  1. The livelihood of the Muslim population in Ethiopia is under threat because of the need TPLF has to control every aspect of the country’s economy. TPLF knows for sure this is the case.

    That is why they are taking preemptive actions against Muslim Ethiopians. By intimidating, imprisoning and then killing Muslims, TPLF thinks it ican cower the muslim population and transfer their wealth to such parasetals as EFFORT and TDA.

    I appreciate the author’s well researched and fluent article as well.

    Meles is the reason that there are more extremists in Somalia today. Because of his debacle war moderates gave way to extremists. Meles took thousands Ethiopian innocent young to Somalia to be killed and dragged on streets of Somalia. In Ethiopia Meles has been in business of engendering conflicts among religious groups with out a success. Joint protest against Meles has been ongoing. He Meles designs, formulates, sets conflicts for proposes of getting aid, support and alliance. If I correctly recall he said something like 911 was his lottery. He rode on a bandwagon of democracy and fighting terrorism to milk resources for his crimes against humanity. He Meles commits terrorist act, tortures and kills innocent people and blames opposition. Wikileaks revealed many unbelievable secrete crimes of Meles bombs taxi to blame opposition. He is evil. Extremist in Ethiopia are creations of Meles. State terrorism creates perfect environment for growth of terrorism. Meles is mother of terrorism. Naturally jest like in all other places there may be traces of terrorism but the mother and father of terrorism in Ethiopia and region is Meles. Meles has being accused of genocide, human rights abuse, economic crimes, politically motivated crimes, and other high crimes.

    @Ethiopian, by provoking Christians and Muslims, you can never protect Ethiopia, our fathers protected our country by creating mutual understanding between social groups. I am an ardent conservative Orthodox Christian but Muslims right in my country is as important as Christians right. God is creator and father of all. He wants his children to live in peace. If you don’t believe in this, then you can never be a Christian or a Muslim. Meles is a mutual enemy for both religious groups. He has poisoned the healthy relationship between ethnic groups, between, Christians and Muslims and so on. Don’t give a chance for this devil.

    Please, make sure which group you’re talking about.
    If you’re denying extremist wahabists are not a threat to national security, I’ll invite you to read history back to the king’s time
    how we paid the price due to these elements. They tried to subjugate us by war, which is impossible! Like any Islamist movement in northern Africa, they are behind any uprising ready to hijack it and manipulate to their advantage to install sharia. This is fact!

As the last days of the TPLF maffia family approaches there is nothing they would not do for their survival; and that includes exterminating all the muslims in the name of “terrorism”; HOWEVER, wether they know it or not Al-mouares did all of his homework given to him by his wahabi sheiks and for weyanes it is a loss-loss situation.   6. I will comment more on how the TPLF regime is extremely bent on hunting muslims under the name of terror. Especially in Gondar area the Muslims are being harassed their account in Bank compromised and their tax rate hicked. They have to pay high and exorbitant taxes or they are going to jail or their tax rate back tracked and re assesed to up to 7 years. One Muslim recently lost 10 milllion for back payed taxes. More to come, Gragn Ahmed’s grave was destroyed by unknown men who came from Gonder to Denkez area. I have real evidence showing the destruction of thise highly precious tomb in Denkez. I have one real informant in denkez who works for China road company.

    Where is my comment? You preach diversity and then you yanked my opinion. I demand my democratic rights respected and respected now! You should live up to your democratic claim. I wrote the other day a comment opposing Islam in my Christian land of Ethiopia, but for some reason, my friend Elias Kifle didn’t like it; therefore, he didn’t post it. Any time I write about Islam on Ethiopian Review, I have been always doubtful Elias Kifle would post it. I have no any ill-feeling on my friend Elias Kifle. I know he wants to please the Muslims as well as the Christians.     but i will say this

    In Gonder it is not the Muslims only but both Christan and muslim who are paying dearly by this parasite TPLF.TPLF is not just a christian or a Muslim problem but a problem to all Ethiopians period.therefore we all have to fight this parasite together as Ethiopian.

    We are in unison when you say that my christian friends are not as bad as one may think considering the evil Meles agents. It is understandable that your point is well taken. However, I have encountered people who are either working for Meles or his agents or just die hard supporters of orthodox Ethiopian Church who wore a T-shirt that read:”One religion one country”. I had to fight over that and many people disagreed with me citing it is his democratic right. although wearing a T-shirt is nota problem in itself despite its content, the angry voices were telling me something deep.

A reply to tera sew,is it not frghtening then? but again tera sew,we Ethiopians with our mighty God will throw them in our foot soon,the English fought the Germen agresser like a lion,even if I do not like what they have done in the time of the two kings Theodros and Yohaness,they were strog with their God and that God is ours too,down to dictatorship of tribalists and ignorants.I hate injustice and lack of respect,God bless you.
