mr. kewle got it wrong big time. woyane supporters are not supporters of a political party. they are security agents who actively participate in the persecution of innocent Ethiopians. woyane supporters do not know the meaning of democracy at all. if they did, the head of EPRDF and there by the prime minister of the country would have been some body from the one of the largest ethnic groups such as ormos or amharas. after all, they bring more seats to parliament on behalf of EPRDF than woyane. so please do not lecture us about democracy. what we have in ethiopia is pure racism and a form of apartheid. you sound like one of my good friend who happens to be a tigrean. he says he does not support woyane but believes there is democracy in the country. according to him, the 2005 election and the 2010 elections were won by woyane through democratic election. and guess what? meles zenawi is popular leader in Ethiopia. The people who cry foul and try to lecture us about democracy have no clue that there is no democracy when the plain field is not leveled. We are at war, by any means, to defeat the enemies of the people. Shaming them, depriving them, even killing them is a fair game. After all, that is what they exactly do to the Ethiopian people.

The sad thing is that you think you are right. People like you are the problems of the world. You need to know the difference between supporting a legitimate and an illegitimate leader, and the difference between a Dictatorship and Democracy. There is a huge difference in supporting a leader that is legally and fairly elected and supporting a dictator that rules the country with iron fist — has the blood of hundreds of thousands Ethiopians and Somalis on his hands — a dictator who has looted millions and millions of dollars — and that has given the land our families died for to foreigners.
If mad dictators like Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Meles, Mubarak, Gaddaffi and other despicable tyrants like them didn’t have the support of people like you, they wouldn’t have stayed in power to torture, loot and kill innocent people. He should have asked for ID, which is the primary rule to adhere for someone who sells a liquor. As described above, it is not complicated task to do unless there is some motive behind (grabbing some fast sales). He should abide the law of land in his business operations. I think, his greedy blood led him to the violation of law. It is good for him to learn what the law means and how it works and teach to his fellows the consequences of violation. Finally, there is no ground to be concerned for someone who got in this kind trouble, which is NOT beyond his knowledge.
