  2. constitutionally, election board should’ve been independent and neutral, not part of TPLF. constitutionally, any political party can compete for power. Unconstitutional is ‘we fought for power for 17 years even though we screwed up and lost Aseb we deserve to rule forever with ethnic apartheid system’
