Senior Eritrean leaders visit Washington DC, NY

The politburo member of Eritrea’s ruling party, PFDJ, Ato Yemane Gebreab, visits Washington DC. Ato Yemane, who also serves as political adviser to President Isaias Afwerki, met with Eritrean community leaders and youth association members on Saturday.

Contrary to reports by the Woyanne propaganda machine, the ill-advised U.N. sanction against Eritrea did not interfere with Ato Yemane’s visit to Washington.

His colleague and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ato Osman Saleh, is currently in New York. Ato Osman has been holding meetings with U.S. and other governments’ officials.

Both Eritrean officials are also holding town hall meetings with the Eritrean community.

    Issayas Afewerki is offering Ethiopia free port of Assab as pre condition and reconcile their difference and restore the old relationship. His very senior and had previously experience with Ethiopians negotiation have been appointed by Isayas to find resolution with Ethiopia and he also asking friendly counties to bring them to table to resolve their differences. The report is coming from Assenna.com an Eritrean opposition Radio broadcastes to Eritrea and around the world to Eritrean Diaspora. The news is being leaked from Eritrea inside decision makers. This is extremely dangerous for Ethiopia specially now all the Tigray EC and CC are from SERAYE AND AKELE GUZAY the remaining are related by marriage to Meles and Sebhat. Ethiopia is going to be exposed for looting its virtual resources since there is no one to stop Eritreans if the wishful of Shaebia materialized. Ethiopia does not need free port but its own natural ports and the entire Afar region. Meles is going to fool all Ethiopians again and allow Eritreans to print Ethiopian birr in Asmara and buy all Ethiopian goods for free including all cash crops like coffee and Sesame and export by Eritreans to convert the printed Eth birr in Asmara to hard currency to buy capital goods to set up manufacturing companies in Eritrea.

    All Ethiopians if you do not like devaluation of Ethiopian birr because it is bad for inflation and Ethiopian consumers will be heart from it, then you will be devastated by the printing Eth birr in Asmara and all food crops and cash crops will be transferred to Eritrea for free and Ethiopian inflation will sky and the economy will plummeted to the ground and our people will expose to starvation more.

Read history and understand how the past leaders of Ethiopia were, whether you call them dictators, imperialists, absolute monarchy, or Nefitegna, they were true to Ethiopia and their principle. Maybe his boss is coming to his senses and trying to join the community of sane nations. I don’t believe this would have happened if it were not for the pressure put on the Eritrean government.

  23. First of all there is no need to heap undue criticism on Elias. In my opinion Elias is really fighting for the freedom of Ethiopian people from the yoke of weyane. Just witness his recent campaigns to expose Meles and his hodam supporters in Washington DC and in front of Columbia University, NY. About the Eritrean leaders’ visit to US? Again, it is to expose Weyane’s deception and lies regarding the rights of Eritrean leaders to visit the US. I love to see Eritrea and Ethiopia re-federated and I hope that day will come to pass. As to the report that Eritrea will allow Assab to be used freely by Ethiopia? I like the idea, but we need to know more. If it is to profit Weyane and EFFORT and not the Ethiopian people, forget it. We can wait until a true Ethiopian government is in place. I love Eritreans, I grew up with them and I consider them as brothers and sisters. I hope one day we will live together in harmony.

Only weeks ago woyanes were telling us that this particular Eritrean official was sanctioned against travel and the truth is he not only can travel but goes to the US.     Thank you for this welcome news. Most of our Ethiopian brothers/sisters may not understand the importance of this news. The US Dept of Justice had Mr Yemane Gebreab on their list of terrorists, because USA is, usually, easily duped by the Weyane pathological liars. This will show that the Obama Admin may at long last coming to their senses.
    I would like to close by wishing you and all Eritreans and Ethiopians Happy Meskal(Enquan le berhanne Meskelu bedehanna adderessachu).     (Sudan Tribune) September 25, 2010 (ADDIS ABABA) – Ethiopia has launched the construction of a 5,000 Km railway complex which is aims to link the capital, Addis Ababa, to various regions of the country, Ethiopian Railway Corporation (ERC) disclosed on Friday. Officially launching the major railroad project, stretching out in eight directions across the country, Getachew Betru, Director General of ERC, said that the project which will be constructed in two phases.

    The first phase of construction will be the construction of five railway tracks, which will create job opportunities for over 300,000 citizens nationwide, and will cost the nation an estimated 6 billion Birr (US$336 million) annually. In addition, the Addis Ababa light train project will open employment opportunity to 5,000 citizens.

    If the Italians took our Afar brothers land because they had cluster bombs and other heavy guns, then Ethiopia has all those now and we are capable of taking back our lands through the same method the Italians or Issayas Afewerki did. Issayas told us in Addis Ababa African Union Hall that Men can make history to separate Eritrea from Ethiopia, Ethiopian men will make history again by the same method and means Issayas Afewerki used to take our lands. The entire Afar coastal belongs to Ethiopia and Ethiopia will take it when we have the right leader to lead us. I wish Meles Zenawi the traitor crosses Mereb River physically and fight against Ethiopia forces, that is what I want to see in my life and capture him alive with Issayas and hung them Meles at Dedebit and Issayas at Ayder elementary school.

    The sanction had everything to do against Ethiopians’ rights for existence. It was all designed to eradicate the opposition groups by threatening Eritrea, who is the open supporter with determined leaders to confront the odds, justified.

    It is like, “If you don’t know me by now, you will never, never know me” kind of song. If you don’t know what the sanction was all about by now, you will never, never know it. The sanction was not against Eritrea, primarily, since Eritrea knows its limits and capabilities, in self reliance. The issue here is about Ethipians’ rights for existence, against the mercenaries.
