Ethiopians in Amsterdam beat up a Woyanne thug

Ethiopians in Europe who are attending their annual festival in Amsterdam this week have attacked a Woyanne cadre who dared to wear a t-shirt with Meles Zenawi’s photo and walk in their midst.

After getting what he deserved, the cadre ran away and later came back with police officers. The Ethiopians told the officers that the fool was wearing a t-shirt bearing the picture of a mass murderer. They explained that it is like carrying Hitler’s photo at a Jewish festival. Many of the people at the Amsterdam festival have been traumatized and forced into exile by Meles Zenawi. The police understood the situation and took the guy away with an advise not to return.

Ethiopian Review has learned that the cadre had arrived in Amsterdam just 2 days ago from Ethiopia, and some suspect that he was sent to the festival to measure the mood of Ethiopians in the Diaspora.

  2. It seems nonsense!! It is a barbaric act to beat somebody who just wore a t-shirt with meles’s pic. If the person’s act is illcit he would be penalized by the rule of law but beating him for nothing is unacceptable. Even the police officer should bring the case to the jury since there is no country in the world even Somalia allow some one to beat a person. As far as I know even in Somalia, the Alshebab,lash the person whom they suspect as a criminal after passing the “due process of law”

    You guys don’t you see people who are wearing the t-shirt in which the pic of the most notorious guy in the world even beyond(Osama Biladen’s). But no one ask them why you wear this. After all this is very personal matter. For your information I am one of the victims in this government but taking such kind of sily measure has nothing to do with anything.

  5. Red terror all over again. We are fighting the same behavior from woyane and we are showing that we are good students of the school of derg and woyane. Any ways we have the same people who used to terrorize us in the derg regime and woyane regime. What is democracy? This man has every right to wear what ever he wants. Even if it is Hitler’s. Civilized way of responding to his actions will only benefit us. Well I know that we have some wild animals among us and we cant do any thing about it.

I have began to observe some Woyane thugs to openly support dictator meles in some cities of diaspora. in my opinion, most of this individuals are suffering from infiriority complex. for example, if someone is succesfull and is not from thier origin(kilil) they are unhappy and try to talk against the individual whether the individual is politically active or not. The good thing is this poeple are Known by every one in every city and always loughed at and are not welcomed by communities due to thier worthless infiriority comlex.

    Ethiopians hate Meles &Co. because of what they have done to Ethiopia and Ethiopians, not because of their ethnicity. As you well aware, everything in Ethiopia is under Woyanes…from small businesses to big businesses, from street police to Military High Officers…Most major banks are under Woyanes… Ethiopians have been robbed by Woyanes…hundreds of thousands of Ethiopians have been thrown in jail, tortured and killed by Woyanes…Every time Ethiopians go to any government office, it is mostly occupied by woyanes…Woyanes are the ones who gave our land to foreigners…and on and on and on.
    As some OLF, ONLF want us to believe, Ethiopia never been administered by only one ethnic group Amharas in the past. The majority of the wealthy students I went to school with in high school, were mostly Oromos, Gurages and Eritreans more than Amharas. You always labeled all Amharas to be “nefetgnas”—you are a smart guy to know better that it is not true…it is unfortunate, but, it is true that rich people from different ethnic groups have taken advantages of poor farmers.

    So my friend, don’t blame Ethiopians for hating Woyanes—they hate them because of their deeds not because of their ethnicity. You and your buddies need to speak against Evil Meles more often and let the Ethiopians and the rest of the world hear you loud and clear. Ethiopians hate the evil Woyanes, not the good law abiding citizens of Tigreas. If you reject Meles, you should also reject the blood money that is pouring in Mekelle to build more Roads, Factories, Schools, Hospitals, Expensive four star Hotels and International Air-Port in Tigrea.
    My fellow Ethiopian Halafi Mengedi, let’s unite and get rid of the criminal Woyanes and work together to bring Ethiopia to the 21st. Century.

  13. In order to get rid of Meles and Azeb you have to know and segregate Meles-Azeb and Woyane-Tigrayans. If you go after Meles and beat all the Meles preachers and followers all over the world, all Tigrayans will follow you and the Military will force Meles to resign and leave the country else they will arrest him and get his judgment day in court. If you insult all Tigrayans or Woyane, then all Tigrayans including the Military will be against you and Meles will flourish as the MESKERM EMBEBA in every five years at the poll and rule you for ever.

  15. After reading this article, I was so shocked on how ignorant we are as people and I think this is a direct reason why we haven’t made any significant progress like other third world countries. What if he was wearing a T-shirt that has PM Zenawi’s picture? What is wrong with that? How is that different from the next guy who is wearing a brand name shirt? There are woyane thugs all over the world gathering information and sending to Bereket Simon.We have to beat them up wherever they are.They usually have hidden cameras in hand and get in during demonstrations against woyannes. Some of them changed their real names and look like genuine Ethiopians but they are blood suckers.

Someone came to this guy in a very civilised maner to ask the weyane guy to be carefull with this kind of pictures because a lot of people here are directly or indirectly victim of this guy you have on your t-shirt. I believe the guy who saied that was a journalist who escaped the hands of woyane and is not able to go back home until woyane is there. After saying that the woyane guy got very provocative and sayed things like you have to respect your leader and who are you to say that to me and a bunch of unnecessary words. after a couple of word exchange the woyane guy got beat up big. I enjoyed it because am also a direct or indirect victim of woyane too.

    Has anyone told you the use of Gerund in English grammar? I doubt it. I told you many times English is not your language nor is Amharic.

    Killing is a gerund noun direct object of the verb knowing, and knowing as a gerund verb form describes the pronoun those….

    Go back to school and learn the English mechanics. I don’t want to hear anything from an inarticulate person like you. How a shameful creature you are! Stop exposing your ignorance to the readers, you neddy! Before you try to fix my immaculate English grammar, fix your crooked mouth first and brush your yellow teeth.

    I myself don’t support the violence but who is more violent than Melese Z and his thugs? If anyone who is fun of him is fun of violence and must be treated as such. He send Britkuan to prison and many more to deaths for no reason and he didn’t do it by himself but his agents and supporters like this guy. I wish if these guys (young boys in Amsterdam) took rope and tied him on some wood and stoned him (sorry for missed opportunity)…that sends a clear message to people who maim and jail innocent people just they are happened to have guns and idiots supporters like this guy.

  47. I am very upset that he walked away unhurt. They should have broke his neck. How many people died and suffered by Woayne thugs? Do not we know that they cross borders to kill people who oppose their killing and looting? I am very upset that he walked freely they should have broken his jaw.   48. I guess beating up a supporter of Meles is not wise. We should be tolerant for peoples choice. For me a person who investes in Ethiopia vs the dude who was wearing the T-shirt are the same. As a matter of fact, I respect the dude with the T-shirt. At least he was open. I hate people who say one thing and do something else later. Unfortunately, we have a lot of wishy washies lately. Bottom line, we should be more tolerant to each other. That is the only way we can come up with a strong and vibrant citizens. Let us focus on the cause. We should confront each other with ideas not with our fist. So, please let us not hate each other. If we hate each other, we’ll be opening our gate for Erthiopias’s evil wishers. For e.g. telling the dude with the T-shirt that we don’t appreciate what is happening to many innocent citezens in Ethiopia under the leadership of Meles, but you being an Ethiopian is good enough to be with us, would have served a better message rather than beating the crap out of him.
