The EPRDF meeting with opposition parties went on the whole day and still continuing. No information is currently available on how the meeting is going… 12:10 PM EST
It’s also reported that the 60-member CUD Central Council will meet tomorrow to decided on whether to enter parliament. CUD rank and file members are urging the CUD Council not to vote for entering the illegal parliament, but there is a concern by many that the majority will vote to enter. The parliament will convene next Sunday, Oct 9… ER,

Opposition parties will meet with EPRDF Information Minister Bereket Simon this morning. Meles Zenawi will not be present at the meeting. From the CUD side, the discussion agenda will include: 1) the release of political prisoners, and 2) reelection in the 299 contested consistencies. The National Unity Government (NUG) proposal will not be presented by CUD any more. It’s not know why Meles will not participate in the meeting.

what ethiopia and ethiopian people need now is one thing ,that will be moraland value, not western policy not endless donation not new faith.if we keep the legese of our founding fathers we will not be like this today.Lets think one more time before we open anther door for tplf,lets stop beliving washington or london could solve our problem. lets believe in our self and ethiopian people, then lets choose goodleaders from diffrent part of ethiopia including none educated and educated farmers womens students and young people.No more understmate ethiopian farmers we need them and they need us. We have to believe them as they are the back bone of our country not very few educated people.what we need now is one ethiopia ,good leader many many heros and evry body must participate librate our country.
