figure out the essence of our names.

Unfortunately, most Habeshas spit on the meaning of their names and act in ways that are polar opposite of their names.  Some are called Desta but they are the perfection of misery, some are called Dawit but don’t act as Dawit in the bible, some are called Fiker but live in hate, while others are named Emnet but have no faith at all.  Makeda it seems is one of the tiny majorities of Habeshas who actually embraces and lives out the meaning of her first name.  Her parents made no mistake calling this lovely lady Makeda—they can be proud that their daughter has grown up to be the Queen Makeda of Ethiopia after all.  Right now, at this very moment, Habeshas with names like Henok Assefa are asking teenage boys proof of their ethnicity on job applications before they ask them about their qualifications.  I told you, genocide in Ethiopia is being born and I am standing with my army of youth revolutionaries to stop it the only way we know how—to fight fight fight until the freedom is won.

The thing that galls me the most is that Makeda was the only Jegna who stood up and stood tall for AESA One.  Every “man” in AESA One revealed themselves to be nothing more than Habesha Kemis wearing qamalams as they refused to come out publicly and defend the very “non-profit” that was paying them thousands of dollars in order to feed their blood lusting bellies.  However, Makeda—the only one that did not get paid—stood like a soldier in Adwa and faced all incoming heat in order to defend the organization that she believed in.  She even took forty scud missiles aimed at Makeda’s big foreheadiye (I say that with love) from Teddisho and refused to let me intimidate her.  Imagine that, AESA One, a federation of forty bitches and one true nigist.

It is for that reason, because Makeda is a nigist of the highest order, that I write this article praising her heart.  Now, don’t get it wrong, Makeda is still wrong for being part and taking part in an organization that is creating the very turmoil and pestilence that she is trying to erase as a profession.  AESA One drinks from the cini of blood red buna as they continue to… (CONTINUED)

  1. Teddy Fikre,

First of all, I would like to inform you that the money you saw being spent in DC is not blood money it is rather Oil & real estate money.

Secondly, the so called ‘blood money’, which I call it as Oil & real estate money also bought ESFNA for a decade. I appereciate you for including some of the pictures from past ESFNA events in your video to show what this ‘blood money’ bought in the past.

Anyways, AESAone is done for now and they will be back next year. Use your energy to help unite the two groups if possible than running around talking nonsense. Blood money to me is garbage. How do you become a billionaire by using 13 yr olds? it is so disgusting and low life accusation. Whether you like it or not, Alamoudi is the best thing that ever happened to Ethiopia. Can you mention any other world known business man who set foot in Ethiopia? Do you know how his bold moves transformed the country? Do you know how many lifes depend on him? He should take a lot of credit for building investor confidence in Ethiopia? Elias is blinded by hatred but you are different deep down and thats why I would like to ask you if you have been to Ethiopia lately? If you haven’t been there, I beg you to go. I will buy you a ticket if you need one. You will be healed. That is going to be your best medicine. I can see you doing great things over there.

You are destroying yourself before our own eyes. You desperately need to go to Ethiopia. You have nothing to lose by going there my man. You will gain the satisfaction you were seeking.

    Peace!

    Teddy Fikre replies:

    Abaw,

First, with respect to ESFNA merging with AESA One…HA! That is like the Ritz Carlton merging with Motel 8…NO THANK YOU…work (pearls) do not merge with asamas (pigs)..

As far as me visiting Ethiopia…let me ask you a question before I answer your question…is there ice in Alaska?? serious, answer that broham

    Teddisho

    Abaw replies:

Yes there is Ice. Whats your point?

    Teddy Fikre replies:

Have you been to Alaska abaw??

    Ethiopiawi replies:

Abaw do you get Teddy’s point now?
    Teddy I like it

    Abaw replies:

    Ethiopiawi and Teddy,

I already replied to Teddy, though my comment didn’t show up in this comment trail. I said to him, if his point is to say you don’t have to go to Alaska to know if there is ice. My comment has a totally different message. I wanted him to experience how it feels. I have heard about the cold weather, the snow, the heat and all those things before I came to the states but actually experiencing it was a different story.

    Teddy Fikre replies:

    Abaw,

Well I don’t think you are an expert on snow and ice, you don’t know shit about cold weather. When you go visit the Antarctic and feel her beauty and cold breeze, I shall go to Addis to do the same. Deal Hawey??

    Aberarsh replies:

Abaw you sound like a hired gun to shoot at anything that moves against Al Amoudi, whether it is oil money or blood money it makes no difference as long as they are mixed together in the same pocket. You like it or not Alamoudi is involved in the bitter political struggle between Ethiopians for freedom and fake Ethiopians against freedom. He had sided with the ones that kill us, torture and put in jail our people. He is one of them. He better spend his money on his family instead of bringing it over here to fight the diaspora.

Fikre, your article to me is a no make sense one. You are praising this woman because she is kind and not kind, brave and not brave at the same time. So is Meles, Berket Simon, and all the other killers in the TPLF. You always find a little bit of nice things from every evil person. There are still people in Russia who like communism, Stalin and Putin. To me they are all the same. Is she working to save Ethiopian women in the Middle East, did she fight to get Birtukan out of prison, the Oromo fighters who are dying in the desert, Eskinder, all the other women of Ethiopia, and the little girls you mentioned in your article.

so what is the point? you want us to say thank you Makeda for working with refugees in Africa on behalf of your kindness and Alamoudi in United States on behalf of the TPLF.

You entitled to do that not me.

    Teddy Fikre replies:

    Aberash,

Actually Makeda is working to save Ethiopian women in Ethiopia…she is a refugee lawyer….she is anything but TPLF….read the article again…

    Teddy

    Abaw replies:

    Aberu,

When are we going to start respecting peoples’ political views? Do you know the golden rule? “One should treat others the same way one would like to be treated”. I would not dare to condemn Alamoudi for his political views or who he supports as long as he doesn’t take me to RFK stadium or any of his causes at gun point. As far as I know, you had a right to not attend the event. So, stop butchering the guy just because he supported a different cause. You didn’t give him much respect when he supported ESFNA anyway. So, I would say only attack the guy for his organizations’ mission. Stop coming up with unfounded accusations, just to get support from the hatred filled diaspora. Things like that turn me off.

FYI, I don’t necessarily support AESAone. I prefer a united event or an alternative to ESFNA with a different timeframe.

    Kalas.

    Aklog replies:

Well dude this aint a biblical thing where we have to turn our other cheek when we r slapped .. we have to fight back … The AESAOne rejects started labeling the other side politically motivated and hence the other side bashed them more than they anticipated and they r quite as a church mouse now…

When it comes to Alamudi if he wanted respect for his money then he better take it and shove it up his azz because as far as I can see he was supporting the ESFNA event to encourage Ethiopian unity far from homeland and he was given credits for that .. But if he thinks that he can run the show cause he give his money then we have a problem and thats why he was told to take his BLOOD Money else where cause he cant run the show here …

You are right that no body can condemn Alamudi’s political view but as far as I know he is a saudi so he cant say shit about political events in Ethiopia but he is loud mouthing it every chance he got and as sneaky businessman he is, the lucrative gold fields keep going to his companies..

    Teddy Fikre replies:

    Abaw,

I will start respecting people’s political point of you and offer them freedom of speech as soon as Meles does the same in Ethiopia. As long as my people are intimidated from speaking their minds and denied freedom to speak, I shall do the same in America to Woyanes. As long as Woyanes in America support the suffocating of Ethiopians and don’t speak against injustice, I shall suffocate their ability to speak in America and deny them freedom of speech here. I guess for the time being I shall act like the Ethiopian American Meles Zenawi, as he goes so I shall go. by the way Abaw, I now know who you are and what you do…maybe an article about you is coming up soon on http://www.browncondor.com…welcome to the spotlight, you wanted my attention…well broham, you just got it.

    Teddy Fikre

    aberash replies:

Abaw, so the reason I criticize your comment is because i needed support from the diaspora, Is that you just said? You must be one a hell of a joker. It is a blog I can say what ever i want to say, the thing you can not see is the suffering of Ethiopia and Ethiopians in the hands of TPLF and Alamoudi. If you call the diaspora” hatred filled ” then what would you call Meles insulting the opposition and human rights activists with his uncontrolled, sick and rude mouth?
Alamoudi is a political activist working on behalf of the TPLF. so what do you expect? keep quiet? Say nothing and be slaves for him? That is not our nature.

You want to join another organization that “unites” every one? there is another trick of disbanding the diaspora!!!!why don’t you say you hate every one? I don’t have any problem with the diaspora and Teddy Fikre’s writing either, I don’t think he has a problem if i comment on his articles. The problem is you who thinks we are accusing Almoudi wrongly. I say it again he is a politician with money that supports the racist TPLF government run by bandas. They are evicting us , putting us in jail for telling the truth, accusing us with unfounded stories. You have a government accusing people wrongly.Tell them and teach them to tell the truth not make up stories.
What do you think Eskinder Nega did to deserve 18 years jail term? If he gets 18 years for telling the truth how many years is enough to jail Meles, Bereket, Alamoudi? Or is it Zero for criminals and 15 years and more for the opposition?

  2. You are full of self contradiction. How in the sane mind one claim to fight injustice and give complements to perpetuator. Make up you mind if people want to take you seriously.
    Regards,

    Teddy Fikre replies:

    Tesf,

Because some who are on the wrong side can be reclaimed…because some have a good heart but they make mistakes…because there is this thing called REDEPMTION

Moreover, did i not tell you to think like the enemy…Woyanes were able to get a lot of the Derg soldiers to defect because they treated them humanly…a lot of the soldiers that entered Addis with TPLF and EPLF were former derg soldier….we can do the same to Woyanes…you don’t have to mash all Woyanes…the ones that are redeemable …get them…treat them nicely…and they will come to our side…go around like a jackass screaming “Mot le Woyane” and all of them will fight you to the bitter end…gabito Tesf?

Moreover, Makeda Debebe is my friend…so i will stick with her through and through unless she shows me that she is a part of the WOyane power structure…and if you know Makeda..she gives the TPLF goons hell in her own way…i would not have put my credibility on the line if I did not know that much…

So be quite with your judgements and try something new, we have tried it your way for 21 years…move over and let the younger crew do something different….

    Peace

I don’t think you have a good memory of the past events or thoughts. One time you hated Habesha like disease, another time you put them up on the pedestal. When you try to be activist ,people should know your stand. As for me, very confused what to make of you. You seem to like Ethiopia but not the people. Make your self clear for your own sake and don’t take yourself very seriously because i dont see anything serious about you. You seem not found your niche yet in this political world. Brotherly Advice. and

If the lady is your friend guide her to redeem herself, dont be Devils’ advocate by telling us she is this and that. 3. YOUNG man the way your going about curs-en blaming everyone that done you wrong or not is not helping you at all.I feel you since you grew up here it is all stories that you grew up with wether true or not,for you to truly know about your culture and your people you need to visit ETHIOPIA and come back and tell us if you are the same person or not.YOU are being dragged into a political fight that you have no idea about, the gang that you are helping or advocating for will be your next enemy (guaranteed} this is how you get confused.YOU started out with people that you had a beef with and now you are advocating the other side b/c they gave you a platform?grow up man
    i hope you find peace

  4. Teddy Fikre
Please try not to be so emotional. As you might already know emotions can cloud judgements. Woyane feeds on people’s emotions. Also keep in mind people can change in any given day for the better or for the worse.

  5. Dear Teddy,

I came across ur blog/website during this football event controversy and I have to admit I became a fan at an instant .. And then u dropped this post which showed me ur out of the box and fair view of topics .. And I can summarize this article by a quote from the art of war ” Build your opponent a golden bridge to retreat across.”

I dont know who are in ASEAOne or who this Makeda is but following from your post I believe ur judgement and agreed that there are some golden eggs in the bunch of rotten rejects. And I take it that your article was the golden bridge to bring such people to the right side of Ethiopianism.

My strategy when dealing with worthless “enemies” like AESAOne is ignoring them cause they are not worthy of our energy to fight with .. First of all, even with all their BLOOD Money, they are of no match to ESFNA which is in the heart of every Ethiopian beyond the soccer competitions. So I cant just say we are at war with them .. they are just a bunch of stupid hodams that we were able to purge ourselves from …

What I propose is we have to focus on building ESFNA and making it more efficient by adding on the recent energizing effect it was able to generate. Come next year we will set the bar up soo high that they will once and for all know that you cant buy your way into the hearts of pure Ethiopians wherever we are.

  6. Look,

I did a blind research. Many associated Berhanu Nega, not in politics, but style, the way of life, ideology, thinking and even some part of his face, very similar to Amoudi. I mean it. I understand that he was born to a very rich family. But did they grow up together or went to school together? They have different political views though. Burtuk’e looked like Meles Zenawi, because they both were found so very shy, and powerlessly so very and super powerful. What really is that shadow? Is it Ethiopia protecting the kids, it consider children or what?

    I am serious.

    I approve this message.

For more info, go to ethsat.com, and follow it deep. Do you know Washpost reader pro? We read in Jerusalem Temple, very deep.

  7. Tedy, your lady could have done the same at Dallas. Evil and good never mix and if she believes AESA One is lead by bunch of pigs she would not be there. You can’t be opposing what they stand for but as same time be part of it no matter what.
I think you are just trying to save this ladies behind because she realized what a mistake she made. Also she probably understood Ethiopians in dc do not associate themselves with anyone who dance with woyane dogs.

  9. Teddy,
Please do not get into a debate with blind TPLF tugs on a response. Help the readers by filtering out the bile and the trash opinion of TPLF blind supports.

  10. Meles the heartless fascist with TPLF politbureau has set up an agency exporting thousands of young girls to Arab countries to serve as domestic personnel (prostitutes).

Since the market value of adopting an Ethiopian child can reach up to thirty thousand US dollars, what they charge for a young domestic must obviously be equal to the demand which appears to be in the thousands.

It appears also that with some local arrangements these workers do not need visas for their destinations, hence once there, they disappear without a trace. Off and on we hear that they are beaten, tortured, violated and killed with nobody to care about their fate, especially their own national government.
Thus, twenty-first century slave trade, acquiesced and sustained with foreign aid from the foremost civilized democratic nations in the world, has become institutionalized.

  11. Whatever anyone says Teddy is showing us our face in the mirror. In fact, it is the best thing that happens to us in this century. If you like your face (deeds) you understand him. If you hate it deals with it don’t blame him.

I have no problem with him telling us to come out identify ourselves and be honest if we believe in what we say and do so far no one came out. Unless you are Woyane or associate socked with blood money you would come out and defend Woyane or blod money.

    Abaw

You are a chicken, Woyane or not, on the top that, you are stupid. Your answer to blood money is real-estate and oil money and to go and visit Ethiopia to find out? What kind of stupid argument is that?

    Abaw replies:

    Asaminew,

Alasamenekegnem. My comment was not ‘stupid’, it was rather based on facts. I don’t know of anyones life that was lost for the purpose of making Alamoudi one of the richest individuals in the world. Instead I know a lot of people whose lives have changed for the better. Watch the movie ‘blood diamond’ to understand when to use the ‘blood’ prefix. You can clearly see why it was called blood diamond when you watch that movie. Do you see any parallel with what is going on in Alamoudi’s empire? Calling Alamoudi’s money ‘blood money’ when it is not going into your group’s pocket is so rediculous or may I use your word “stupid”.

Alamoudi was already rich before he invested in Ethiopia. You need to get that through your head. Why don’t you formulate your argument solely around why ESFNA should reign instead of painting a non-factual picture about Alamoudi’s money so on and so forth. You can make a strong argument based on that and feel free to criticize AESAone or why Alamoudi shouldn’t have funded it etc. All that would have been a fair game. The problem I had was calling it ‘Blood money’ the moment that money started flowing to another group. Don’t be a hypocrite.

  12. The idea for Ted to go to Ethiopia so he can be enlighten by the anti-terrorism law is amusing. Enlightened people are the real enemy in authoritarian dictatorship. Hitler and Ferdinand Marcos also shut down many newspapers and sent many intelligent people to prison. We should all use our pen(keyboard) since it’s mightier than the sword. The reality in Ethiopia is that TPLF uses it’s powers solely from threat of violence rather than actually being right or good government. So how else are you suppose to fight for freedom when you are deprived of information but subjected to their brainwashing propaganda and jungle rule. Swords are used to kill and control but the pen is the ultimate weapon to reveal the truth and change minds. As such, I give Ted lots of credit for focusing his energy in battling evil. Even when I don’t agree his point of view or angle but at least have us talking and focusing on the issue.
One issue I wish the diaspora should focus on is how aid is used to control and enslave our people. In order to stop the corruption and repression in Ethiopia, we need to identify and expose his handlers in order to stop the dirty aid money flow. Some individuals (policymakers) devilish and shortsighted policy of supporting this brutal by giving away our tax dollars without any preconditions is such an outrage act. They are elongating this system helping flourish tribal elitism and aristocracy. Hate the fact over two billion of our tax dollars is used to help secure this dictator so torture and corruption can continue.

  13. Those losers who have no self respect and making Ethiopia to have no self respect either. How well the so called stooges of Alamoudi do they know reall, Alamoudi? Who is he? Why do we believe his story, how he started his wealth and so on? The guy is amassing millions by exploiting the natural resources of Ethiopia and uses this money to control Ethiopians inside and in the diaspora, and helps very few to make it look like he is helping Ethiopians. He takes 5 fold. So why are we grateful because he uses our own natural resources and buys congress against us? Some Ethios are insulting themselves. The truth is investors should be true Ethiopians not this shady guy who all of the sudden appeared with TPLF in the 90s by claiming he “loves Ethiopia” he sure does because he is today the top Fortuane 500. Those losers follow him because they are incapable of being world renouned investors. Ethiopians should come out of their shell and start investing around the world and put Ethiopians on the pedestal instead of relying on this guy. What a shame.

You liar, AESA One approached me with and offered me a job to do their PR first and then to just keep quiet. I told them to stuff the money up their ass…the money offer was made by Danny Davis, Joe Gessese, and Faris Gessese of AESA one. Moreover, thank you for you concern, I am not lacking for money, I have my own place, and I eat very well–too well because I need to lose some weight to be honest. Unless dictator Mele’s health report card turns out another unconfirmd source, the show reminds us like sinior dictator Mubarak’s drama. Lets hope it ends up with the victory of the majority that satisfies all the stake holders interest encluding respecting the dignity of the Tgreans sisters/brothers. I say this because the innocent common tgreans are being indirect falsely threatened by the elite tgreans as if it’s the matter of survival of the fittest for them by any means possible which is dangerious thinking.
Lets also heed the sad but priceless advice for the healthy sake of our region of the former Somali diplomat now who brings home blessed income as proud honest cabie. The regretful soul said at the Cafe Of Hopelessness ‘the main culprit actors of our disfigured nation are we, the Somalis ourselves whom foolishly failed to unite for the common good’.
Well, if i may add also confessing the wish of my last will and testament, it will be the just peace and genuine equal unity of our troubled hoods, for that matter even beyond, before i get expired from this world which doen’t seem caring for common Joe like myself. I repeat, genuine! genine! and genuine! unity!

  16. I don’t know this Tedy guy personally. But I saw him talking about AESA one on YouTube and also read some of his articles. He doesn’t come as politically or personally matured. After I read his articles I concluded that he has some hate for Ethiopians. His articles are odd and immature at times. After bashing AESA one and its supporters, now he is trying to present his friend Makeda as good person who choose the wrong side. Whether she accept money or believed in the cause, it is the same to me.In Woyanne circles there are people who believed in the supperiority of miniorty Tigrian and work hard to make that a reality and there are “hodames” who are working for woyanne for money. They both are the enemies of Ethiopia. I agree with Tesf. Demonstrations and meetings or cursing online won’t bring any change in Ethiopia. What we need is people with practical solution and need to fight fire with fire. If we want to be taken seriously, we need to organize and start to fight. They are paper tigers. They never been seriously challenged. If we start armed struggle and they won’t last a year.

  18. Ash, the oppression of ethipians has been a stady staple for almost 600yrs. Sacrificy went along as well. Now you have Alamooudys monopoly perpetraded by TPLF. One man or opressive government does not run a COUNTRY. You can agree on that one unequivically and liberate your mind and country. Ethiopia does not belong to a few good doers! If you think otherwise then you and the other habeshas are selling out to the highest bidder!!!
