Some of these past photos of Sarah Palin are attracting the blogsphere’s attention. But Obama Campaign is advised not to focus on her, and instead point out McCain’s judgment and “flawed” decision making. Here is how one blogger put it:
“John McCain’s selection of Sarah Palin as his running mate can only be successful if the Democrats mistakenly focus on her, rather than using her selection to highlight what it says about John McCain. We need to look carefully at her, of course–something McCain apparently didn’t do–but we need to do so as a reflecting mirror in which to study McCain.
McCain’s selection of Palin is widely seen as a gamble that just might pay off. Not if the Obama campaign handles it properly, though. If they do, it has zero chance of success.” – Paul Rosenberg
A ER reader commented: “The Obama campaign will have to handle this very delicately, not to say anything that would sound demeaning to Palin, and yet try to send the message that it’s an insult to the intelligence of women for McCain to think they can just throw any woman at them, no matter how unqualified, and that they’ll run to him.” – TM

I’m insulted that McCain thinks that because he picks a woman, any woman, Hillary supporters are going to vote for him.
How dare he?
What makes it worse is that on his first executive decision McCain put politics first, there is no way that Palin is the best choice the GOP has for a VP. More so when we are talking about the eldest presidential candidate.
McCain’s decision is reckless and sad.
She is hot!
What I find most amusing about these set of photos, is the fact that McGrandpa has always stood for a conservative agenda. There is nothing conservative about these photos. In fact, our potential V.P. really looks like a slut in some of these images. She is a definite VILF, but not someone I would personally want to have in charge if McCain croaked over and we were in the process of getting nuked.
But then again, I’m not a conservative.
look at the third photo wow!extremely hot!
I strongly believe that American women can understand McCain’s “dirty” game to think that women can be easily manipulated
hum
I think he did make a very fine and correct decision. She is anti-fascist, anti-communist and staunchly pro market economy. She is also spotless in her stand against terrorists. She is uncorrupted with the Washington politics and can be decisive with out losing her sweetheart persona. Above all she does not tax on this unabated effort trying to feast on shallow people’s emotions. God Bless Her!!!
this is a picture from a long time ago people. she is a governor, a family oriented female and a mother of five right now. but what it is about is obama and what he did to hilary and her supporters. He disrespected hilary and her supporters by nominating a person who got out of the race early in the primary getting only 5% of the vote.by the time he got out of the race hilary was enjoying an average of 45-50% of the national vote. Obama has shown his disrespect for women, for 18,000,000 people who voted for her and for the clintons legacy time and again. i didnot like that at all. he is a calculating politician who doesn’t back away to get what he wanted. he should loose and learn a lesson and come back in 2012 with some respect for women.
1) Most Ethiopians are NOT citizens in America to vote people! Out of 500,000 Ethiopians in America, probably less then 50,000 can vote and most DON’T vote, this is a fact.
2) Even if they can vote, what has OBAMA Campaign promised the Ethiopian Community for that Matter? Do you think he’ll force Meles Regime to change it’s way? Think again! Politics of Bill Clinton raised the level of the regime and gave them more money, they’ll likely do the same!
3) Ethiopian Americans, I hate to say it are NOT exactly a very pro active group politically, just cause less than 3 Ethipian Americans work for either Hillary or Obama Campaign this year does not mean they represent the Ethio community people!
My Point?: Regardless of who wins in November, the situation in Ethiopia will NOT change unfortunately, even if Obama wins! IF YOU AS A PEOPLE WANT TO WISH WISH WISH, IT’S FINE, BUT YOU’LL BE DISAPPOINTED!
…FURTHER, REMEMBER, OBAMA IS JUST ANOTHER POLITICIAN, HIS GAME IS NOT BEING A TYPICAL POLITICIAN, THAT’S ALL. I WISH HE’D WIN, BUT I’M SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT NOTHING WILL CHANGE AS FAR AS ETHIOPIA OR EVEN AFRICA GOES FOR THAT MATTER!!
But good luck everyone, with your psychological rollercoaster that will not be so…
AS FAR AS SARAH PALIN GOES, SHE WONT’ MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE LONG RUN BY NOVEMBER, IN FACT, MOST WOMEN WILL NOT VOTE FOR HER EXCEPT SOME REGEAN DEMOCRATS THAT ARE ON THE FENCE WEARY OF OBAMA.
The modus operandi of American politics, and especially the republican politics is all about deception and manipulation. They have been doing this for long time but time around they are desperate and I think it would not work. Democrat should challenge this hypocrcy in every turn untill blow out in pieces.
It appears Palin’s selection of the conservatives is a slap in the face of women in general and the American women, who voted for Hillary Clinton, in particular. What is at stake here is leading 200+ million people out of the associated misery of a plummeting economy and an ensuing international stigma resulting from uninvited intervention of the US government in the internal political affairs of many nations of the world. America needs patriotic liberators not beauty contestants. The rest of the world is watching carefully.
I say Sarah Palin is our Teddy Roosevelt on horse back a real leader. A person who will make the positive decision of the American people and stick by them. She displays the common sense that’s well needed or the up coming problems in America.
I would say McCain’s choice was really a great gift for the Obama Nation!
Obama is an authentic political Pele. Regarding Biden I have a lot of respect for the guy….during the 9-11 hearing I was watching the Senate hearing and I remember Biden asking with astonishment why we expect these people in these countries to love us when we go out and support and arm the very government that is oppressing and killing them? He also said that as Americans we are obligated to push for accountability and democracy from these governments. He also said that as leader of the free nation, we have to revise our foreign policy and empower the people in these countries and push for these governments to be more democratic and make them also accountable. So I am praying that when Obama is in office it will not be business as usual and he would have a different foreign policy approach for sure than Bush.
Remember “change” is the slogan for the Obama campaign and I believe he is genuine when he said that! He is going to change our paradigm and even our adversaries’. America could only gain backs its respect, glamour and admiration when the our government practices its core values.
