Grape harvests a short distance away from starving children

The Castel Group, France’s largest wine producer, currently harvests massive quantities of grapes just a short distance away from areas where hundreds of thousands of children die from starvation. If there is drought in southern Ethiopia, as we are told by the Meles regime and the international media, how is it possible for the French company to grow grape, a water intensive plant, in the same area where people have nothing to eat? 1. YOU’RE DAMNED IF YOU do AND DAMNED IF YOU DON’T!

So now you want the government to stop water intensive development?

Or can they use drip irrigation etc. and accomodate all investors willing to develop?

    Man I am confused!!

  2. Forget the people. Who cares about poor people with no cash. Every investor is after the cash. The entire reason behind any investor is profit. Damn the people, who cares. Looking at the figures imports, be it wine or flowers, show the development EPRDF is concerned about. This is what “Geterun Yamakele” development. I am sure you all heared about it before.
    Damn the people.
