In a televised interview on Wednesday, February 13, the two individuals said peaceful struggle is considered a crime by the incumbent Woyanne regime in Ethiopia. Great news!! Hey friends, trust me this is the only plausible way to regain our precious freedom. I am a staunch believer that peaceful struggle works only when you deal with a civilized and more responsible party. But if the other party is that doesn’t know or deliberately distorting and disregarding the rule of the game, then you don’t have options but to look for other strategies. In our particular situations, all avenues seem closed but the armed struggle. It works. It worked in different part of the world and Ethiopia cannot be an exception. So, armed struggle is the way forward, and long overdue.
In this regard, we need to wage a full-fledged war. I know this is demanding and has a big price tag, including life. But if we need to stop the Agazi from wanton destruction of the country and killing of innocent citizens we need to make the sacrifice. What ever it takes we have to do it. If Woyanie sacrificed a lot for its evil goal back in the 80’s, why we can’t do it now for noble a cause, for liberation, for the freedom of 70,000,000 people.
My brothers and sisters I urge you to take time and think about this. Look at how our fathers preserved our freedom and independence. Look at how the Israeli sacrificed for the re-establishment of the new Israeli and to keep its integrity thereafter.
We, each of us should play a meaningful role in this struggle: from sweat to blood. We need to have a well-architected tactical and strategical plans. The struggle should be a sustained and resulted oriented. It should be one that can bring about the down fall of Woyanie once and for all.
Victory to Ethiopian heroes!!! Death to Meles and cohorts.
I will say to this KUDUS !!!
Great!!!!!! woyanie only understands the language of force. the dedebs of dedebit’s days of fall is approaching faster than ever .
As the saying in goes in Amharic “Ye-chenekew Erguze Yagebal”
We can’t afford to be foolish enough trusting the Eritrean government to support for the goodwill of Ethiopia. We need to revisit history and keep in mind that Woyane(TPLF) was formulated and armed and trained by Shabya within Eritrea to ensure once Eritrea is independent Tigray can follow the same pattern gradually the unity of Ethiopia as one nation is dismantled forever. In addition Meles and Isays are distant cousins by blood “blood is thicker than water. At the surface they may well sound enemy yet their greatest fear and enemy is a united Ethiopia as one nation hence both TPLF and Shabya are common enemies for the well being of Ethiopia!
I have nothing but the at most respect for those who dare to bare arms and fight the TPLF thugs face to face. After all despite years of “lets all get along” preaching and countless articles form the elite intellectuals on so called peaceful struggle, the Woyane regime is moving not one inch from its power grip rather getting strength.
The fact that some of the opposition member who decided to joined the armed struggle is a clear indication of:
a)The current political climate in Ethiopian which is fully controlled and manipulated by the Woyane regime doesn’t not allow any type of peaceful struggle or peaceful civil disobedience, which means we can be the disciples of peaceful struggle all we want yet facts on the ground are much different.
b)There is a high level of frustration amongst the Kinijit supporter and other oppositions groups since the peaceful struggle has not delivered the intended victories rather gave a strong signal of surrender for the ruling party (Woyane).
c)If the peaceful struggle is to continue at the current turtle speed, by the time the peaceful struggle has kicked-in fully throughout the country; the country’s entire resources will be fully controlled by the elite TPLF members, the human causality would be unbearable to reverse and the long awaited TPLF manifesto dream to build the Great Tigray at the expense of Ethiopia would be come a reality.
Hence, we must ask our selves, what good is a peaceful struggle if can’t bring an end to the massacre, imprisonment and the suffering of our people now?, can’t prevent the continued looting of our national resources by TPL elites and silent in the name of “peaceful struggle” when the Woyane regime is preparing for the long awaited honeymoon to isolate Tigray from the rest of Ethiopia?
Let’s not be fooled for the sake of foolishness. Woyane will never allow any opportunity for peaceful struggle. Woyane will address any attempt for civil disobedience with severe force. Woyane will never allow free and fair elections.
Long Live Ethiopia!
After a summer of disappintments may be this could be the begining of some thing good. For far too long the Ethiopian peoples desire for change has been hijacked by forces who have no place the Ethiopian people’s wellbeing at heart.
I had the opportunity of watching ERI-TV last week. They were commerating the 18th anniversary of the liberation of Massawa. I couldn’t but wonder the gallentry and valour of the fighters. Against all odds they were able to desimate the biggest army in Africa. I am convinced that no amount of fire power can defeat the human spirit.
The Woyanne era is over. The Agaazi leaders and cadres have already shipped their families and loots abroad. A cordinated military and poltical push will send the Woyannes to their grave.
The freedom train has already left the station. The question is are we going to join the ride. For the good of the nation, I hope this time the outcome will be different.
The Ethiopian people who elected them wanted peaceful change. So they are no longer members of Kinijit for they have chosen the path of armed struggle.
Death is a simple thing, we should prepare to leave this earth fighting this hooligans weyanas. Death to weyanas! Weyana will sieze to exist from history. They will never be remembered ever. We will make sure of that.
I hope our great leaders Dr. Berahnu Nega, Andargatchew and and the rest join them in eretria. this is a dream. I say wack Woyanne.
THE show of certain opposition leaders living in Addis and some parlementerians participating in the parlement makes stronger the kilers meles and his grup.
it is good action and others have still time to join army struggle, rather than being Roboat in wayane parliament.
Today there is many places we can join army strugle including eritrea
This does not sound right to me,it will hurt the reorganizing effort of the Kinigit. If this MPs of Kinigit decided to pick up arms and join the Eritrean they will do nothing better than helping the Eritrean and the EPRDF causeS.All EPRDF wants is that the opposition to go to abroad in exile, join armed struggles, one way or another get out of the peacefull movement. The era of armed movement is over it is time to wage a peacefull struggle,it is time to to earn peace and freedom step by step out of the evel with out blood. The way of liberation front type of politics is obsolete(comming out of the woods and tell people to follow you)it is time to be creative of peacefull tactics and pay the bloodles or the bloody sacrifice without ever killing or causing the death of others.
The real Kingit dies in jail rather than in the desert, chalenges EPRDF witha mature argument, creats tactics to dodge the punches.Gain support, credibility ,and trust from the people who realy are EPRDF sympatizers. The sacrifice of the leadership is to build a high moral personality, and take over followers of EPRDF.
you know .i have a lot of respect for you .nowadays i am getting confused .you drum up on elements that would affect the politics of kinijit .the other issue is you do not write the conditions the kinijit leaders are subjected like the intimidation, closing down of their office ,the kinijit signs dailight robery and awarding it lidetu etc .why do nt you mobilize this issue among the diaspora to to make phiysical demonstration before bush leaves for africa .what plans are you suggesting as as c concerned ethiopian fighting for democracy and human rights for the ethiopian people .think about it .you are not the same any more and you seem to shift gears in the wrong direction.

Eliminating the Nazi regime of the crime family from the surface of Ethiopia and establish a democratic and prosperous Ethiopia for all is the goal of all the sons and daughters of the lovely Ethiopia.
The brutal and repressive woyanaetplf regime since it has established itself and sucked the blood of Ethiopians and depleted the resources that have been available abundantly both above and below the ground must be kicked out of Ethiopia.
What did the overwhelming majority of Ethiopians get from the presence of these psydoehiopians, the woyane crime family?
These crime families of Melse Naziawi have the outward appearance of being Ethiopians, but don’t have the hearts and minds of Ethiopians. Is it worth extending their parasitic lives for even one rainy season?
It is true and an absolute fact that the business empire of the crime family has crossed the border and expanded to abroad with the resources that have been stolen and the capital that has been stashed away from the public. Back in the wild and in the caves, these crime family designed and planned how to divide citizens along ethnic lines, how to incite violence amongst Ethiopians, and how to loot valuable treasures and resources; as they planned it, they began to implement the plan including murdering any Ethiopian who firmly stood in defending the present and the future of Ethiopia.
Isn’t this a fact? The best resources Ethiopia has and, the best and the priceless country Ethiopians, both the unborn and the born have are Ethiopia and Ethiopians?
It is a fact and absolutely true Ethiopia is for Ethiopians and Ethiopians are for Ethiopia.
Ethiopians and the global communities know that the crime family and its invading mercenaries came into Ethiopia with absolutely empty pocket but with a lot of guns and bullets; now and today, not only their pocket is full, their bank account is piling up like fallen leaves in the tropical forests of Africa, and their lives is filled with uncontrollable extravagance. Aren’t the crime families a huge cost and waste on Ethiopia and Ethiopians?
Yes and true, Ethiopians have had a mission statement, shared vision and goals before and after the invasion with the priority to eliminate waste and establish an efficient system that create synergy among Ethiopians leading to prosperity. The crime family is not a sinner it is also a complete waste that can’t be recycled at all.
Cheating with statistics, murdering people, stealing resources, forging documents, and violating human rights are areas where the crime and nazi regime of that Meles Naziawi good at. The fugitives shall be captured and face trial in peoples’ court.
The Almighty God willing!
After we have exhausted every necessary and peaceful means to convince the world and especially the United States and the European Unions that the Woyanne regime has refused to abide by the rule of law and has prevented us from participation in a fair election, has sent some of our members into hiding, some into jail, some into exile, and some into the hands of the executioners, the killers, the abusers, and has threatened us never to create a democratic political organization in Ethiopia, we are determined than ever before to sacrifice our lives to our country by resorting to armed struggle to topple down our common enemy Meles Zenawi from his unlawful sovereignty – a sovereignty earned by force, not by the common legal democratic process. We are determined to liberate our country from the tyrannical and dictatorial government of Meles Zenawi, a man who has divided Ethiopia – the one country – into several antagonistic ethnic groups, supporting and rewarding some of these ethnically divided country that support him and punishing those other regions that do not agree with him.
At present, we do not have the weapons in our hands, but we will get them by any means through our friendly countries who sympathize with the predicament of the Ethiopian people; we do not have a standing army, but we can recruit thousands of Ethiopian young men and women into a mighty and formidable force that could easily crash Meles’ renegade army; we do not have an army training academy, but the Ethiopian mountains, valleys, hills, caves, and the gorges will be our army training schools. Yes, we do not have the money to finance our men and women in the battlefield against Meles’ hordes of army, but we have the will to support our war heroes by contributing millions of dollars and by asking friendly countries to do their shares.
Our battle with Meles will be a decisive one, not a hit and run type of guerrilla warfare; we believe we can win the battle because we have the resources, the techniques, and the determination to end the war as quickly as possible in victory without too much bloodsheds on either sides because those who are fighting to bring democracy to the country and those who are fighting against the democratizing of the country are all Ethiopians. We are different, for we care for our Ethiopian friends and as well as for our Ethiopian enemies.
When he sees his defeat is approaching, his humiliation, fear, and death are surrounding him, Meles may try to negotiate a peace treaty with us, but we will tell him unequivocally to surrender unconditionally and to be accountable for the deaths of many innocent Ethiopians in the battlefield because of his misguided policy. Then we will ask him to return all the money he has stolen from the Ethiopian people since he came to power. We will order him to pay millions of dollars to the family of the war victims. At last, he will stand up for trials in front of the Ethiopian people; then he will be the last tyrant dictator to be condemned either to death or to life in a hellish Ethiopian jail. Ethiopia will then avenge its people’s mistreatments by totally destroying all Meles’ political criminals, including Abune Paulos.
Having fairly administered justice to all Ethiopians, we then will have a monumental task to rebuild the country from the scratch, to bring reconciliation between ethnically divided regions in one hand and within the same ethnic groups on the other. Also, it will not be an easy task to bring those Ethiopians in diaspora with their Church in exile and find them a high paying job to support their family and a school to send their children to. Now Normalcy returning to Ethiopia, peace and tranquility spreading throughout the country, prosperity and democracy flourishing every where, Ethiopia will be the envy of many other African states.
Good for them, but they know and should know that as soon as they joined armed struggle they are not part of Kinijit anymore.
I don’t think armed straggle is a good option. Bloodshed has not given us freedom and democracy. It rather crippled our economy, every one lost some one in the family, a lot more people will die and once again it is the poor civilians who will suffer the most. How many did believe woyane and sacrificed their lives? Nearly 20 years and what has changed for poor Ethiopians. Big man leadership of Mengistu is replaced by big man democracy of Meles. Nothing else.
I am confused. Most opponents of arm struggle foolishly reason “blood shade” as an excuse to NOT choose this path. Are we saying, those who untimely die in Weyane prisons, secrete ditches and those who are killed in front of us do not count? News flash!!! They have blood. I think Ethiopians need to start leaving without fear; and achieve it by any means necessary.
