Kinijit executives blocked from using office; Ato Abayneh denies

The Kinijit top leadership led by Wzt. Bertukan Mideksa — in the absence of Ato Hailu Shawel who is still in Minnesota — has not been using the Kinijit office in Addis Ababa, claiming that they were pushed out by former AEUP members Ato Abayneh Berhanu and others. Ato Abayneh and Ato Mamushet disagree, saying that Wzt. Bertukan and her colleagues are free to come to the office and start carrying out their responsibilities.

First of all, it is not clear why Ato Abayneh, the former vice chairman of AEUP, is still in charge of the Kinijit office. Reportedly, the office staff and security guards are being paid salary from AEUP account that was re-opened recently. Second, many Kinijit rank-and-file members are expressing frustration that Wzt. Bertukan and her executive committee are reluctant to assert their leadership, allowing themselves to be pushed around by a few former AEUP officials who are systematically regrouping their former party, while trying to dismantle Kinijit. 1. I think the best thing right now is to join with Ato Temesgen group and receive the leadeship and ascertain legality. This may take time like six moths according to the electoral board, but if the time is considered from time of release about one month is remaining. The people should push the leaders to start their activities and also should denounce those who try to retreat to their former parties. Asking the government to allow such activities is also the job of the constituencies of the party.
Anyway more is expected from the public.

  2. I am not frustrated by Ato Abayneh who is a lowlife messenger for KIC clan; I am rather frustrated by W/z Bertukan and others for their lack of courage to confront and clean up the living parasites within Kinijit such as Ato Abyneh, W/r Mesob Work and the entire MEAD clan who is serving the Woyane agents

    Woyee nedo hmmmm.

  3. It is not easy as it sounds Belaye Zeleke. They are not living in a country where they can appeal and get warrant to claim their office. DON’T forget that they are the step-son/doughters of the regime.

We have to guage their situation before we get frustrated with the courageous leaders who have challenges in their everyday move. We have to rather extend our appreciation and tell them that they shouldn’t be frustrated!!

Thanks for your suggestion yet i would hope you undersand my frustration. Its a living crime a few former MEAD members working to destory Kiniit the party hundreds of our brothers and sisters gave their lives.

Whats next we have tried every civilized method to communicate with these lowlife fueduals yet they refuse to respect the spirit of Kinijit

  5. surafel, I agree with you, is there only one room in Addis that can be an office? I appreciate your comment, the office is not a religious installation like meka or eyerusalem that can not be relocated. I really could not understand why this is a news by itself.

  6. It is high time to stop simply looking at while Abayneh & his colleagues lead CUD to the worest. What can Birtukan do alone? Dr. Birhanu and other true CUD leaders has to start to move. Enough is enough!!

  7. in my opinion the source of all thise problems the diaspora dictators who snached our money and who are trying top regroup themselves to form the so called AEUP with DR taye , yosef

  8. I think what should be done to save CUD is to call the available excutive members and start doing what is expected from them rather than waching Abayeneh groups split one CUD
