(Press TV) Ethiopian Woyanne troops have removed the governor of central Somalia’s Hiiran district from his post and disarmed his supporters, a report says.
Hundreds of Ethiopian Woyanne soldiers marched into the main town of Baletweyn in Hiiran district and asked governor Yusuf Ahmed Hagar and his supporters to surrender and lay down their guns, a Press TV correspondent reported Sunday.
Hagar and his supporters refused to give in first, but the soldiers managed to take the governor’s headquarters and beat his supporters.
The Ethiopian Woyanne army disarmed Hagar and his supporters collecting at least 2000 guns and 21 military vehicles.
They said they would appoint a new governor for the region who is due to come soon from Baidoa.

Yes:
We have been and still are king makers.
what is wrong with that? you get a problem? why dont you ask the iraq people when america changed leaders in bagdaded
The Woyanne army is showing the Somali people it has the power to hire and fire. It may appoint a Mekelle person who speaks Somali as a governor of Hiram and send Hagar to Kaliti jail. Next time, the President of Somalia will be fired from his office and replaced by another person, subservient to the Meles regime. The saying goes: “When you are in Rome, do as the Romans do.” Therefore, when the Somalis are under the Woyanne regime, the have to do what the Meles regime tells them to do. They are trapped and there is no way to get out of the Woyanne’s heavy hand. Their hope is the Islamist insurgents, but it is a false hope that would never come true as far as Washington is helping and training the Meles army. The insurgents may defeat the Woyanne army but never defeat the awesome power of Washington. So what is the solution? They have to wait until George W. Bush’s presidency expires next year and a new president takes office. Till then, they have to submit themselves to the Woyanne government without any condition. By the way, they can change the events if they ally themselves with Djibouti and Eritrea and fight against the Woyanne regime.
What are the reasons Hagar is removed by force from his post and his guns and vehicles are confiscated by the Woyanne juntas? Has he been allying himself with the Islamist insurgents to overthrow the legitimate Somali government and appoint himself as a new president of the Somalis? And who gave the order for his removal from his office, the Somali President or Meles Seitanawi from Addis Ababa? It will be very interesting to know who is doing the dirty work and why. My guise is that three hands may have been involved in throwing out Mr. Hagar from his office: the Washington hand, the Meles hand, and the weak Somalia President hand. We just have to wait until the media finds out all the details about Mr. Hagar’s forced termination from his office.
I don’t see how long the Woyanne regime is staying in Somalia, perhaps, until the Washington money to Meles dries up; it is Washington’s money that is destabilizing the Horn of Africa, for that matter the whole world because of its involvement in Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle East, and many other countries. Because I’m so frustrated by Washington’s involvements everywhere in the world, sometimes I don’t blame the Burmese military junta for refusing to accept any foreign aid for its natural disaster’s victims especially from the United States because the junta sees the United States presence as a main cause to destabilize the Burmese government as it did in Vietnam, and Korea.
