Al Amoudi Woyanne festival in DC a total failure (video)

The festival that is organized in Washington DC under the name of AESAONE by Al Amoudi and Woyanne thugs, in collaboration with a bunch of hoodlums, turned into total failure on its opening day this afternoon. After spending over $2 million to promote the event, less than 500 people turned out for the opening ceremony, and many of those who were seen in stadium are singers and Woyanne cadres who were flown from Addis Ababa in 3 Ethiopian Airlines planes. Every one who was entering the RFK Stadium today faced hundreds of Ethiopian protestors who are frustrated and angry at the corrupt genocidal regime in Ethiopia that is led by dictator Meles Zenawi. I am really proud of fellow Ethiopians in Washington DC who faced these hyenas who are looting and plundering Ethiopia. Promotion of the event is being handled by the notorious law/public relations firm DLA Piper. See the video below. – Elias Kifle

  6. I attended today’s opening session. The Alamudi event which was organized to promote the authoritarian regime of Meles Zenawi is 100% catastrophically failed. Ethiopians have shown the world that they don’t sell their love and commitment to their country for money. We Ethiopians are proud people. Down with Alamudi and TPLF!

    Alamudi paid $2 Million Dollars for a stadium which has a seating capacity is 85,000 people. But, only 25 persons showed up. What a shame Alamudi??? 99.9% of Ethiopians don’t like Woyane and Alamudi. I know Alamudi likes Woyane, because both are partners in robbing Ethiopia.

    Alamudi built a huge bridge that connects Sweden and Denmark, I have seen it myself when I was in Sweden for a visit.

A guy who wants to see and works hard so that his country is liberated is jealous of the empty seats you paid for? How is that possible? I would be jealous if a guy is sitting next to a beautiful woman in one of those seats but there was no one sitting on all of the 20,000 seats.

  8. I drove arround RFK stadium arround 6p this evening. There were very few vehicles parked only at the stadium entry. Everything was quiet… By the way, I herd that each football player is given $10,000 by Sheik Al Moudi. How much this information is true?

  13. Wonderful Job all those reside in DC and Around who participated in the protest against these HODAMOCH. This can be taken as a victory. we should be focused till the end. Victory is coming. U can not buy dignity by money. Those who attended this failed festival which I can really count them with my fingers will never get back their dignity again. Its gone.

Over the last few weeks Awassa in southen Ethiopia is under seige by the federal police. the woyane cadres have been busy spreading their propaganda of hate and violence to incite murder and destruction amongst the various ethnic groups in this region. The woyane will never stop causing havoc.

I heard that in order to deceive Ethiopians, Alamudi is planning to give money and T-shirts for non-Ethiopians living around RFK Stadium so that they can be seen participating in the “festival”.   19. What can Al Amoudi learn from Dallas?

    Al Amoudi has become one of the controversial man among Ethiopians since 2005 Ethiopian national election. Most question how his brain reads what Ethiopians are? what they primarily need?
    Interestingly, some correlate his poor understanding of freedom with his time spent in Saudi Arabia ,where freedom is hardly exercised. He wanted Ethiopians to be ruled in the same fashion like most Saudi Arabian do.

    All his unique behaviours are manifinisted day and night in Ethiopia. Very recently, he planned to destroy an Ethiopian sport organization(ESFNA) which lived for last 29 years. He decided to create the new organization (ESFNA-1) hypothesizing that he can buy Ethiopians with money. However, this was initially wrong based on the true nature of Ethiopians , and every body was waiting July 1, 2012 to teach him what Ethiopians need . Fortunately, Ethiopians in Dallas opened one of the best opening ceremonies with huge crowed of people. However , the opening ceremony in DC( that of Al Amoudi’s) passed with few people sitting inside the big stadium.
    Does he change his brain in the future? Does he better understand what Ethiopians need? they are?

    I would like to thank you those Ethiopians who worked hard to teach Al Amoudi and his collegues. I profoundly share your happiness that you joyed at the opening ceremony in Dallas.

  20. if you count and add the two sides they are less than 5000. this compared to the hundreds of thousands participants in the past, is nothing. the soccer tournament is no more for soccer, friend and family it has become a political ground and obviously only a handfull ethiopians are interested, 99% of ethiopians said we are not part of this fight and stayed away..

Please tell us the businesses or vendors who rented booths from these hooligans. We have to make sure such businesses face consequences for the wrong choice they had made.

    ER & Taskforce members, please tell us.. what are we waiting for? We have told them to back out in time. They made their choice & calculation. Please film the vendors & booth renters. I have identified so far some calling card company called VIP. Unless they compensate in some big way. They are toast when it comes business from large majority of Ethiopians.

    Please let us know the businesses who dared to choose blood money. We want to start direct action measure in front of their business now. It doesn’t have to wait for another time or has to be after the event. Tedisho have shown you the way.   32. The 29th ESFNA festival in Dallas is successful beyond our wildest imaginations. Thank you so much all the organizers, the participants and all who made this possible. The utter failure of the Mullas/almujadin (meles/almoudin) smokescreen orchastrated in Washington, D.C. makes our success doublefold. Almujadin (almoudin) is serving as a condiut for the covert operation of TaLiFan (TPLF) in the Diasopra. The real name for the TPLF is TaLiFan. The ‘P’ has been misplaced and it should be taken out because this terrorist TaLiFan group does not represent the proud people of Tigray in anyway, shape or form. The joint TaLiFan/almujadin operation of dividing the Ethiopian people has been dealt yet another devastating defeat after the one on May 18, 2012. The good has conquered the evil. Unity has won division. Let us work even harder to celebrate the 30th one in Addis Ababa by conquering the main base of the dying Meles regime. Cheers!!!!!

    Where are all those little lawyers of Al Amoudi today? Why are they quiet today? And the people who are posting their comments on this site, who were saying Al Amoudi is investing in Ethiopia to help the poor people? Come out and tell us what he is doing in United States among the diaspora? Did he come here to help us because we are poor?

    You fools, we have been telling you that this guy is actively working hard in helping the TPLF government. He is spending money out of his pockets even though it came from our people. He is involved in Ethiopian politics and he is on Woyane’s side. There is no question about it.

    So this is a war between two camps freedom fighters and dictators on either side. Al Amoudi is on the dictators side. He chose to be with them and he is supporting them hard. Why do you think he is doing this? Is it because the government is democratic and he is also democratic?     Please don’t call him Abenet. His proper name is Woizero Abenet, (Lady Abenet). I was in Ethiopia about 3 years ago. Most people when they mention Abenet’s name they use his title which is Woizero. Shame on you Abenet.
