Is this the other house he ownes? I think I heard he has another house already renting. and also another one in US too the one we were paying the mortgage when he was injail. yeketema botana terf betoch thank you ASte Hailu, Because of Aste my grandfather a lot of property in Addis.
Do we really have people in Addis Ababa able to afford living in a semi-palace house of a $6,500 monthly rent? If so, then the City of Addis is competing with the cities of New York and London. Or is this palatial house certainly for rent or for sale? If it is for sale for just $6,500, then the price is quite right for some Ethiopians to buy it; at that price range, I’m sure the buyer will be satisfied.
By the way, why is Mr. Shawel renting his house? Has his medical doctor told him that his illness is life threatening so that he must put his properties including Kinijit in an orderly manner? Perhaps, Mr. Shawel may not recognize that Kinijit is a public property; if so, he must do something with it before he leaves the world for good.

He is just trying to do as much damage as he could before he dies. This is evil spirited person. If he had any sense of decency, he would have said he didn’t deserve it when diaspora room idiots were telling him that life would be unimaginable with out him.
