When her husband Meles Zenawi was fighting for his life in a Brussels ICU, she was not next to him. Now that he is dead, she cries a river at a staged event orchestrated by the lie factory Bereket Simon. Azeb, aka the mother of corruption, has no place in her heart to feel sad for any one. Otherwise, she would have tried to stop her husband’s 21-year murder spree. Because of her and her husband’s actions, tears was flowing like a river in Ethiopia for the past 2 decades.

  4. This is year Oscar goes to Azeb Mesfin, the best actor of all the times. So will to Bereket Simon, who was successful in directing such a Cinema. Semehal , though , was voted as the worst actor of the drama.

  6. There could some genuine sadness among the crowd in the video but for the most part a lot of them seem to be faking it. That is what happens when you know you are being watched. It looks line every one is following the chorus line. You can see a lot of them are just howling without a drop of tears. I bet you some of them were wishing if there was a huge earth quake right there and then so they would an excuse to home. That is what happens when you sell your soul to the devil. Unless you cry or at least howl, then your ass is next on line. It is a crudely staged act. But we have witnessed real cries before, folks, when real mothers cried their eyes out when those 200 innocent people were gunned down on the streets of Addis in 2005. We have seen again and again when mothers, wives and children continue to cry their hearts out when their loved ones were taken out from them and never seen again. Just imagine that toddler son of Obo Eskinder Nega. If I cry today, I cry on behalf of that angelic son of Obo Eskinder!!! Yes those are genuine cries for justice!!! Those are tears flowing from this good earth on the way to high heaven falling on the door steps of his Almighty. And The Almighty Allah (God)shall never forgets them and works in mysterious ways to hand down his solutions. Glory to Him!!! And May The Almighty God (Allah) save our people!!!!

  17. Thank you God you answered my prayer. I was praying to see Meles Zenawi’s family crying even if it is fake like this. How much they laughed at every dieing Ethiopian children in the hand of their Agazi murder squads. If anyone doesn’t want celebrate for this, it is up to him/her but I do celebrate let Meles Zenawi go to hell and let Azeb follow too.

  19. Let them cry to death, as we cried for the last 21 years. The Oromo mother’s cried losing their kids, husband, uncle, aunt. Is any family in Ethopia that not lost at least one family on the hand of blood thrsty tigrian solders. Let them burn like fuel! Azeb, there is no tear on your eye? I know you will cry for ever for this stone head man, killer and butcher of human being.

    Now this wayane are forcing people to go out to the mourning to each kebele? Can you imagine their studpity! How come people to be forced, how come people forced to wear netela up side down for the person that killed and destroyed at all his leadership era? you know what even his dead body tries to cheat people and lie! The western think that people love him, so they came out to mourn and cry, but the militias are kicking workers out of work place to go for mourning and cry. Why? Why they cry? it should be the happiest day for the country people! Let all Meles alike follow him! You all wrong doing to innocent people you face the same fate like your boss! He is done! He is rotten now!

  21. I concur with all the comments given above. The western are going blind with the economic growth came after this bloody tyrant. The last 10 years of economic development is world and Africa’s general development period. Others could bring this development with democratic rights. The problem that these western are having is they undermine our Africans Capacity to develop more and magnify a tiny move and create complacence. Lionizing the tyrant should be scrutinized from its objective. What was the reason behind forcing people to cry? Expect something. It is ridicules for me to show this shameless footage for the last two weeks. I am embarrassed for the lies and had no response for my friends on the issue knowing the true nature of the Wayane and Meles’s Tyranny.
    Why Ethiopians did fought Italians and others still in battle to get freedom, though the colonizers had came with infrastructure development for exploitation and slavery for the people. If it had been for the development our fathers would have preferred the colonizers like Italians and Turks who were by far civilized and more developer than Weyane. Never in history development preceded freedom of the people.
    These people are hypnotized the people by lies and forces. As some of you have mentioned above, people are being scrutinized. Cameras are picking who does what and will be checked later for monitoring the actions. Everybody knows this. It is not new for Ethiopians we have an experience of the late Mengistu’s regime forcing kebele to come to Meskel square and celebrate with him against their interest. What is going on “Meles’s death ceremony” is the same.
    People shall be free! Wayane may cheat other but not us the local’s living under slavery.
    “Lemayawkush tategn” is the best quote of Amharic for such kind of Drama.
