Ethiopia’s exports fell 20 percent last month as shipments of coffee and oilseeds dropped, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said.
The Horn of Africa country’s exports declined to $139.7 million in the 30 days to May 8, which corresponds with the 10th month of the Ethiopian calendar, from $173.7 million a month earlier, the ministry said in an e-mailed report from the capital, Addis Ababa.

This is a very suspicious news. Woyane is upto no good as usual. They are now keeping exports off the book so they can hide the foreign currency earnings. The price of coffee has not declined nor that of sesame. Food prices are climbing over the world. There is no chance export earnings will be lower unless there is some woyane shenanigans. Last time they robbed the treasury of the national bank of its gold, just when the price of gold on the international market peaked, how convenient!
