Meles Zenawi “may not survive” — The UK Telegraph

Meles Zenawi, the Ethiopian prime minister, is in a “critical” condition in hospital in Brussels and may not survive, according to diplomatic sources.

ByAislinn Laing, Johannesburg and Bruno Waterfield in Brussels | The Telegraph

The 57-year-old premier dictator has not been seen publicly for several weeks and missed a crunch African Union summit his country was hosting at the weekend at which a new chair was elected.

The Ethiopian government Woyanne junta has confirmed that he is unwell but repeated promises of updates on his condition have been delayed.

On Wednesday, a Western diplomatic source in Brussels told the Telegraph that he is now “critically ill”.

“He is being treated as a private person and the information is confidential but it is understood that he is critically ill,” the diplomat said.

Mr Zenawi is thought to be receiving treatment for an unspecified condition at the Saint Luc University Hospital in Brussels. The hospital is a centre for the treatment of blood or “haematological” cancers.

Other diplomats told the AFP that Mr Zenawi might not survive his illness.

“He is in a critical state, his life is in danger,” said one.

“He is in a critical state but is alive,” another added.

Ethiopia’s ambassador in Brussels and the hospital authorities refused to comment on the reports.

In Addis Ababa, however, Bereket Simon, a government spokesman, insisted that Mr Zenawi, who has held power in the populous Horn of Africa nation for over two decades, was recovering. “He is not in a critical state. He is in good condition,” he told AFP.

Questions surfaced about Mr Meles’s health when he missed a two-day African Union summit Sunday and Monday in Addis Ababa, apparently for the first time since 1991. He was last seen looking thin and pale at the G20 summit in Mexico in June.

Whatever Mr Zenawi’s condition, anger is growing among Ethiopians at the refusal of his government to provide clarity on the situation and speculation has begun to swirl about possible successors.

The one-time Marxist, who toppled the brutal dictatorship of Mengistu Haile Mariam in 1991, has run Ethiopia through strongly centralised control for two decades and analysts struggle to envisage how the country would be operate without him.

Adjoa Anyimadu, Chatham House’s Horn of Africa expert, said that Mr Zenawi’s force of personality meant that few other Ethiopian politicians were well-known.

“He is the face of the Ethiopian ruling class so it’s difficult to see who would take over from him,” she said.

  1. Meles has a lot of opportunity to strengthen the democratic institution in Ethiopia– 20 years, but he decimated all institutions and put all TPLF goons on the head of every institution. 95% army Genrals are Tigrians , all major government run corporations are transferred to TPLF controlled companies. Now we he is in death bed who is going to replace him– all the crime he committed against peaceful demonstrators in ADDIs and and every part of the country to keep his dictatorial grip. Now his gone the institution that suppose to hold to gather are week. TPLF is hated by everybody and they are minority to control Ethiopia. if push comes to shove they will have their own Tigry Government, but the can do that after they returned all the lands they took from Gonder. It is a mess — but the good thing is that he would have done much damage if he was alive than dead or debilitated. both state of being for him are best for all of Ethiopians. No Ethiopian has as much poison in his mind as Meles. He can go to hell. NO body cares except those who enjoyed the loot.

    Rule of Law replies:

    What a joke!
How can you invisatge Ethiopia with out Tigrai? Even if you hate us that much it is a wishful thinking that these thugs can split us away from mother Ethiopia. We are not gonna beg to be part of Ethiopia, we rather have the birth right to stay put like any tribe. It’s sad how our Amhara brotheren are playing the divisive race card that Zenawi has tought us over the course of twenty years. You know, don’t forget we know how to take care of business if post Zenawi Ethiopia predisposes us in to unwarranted conflict with some chauvinest entities, we know how to make wars and we know how to conclude them to our advantage. Valor is the catchphrase here!!

    Tatek replies:

    Sir;
This was not and will not be the choice of Ethiopians. Rather it will be the choice of the people of Tigray. Ethiopians from north to south and east to west were told, threatened, and held at gun point in the last twenty years of Mellesse’s & Woyane/TPLF state sponsered terror that if we are not divided by ethnictity and governed by Woyane/TPLF then there will be no more Ethiopia. We Ethiopians have chosen and will always choose freedom, liberty, respect, and equaility for each and every citizen irrespective of ethnicity, language and religion. Today should be the day that Tigreans must decide and riseup against the kidnappings, tortures, treasons, treacheries, and terror of Woyane/TPLF and its members. Choose real freedom, rules of laws, democratic governance, and progress and fight for justice with your brothers and sisters and we shall be victories and create a new Ethiopia.

    washeraw replies:

    Anon and Rule of Law,

Both of you are swimming in the same ethnocentric lake created by Melles and Co.

There is no ethnic group in Ethiopia, or anywhere else for that matter, who share the same opinion on everything. Therefore, it is senseless to speak of the Amhara or Tgrawai as homogenous entities (in terms of political opinion).

What we need to wish for our country is a system which treats every individual as equal regardless of ethnic identity. This means there will be no restriction on languages, local government, etc.

If Melles’ death or retirement will lead to such a system remains to be seen. Probably all of us can contribute towards that.

    mr. “rule of law”,
do you know the meaning of your name?
seriously ,you seem to believe that Tigrai people came to power because: 1. they defeated Mengistu 2.they are still on power because they’re strong……but I will tell you this, first you came to power with the help of us(other Ethiopian)who are fed up with the Derg and with the help of western countries who were at odd with Mengistu. Second you are still on power solely because you are bandas who sold Ethiopia for who ever give you dollars-you sold this country to American, you sold us to even Arabs and Indians. What is there you didn’t do to betray the people that trusted you. These things I am talking about are universally true, not rumors(FYI-The Arat kilo betemengist(palace) is under foreign intelligence control ,not with meles and his body guards as you may think, the Midget you or some of you are proud of,whether you like it or not, is in fact a cartoon character).
But I am sure of one thing, time is approaching fast than expected for you guys to harvest what you saw.

Rule of Law, how laughable and disgusting! You don’t know Rule of Law even some body poke your eyes. What you know is robbing and spilling innocent’s blood. What a bunch of criminal thugs that brought shame to our Tigrean patriots! You are a disgrace to humanity! Ethiopians have been in Hell for the last 21 years under TPLF mafia criminals who came to loot the country and kill its citizens. The likes of should hanged yourselves with shame.

  2. Given the magnitude of the wrath he brought on the nation and that innocent people of Ethiopia, death is the least fate he could get. He left the country land locked, he waged religious war, he installed ethnic animosity, he jailed people and sentenced them to death. It didnt occur to him for a second that he too will also be judged one day by death in Gods supreme court. God’s court is not like his kangaroo court, it is impeccable. Zenawi played the fire game in Waldeba, that is not something God would observe and keep quite. Who on earth could explain the traumatic pain this guy has been through the pas few weeks, his soul could perhaps been under continuous languish and pounding for every single innocent soul he took. What I pray for him now is, he needs a mighty heart and courage repent and ask God for forgiveness for his sin and blasphemy, then at least his soul will rest in peace. Are the woyane thugs learning from this? I dont think so, that is how God will punish them one after another.

  3. I remember once a beautiful piece of article from Eskinder Nega. The great journalist advised the prime minister to step down for his own longevity if not for the country. He cited him ample examples but as usual the adamant Meles refused to listen and now he even doesnt have time to regret.

    Eree bye Ethiopia replies:

Well said Biruh,…. Kudo for you parents for giving you such a name…. you have Biruh BRAIN….

  4. Meles will be remembered for his legacy. But no ethiopian will foregive him for making the great african nation, symbol of freedom and the pride of africa a land locked nation.

  5. If meles dies Abebe Gelaw will be remembered as a journalist who killed a dictator with his voice. Meles was flying high. He felt invincible and humiliated Birtukan Medeksa and others without understanding that he was human being too. He felt no one can touch him at all and can do whatever he wants to do. However Abebe’s words thought him he was the most hated person. He learned that he was not invincible as he thought. He was humiliated in front of his handlers and future employers. That created anxiety, anger and triggered old sickness. That is the fate of all dictators. Unfortunately they do not learn before it is too late. However meles’s case is unique. He is a person who was consumed by inferiority complex. Such feeling may have roots in history. Tigreans were the most oppressed people. Hailesslassie and Mengistu even Menelik considered them a liability. My understanding is that such kind of treatment created some inferiority complex on the part of the tigreans. I have many tigrean friends. I asked them why they do not like Amharas and Eritreans. They told me because Amharas and Eritreans look down on them. Such kind of feeling is very dangerous. When you have inferiority complex you try to use every means to feel you are equal with others. Do not get me wrong but when I read the comments on Aiga and Tigrai online almost all of them deal with how Eritrea planned to be Singapore and now has nothing. This is a pure example to what I am saying. When Sibhat Nega was asked about Eritrea his response was Tigrai is doing better than Eritrea. We have so many Universities. The whole drama is based on the assumption that if someone is taller than you then you have to cut him down so that you will be the tallest person in the neighborhood. If you cannot do that then do something’s that will give you a peace of mind. One thing is true anyone who does not have the impression that he or she is not less than anyone will not be equal to anyone. It is how the logic works. As to Eritreans no one will take the confidence from them and they are always winners.

You are almost right, but the real reason behind his sickness or death(no body knows which)is that Ato Abebe Gelaw has “black tongue”-you know that black tongued people back in Ethiopia are dangerous, especially when they curse someone…lol.-a black tongued journalist….

  7. Wow, it is really a big big big achievement for all the Ethiopian nation once we get rid of this staring man who has been racist, hatred, brutal, ruthless, merciless, ethnic minded person who has put all our nation in a huge trouble over the last two decades. Don’t worry all Ethiopians, don’t be scared of the rumours that there would be very huge problem and terrible situations among the many tribes within ourselves, we Ethiopians know how to live together keeping all the respects for all Ethiopians regardless of whatever his/her tribes may be.
His death or disability to perform as before is really an excellent beginning and a remarkable foundation of our hopes and struggle for freedom, democracy and equality among all individual ethiopians. TPLF without Meles is nothing but empty bucket, they all think by taking medicinal words and instructions from HIM. They all speak and sing his mouth words, they don’t have confidnce themselves, they are useless, TPLF means Meles and Meles is TPLF. His death or abnormality will be a very big devastation to all pro-EPLF/TPLF and his cabs. They might end up eating each other or fleeing the home country to eat the money they looted from the poor ethiopians and they will die finally with cancer like their king Meles.
Long live to our mother Ethiopian and its colorful people.
    Down TPLS Weyanne and Meles

  8. Thanks Elias for your volunteer job,Meles will go to hell and he will stand before the Justice of Allah allmighty, then will be asked the crime he committed agains poor ethiopians, whether they were muslim, christian.

I`m from Ogaden believe me i swear Allah that dictator Mengistu was much better than Zenawi for Ogadens. We have been locked open jail for the last 15years and killed, jailed, raped, displaced even what wondered me is how it could be possibile to see 80years mother raped by woyane.

Zenawi will be and will remain one of the cruel and criminal person that had passed in Ethiopian history.

Now the time had come for the ethiopian, whether muslim ,christian,Oromo Amhara, ogadens,Afars, south nations Gurage and others,we have to thanks first Allah Almighty, while Allah has eccepted our prayers muslim and christians, secondly Ethiopia is a mother of multicultural land, since prophet Mohamed asked his companions to go to Ethiopia becouse of the justice they could get by the King and every muslim around the world reads this history, so we have to be proud of this gift and unite and work our country with respect each other if we do so believe me Ethiopia well be one of the richest countries in the world.
Egypt, palestain, lebanon, syria,Irak are multicultural countrieas{multi-faith}and they are brothers and sisters, although ethiopia is much better than these countries becouse of having it more than 40 lan guages.

I cann`t wait to see the gangs criminals whom Zanawi uses killing of our people before the court, like the one he uses in ogaden Abdi Ilay The current regional president who killed, desplased, tortured.

Again don`t for get to thank Allah almight, and many thnaks brothers and sisters viva Ethiopia , hell to Zenawi and his junta

  9. Karma is a bitch. Everytime MLLT/TPLF fantasises about shaebia, it comes around to haunt them.

    Anonymous replies:

Karma is a bitch alright, in that case, Isayas next.
The worst things that happened to Ethiopia and Ethiopians are the two evil-possessed hateful racist evil cousins Isayas and Meles. If it weren’t for Isayas, our beloved motherland wouldn’t have been under one of the most brutal heartless and coldblooded killer dictator Meles. Tyrant Isayas and Meles are responsible for the deaths of thousands of brilliant college and university students in every part of Ethiopia, specially in Gojam, Gondar, Wollo and Shewa area during Mengestu era. The two satanic brothers intentionally have gotten rid of the brilliant patriotic students to make it easy for Isayas to separate and for Meles to rule Ethiopia. Their killings started forty years ago. May the other evil get his cousins fate and may the two evil bloodthirsty animals rot in hell for eternity.

  10. what amazes me reading news coverage of Meles Zenawi by western media is the general reluctance to represent his ugly and monstruous abuses of human rights and the mismanagement of Ethiopian affairs.
They know very well that Ethiopias whole economy has fallen under the control of ethnic-government conglomerates that also manipulate the national bank at will.
Western media know very well Meles has continued to condemn Ethiopians to eternal communism worse than his predecessor’s, prohibiting them from owning land and taking away land and houses without compensation and even hoarding hundreds of thousands of citizens in to camps denying them their independent existance and reducing them to recipients of meager handouts .

They know very well that he has dealt with any opposition that would hold him to account with the harshest measures, that there are summary killings arrests and torture in Ethiopia and arrest for several years without any due process of law

Even now when his survival from his illness is an issue being discussed far and wide, western media have been shier than the ruling clique making any mention of it. S devoted a few linesome extolling his virtue as a terrorist slayer! If only they knew a bit more than skin deep about this person they would find not just the terrorist but the ultimate mercenary as well.

To them I say this: Your protege goat was an envirnmental vandal, a mass murderer, a pathological liar, and an impostor who has pretensions as an economist- fighting the basic laws of demand and supply, as an hisotrian (saying unashamedly that Ethiopia, rather than Eritrea is 100 years old, etc), and a thief- of aid money at that

I will be watching with interest what western media would have to say about darling Meles. Their double standard is such that think the death and displacement of hundreds of thousands of our brethren in Gambella the Omo river valley is not worth mentioning. Direct and indirect evidence indicate the west is financing these heinous projects where people are herded in camps and starved and exposed to communicable diseses.

  11. Now they are preparing public opinion for the coming announcement of the dictator’s final death while at the same time preparing the tplf (from some 5% ethnic group) dictatorship to smoothly grab power and keep up the brutal tyany even with much more stronger younger, healthier blood and new energy. It is like in any dictatorship, transfering power from father to son down the line. Resistance is the only alternative!

  12. 1#.Anonymous

“Meles has a lot of opportunity to strengthen the democratic institution in Ethiopia– 20 years, but he decimated all institutions and put all TPLF goons on the head of every institution. 95% army Genrals are Tigrians…” you wrote

If dictator Melles who ruled using genocides for 21 long years, dictator Qaddafi who ruled for some 42 year, dictator Ben Ali of Tunisia who ruled over for some over 42 years, dictator Hosni Mubarack of Egypt who ruled with marshal law and state of emergency for over 42 years, etc. would have strengthened the democratic institutions they wouldn’t have been called dictators in the first place. It is you who think that he had lots of opportunities to democratise but dictators THINK and act the opposite.

Thay think that they have lots of opportunities for having lots power, lots of financial and material resources, lots of national and international robber’s networks ONLY if thy are dictators and remain dictators. That is also why Qaddafi lived as a dictator and died as a dictator. That is also why Mubarack lived as a dictator and is on his death bed as a dictator just like dictator Melles. That is also why the minority based Syrian ethnic leader dictator Al Bashar is on the run from the rising and spiraling popular wrath that killed his top right hands figures and are breathing on his back.

Wishing and waiting that dictators, specially minority based insecure dictators like Melles may change their mind is like waiting the second coming of Jesus Christ or expecting from an OX to give birth to twin calves.

  13. Meles’demise is as much a news as that of Henrik Vorword (the father of apartheid). Meles will leave after him an evile empire that is destined to whither away as the south african apartheid has. One thing is sure: no one would want to hear the word meles any more. His name and his deeds will go to the dust bin of history while his soul will burn in the hottest part of hell.

  14. Ethiopia will be very fine with out the proxy gang who has been adviced and highly supported by its enablers all the way since getting
power, that the so called PM (Never seen by the Ethiopians as one) using his security and military as its main means of 21 years servival along with the advice and support of the enablers is now in critical condition that he has never spent a second to think about,he has beem killing looting huniliating prisoning those real Ethiopians whom he thinks can be dangers for his given assignment the destruction of Ethiopia. His enablers are also this days concerned as the gang to get
some one who could follow his foot steps which will be hard to pracice
the guy has taken that assignment volunterily with joy as it is also his long dream as the Ethiopian peoples wants to see the gang vanished overnight and replace it to a very powerful democratic land that can be a role model for the continent and the world as well.Having said that it was my all time dream to see the individual in court confessing all the harm he has done on Ethiopia and its beautiful peoples with honesty any way history will put his day to day betrayal and traitor act for the generation to come.

  15. Let’s talk about ‘progress’ in Ethiopia.
Meles and his TPLF goons have been (along with EPLF) waging war of secession. During this time, they robbed banks, destroyed bridges, generators, factories and mined roads. They had no qualms of killing civilians and blaming it on those fighting the secessionists.

If you ask me, whatever ‘progress’, if it was to be attributed to the ruling class, hasn’t nearly compensated for the damage TPLF caused throughout its life. Aside the death of tens of thousands of people, lost economic opportunities are enormous.

And, let’s be honest. TPLF has been dragging down progress which otherwise Ethiopian people would have capitalized on the ‘peace’ time. Whatever progress was in Ethiopia was because of the Ethiopian people, certainly not Legesse Zenawi.

But I’m preaching to the choire

  16. the pale dwarf assassin, Zenawi, has had cancer all along but never kicked -in until Abebe Gelaw’s ear bashing reactivated the dormant cancer cells…… Now the man who tries So many people including Elias Kifle to death in absentia, has now himself swang from death to half life. But I think Bereket Simon will take over and will try Abebe Gelaw for manslaughter charge……. kkkkkk!!!!

  17. Death is the least punshipment for Meles. We Ethiopians will never forget what he did to our people and country. He has fresh blood of muslim Ethiopians in his hand. I am sorry to this as an Ethiopian, but he has to go. The more he stay alive and in power, the more people will get killed by his ignorance federal police and Agazi force. He messed up our beloved country for the past 21 years.

  18. Meles could have been a beloved and adored son of Ethiopia that was admired by all Ethiopians as the South African leader Mandela regardless of his race or his ugly appearance if had a kind heart. if Meles wasn’t an evil vicious hateful racist that abused his power in every possible way that went on a killing spree, close to 90 million Ethiopians would have been in mourning by his illness and death, but, that is not the case, and his death is a welcome relief for all Ethiopians who have gone through so much for 22 miserable terrifying years dictator Meles brought to Ethiopia and Ethiopians. What a shame!

  19. May the very man that brought so much fear, depression, hopelessness, grief and broken heart to countless number of Ethiopian parents, never see the light of day again.

  20. Meles Zenawi is an eritrean and an agent of Sudan-Egypt. Meles Zenawi has left Ethiopia landlocked. He created a war of destruction against Eritrea and Ethiopia. Eritrea suffered most. In the last 20 years, Ethiopia paid more than 15 billion dollars for port services to Djoubiti, a small country of 500000 people, mostly nomads. What a shame that 90 million ethiopians had to pay for port services for 500000 people. Why UN allow this? Why does Eritrea all the ports which have been Ethiopia for more than 3000 years? Asseb should have been given to Ethiopia. Meles Zenawi and many other eritreans who controling the regime in Ethiopia distorted history to make ethiopia landlocked. Meles Zenawi is an ignorant, who can not understand international politics. His death is most welcomed. He should have beenbrought to justice like Ghadaffi. His death is most welcome to Ethiopia and our friends.

  22. Dear my hero Eliase, your struggle for freedom seems to bear fruits eventually. Our prime number one enemy Prime Monster Meles Zenawi is on his way to hell. This will be the first step of for our liberty. By the time when the rest TPLF and their families vanish we will be totally free and we will be in a position to reconstruct our mama Ethiopia once again from the destruction we inherited from people enemies Woyaneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees.

God bless you Elias for what you have done for the last two decades unreservedly.

    We adore you!

  23. From my reliable sources Our Most Benevolent Prime Minister Meles is recovering at home from a bad spell of cold. That is all. You loafers here in the Diaspora keep forgetting that Our Most Revered, Most Intelligent Prime Minister is 100% immune to all deadly illnesses. This Modern Day Disciple of Jesus Christ will walk on this very good earth with a mission from God to eradicate all facets of misery afflicting not only our people but the entire people of Africa. His presence is crucial in every effort. Just look at the recent AU Summit. It was so boring without him that they rushed it through. መለስ የኔ ወንድም ጋሼ ቶሎ ና!!!
I dared you last time to a bet but none of you have the guts to come forward and have a wager with me. Ok I will up the ante this time. My wager is that Our Most Benevolent Prime Minister will beat the cold he is battling now and will come back stronger as our famed black lion. Anyone of you want to bet? Anyone? If I lose and you have no criminal record or intent, I will let you drive my Mercedes S600 for a day. And if you lose you will do every thing I tell you about our Most Benevolent Prime Minister and the government he leads thenceforward. Anyone?

Haven’t you heard about NOT TO TAKE THE LORD’S NAME IN VAIN? You obviously, do not know what Jesus is all about. If you think that evil Meles is JESUS, I hate to see what you think of LUCIFER.
If you think dictator Meles is out with a simple cold that sent him to Belgium to get treatment, may you and the rest of TPLF never suffer from other serious sicknesses, but only with the same kind of spell of cold that sent the brutal dictator to Belgium.

Apparently you have an inherent problem of reading between the lines. You must be one of those good-for-nothing mope Shewan Amharas. There was never a time where they were able to read between the lines especially after November 1974. I did not say Our Most Revered Prime Minister Meles is Jesus but what I claimed was he is the Modern Day Disciple of Jesus. You see your problem? If you are telling me that you hold a college degree I will tell you that you did not earn it or I will pronounce it defunct right on the spot. I will repeat for you what I said: “This Modern Day Disciple of Jesus Christ will walk on this very good earth with a mission from God to eradicate all facets of misery afflicting not only our people but the entire people of Africa.” And you better believe it, live it and don’t even say squat about it. LoL! How ignorant are these soulless woyanes! It is impossible to imagine the extent of their ignorance and hardheartedness. It is beyond me, why and how any human being support a criminal that robbed billions of Ethiopians Tax payers and the aid money, the dictator that left Ethiopia landlocked, sold Ethiopia’s fertile land, sold millions of our Christian Ethiopian young women to Muslim countries, locked up hundreds of thousands law abiding Ethiopians to be tortured in rotten woyane prisons, mass murder Ethiopians in Afar, Gambela, and other Ethiopian provinces…endless, endless crimes…. And still these bunch of brainless hateful leba woyanes like Tekle support a mass murderer tyrant…hard to figure out what happened to these TPLF little brains that make them to be senseless and coldblooded.

  24. When he was hospitalized, the Tigrai People Libaration Front (TPLF’s) cadres said, he was on a vecation (he needs some rest), when he was in a critical condition, they said, he is ill, but in good condition. What are they going to say when he die? He is alive, but in a critical condition? Until when are they going to lie. I thought it was Melies only that is a pathological lier, but now I know the whole TPLF gangs are ptheological liers. They lie about everything. They are busy covering and worrying about their gang leader’s heath and this year they skipped the yearly fabrication about the OLF’s and Eritrea’s intention to bomb this year’s African Union submmit, or is it on its way to the UNSC? One thing is for sure their gang leader is going to hell sooner or later. When you do evil to otheres it haunts you back. Everything the TPLF tags wished to others is coming back to them.

Melies has been suffering from nightmares for the last 21 years. Since Abebe Gelaw struck him as a lightining, he started to have not only nightmares but also daymares. As Abebe Gelaw started with the word, “Meles Zenawi is a dictator …” Since then Meles started to get puzzled even listening to his own name called by his wife or his TPLF tags (hearing the word Meles frets him, especially when someone calls him loudly from a distance, even when his wife calling him from onother room). Being aware of this, lately, his wife and other TPLF tags started to call him by the name Leggese (his real name). He is even registered by the name Leggese at the Brussles hospital. What I heard from the TPLF’s insiders is that he asked his family to promise him not to write the name Meles on his grave stone and he wanted to be burried in unidentified location, so that Abeba and his likes will not disturb him anymore. Abebe Gelaw made him hate his name and his life. What a tragedy!!

As to Ethiopians, as someone said it before, the last 21 years will be remembered as the “Zemene Diablos,” not Zemene Paulos, I repeat “Zemene Diablos.”

  25. You guys just watch Bereket Simon’s interview today and decide for yourself. Minister Bereket Simon almost told the world (in his body language) today that there is a much much higher possibility that Meles has already passed away. All Bereket Simon’s physical, verbal & psychological features when he was talking about PM Meles’ health was really something. You just closely watch the video from the time Bereket starts to talk about Meles’ health. Infact working on a video clip of that part of the interview might be a very good idea. Bereket is reported to be one of the guys who went to see Meles in Brussels and you wish to believe he would be more confident to talk about Meles’ health today given Meles is still alive. That is not what happened! Not at all! It is no brainer! “Transformation” was right the next topic Bereket was talking about. You watch closely here and compare his state of mind and all his body language with when he was talking about Meles. There is a great difference! Somebody please show this video to an expert in the field and they will tell you the exact same thing. Otherwise we will wait and see as lay citizens!
