  1. It doesn’t make sense to me. Instead of working together or all inclusive, creating ‘drijit’ is doomed to failure. All oppositions must come together to work together to save the country. we are yet to learn how to handle the business of politics particularly Ethiopian politics. Let’s put down our ego.And learn to say ‘we can do’ than ‘I can do’.

  2. In my opinion it is good to make more strong the known organiaztion in human power and financially rather producing another one if we want to liberate the Ethiopia FROM WEYANAE

  3. IN MY OPINION IT IS GOOD TO MAKE MORE STRONG THE KNOWN POLITICAL PARTY IN HUMAN POWER AND FINANCIALLY RATHER PRODUCING A NEW ONE .I APPRECIATE IN PARTICIPATING IN THE STRUGGLE THE WEYANE.MAKE IT CLEAR THE END RESULT.

  4. I don’t know how this council is important and has ability to throw the brutal government of Meles. Is our problem at this time becuase of lack of a transitional council? No is the answer. Dr. Fessiha Eshetu is a new suddenly emerging person to fight Weyane where he was nothing contributing in the struggle of the Ethiopian people for almost for 40 years. If the said transitional council can bring change there is no need to take the struggle forty years. But to bring a democratic political change in a country is not easy, needs more ups and downs as well as designing tactic and strategy. We can learn from the Eritrean transitional council formed in Ethiopia to change the Eritrean govt. by Weyane. It is formed before 5 years but bring nothing change. Another Ethiopian unity group is also moving to form a transitional unity group of Ethiopians in Canada/Ottawa. This is absurd and confusion. I don’t know in how many groups the diaspora will divided. I think what the better thing to do at the current Ethiopian political situation is it is better to strenthen the struggle started by G’7 and Olf and other political and civil society groups and form one Ethiopian united front. This is the right road map and fruitfull. I appreciate the efforts of Dr. Eshetu, lets start talking with G’7 and others you may change your mind.

  5. In my opinion we should support 100% this is the only way to achieve our freedom, if we only unite we speed to shorten the suffering our people.last 40 years our politician lost the vision rather than uniting us they are dividing us.now it is time to walk holding each other for the freedom of our people .

  6. This is good idea. BUT, don’t forget to involve the pastoralist people (i.e. Gambella, Ogaden, Afar, Borana and Banishangul-Gumuz) in this forum. Their forces on the ground can contribute to it through. Otherwise, the coming change will split Ethiopia into many pieces. Take care!
