Oklahoma State Senate passed Resolution on Ethiopia

Oklahoma State Senate unanimously passed Resolution on Ethiopia. All Republicans came on board. As you may know, Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma personally tried to intervene and kill the Resolution as he is still trying to kill HR 2003.

The passage of the Resolution unanimously by the higher legislative chamber (State Senate), despite Sen. Inhofe’s effort, could prove problematic as he is running for reelection in November 2008.

Our Oklahoma colleagues deserve a special recognition for the extraordinary achievement.

  2. i was waiting to hear some developments about HR-2003 and this is a good news and should continue our effort in every aspect to make weyane the last tyrannical regime in our homeland.

    HR-2003 is good for Ethiopia and bad for Woyane.

    This is our time and Bush’s countdown clock is now 7 months 13 days 19 hours 57 minutes 25 seconds. Bush will be out and Obama will be in. Obama knows what Rule of Law means and what constitution means. He was also lecturer on the subject matter. I have no doubt he will support HR-2003.

  5. We have been grieving for some time by the unexpected deaths of our Ethiopian sisters and our brother who few weeks ago died by drowning in a river, but now, thanks to ER , we have something to be happy about:

    1. The release of the 26 Ethiopians from the Sudanese jail
    2. The denial of the Canadian government to grant a passport to the Governor of Gambella, Ethiopia
    3. The passage of the Resolution on Ethiopia by the Oklahoma State Senate
    4. The great success of the Somalia freedom fighters against the Woyanne soldiers

    All these good events are encouraging ones that we should not easily take for granted.

    We have to take this opportunity and be more active. Take the starvation as an opportunity to get rid of the Regime because it is deliberately starving Ethiopian people by taking away their land and taxing them more than they can afford, also by not providing early warning and preparedness.

  10. Canada told the genocide player no entry into canda. When the tplfwoyanae came into Ethiopia, they had no penny in ther pocket but had lot of guns and bullets to loot and kill Ethiopians.

    In 2005, the woyanaetplf looters were completely defeated by the mighty voice of the commandable millions of Ethiopians, as these looter had nothing in common with Ethiopians.

    Today, gradually, the world is saying no to these murderers and looters and are being rejected by countries like Canada.

    Ethiopians, keep up the fight against the killers.

  11. Congratualtions to all of us!! Our brothers and sisters in Oklahoma gave us a big victory. The lesson to be learned from this tremendous achievement is that we have to remain together and push harder to make America understand that it is standing on the wrong side. Plese let us derive energy from our victories and fight deligently to save our land and our people.
