It is an open secret that the U.N. sanction against Eritrea, which was pushed by the Woyanne regime in Ethiopia with the help of the U.S. State Department, is in preparation for launching military attacks on Eritrea. Today, AFP reports that the Woyanne-financed and trained Eritrean opposition group in Mekele has announced that it is launching a military offensive.
Eritrea opposition vows to up military action
ADDIS ABABA (AFP) — An Eritrean opposition group told AFP on Tuesday it was “prepared to launch attacks” on government troops after the United Nations last week imposed tough sanctions on Asmara.
“This is a good opportunity for us,” Cornelios Osman, head of the Democratic Movement for the Liberation of the Eritrean Kunama (DMLEK) said in a phone interview.
“We are preparing our military forces to launch more attacks,” he added. “We are inside Eritrea and will hit selected targets and institutions.”
The UN Security Council last week voted for an arms embargo and targeted sanctions against Eritrea, which has been accused of trying to destablise the Western-backed government in neighbouring Somalia.
Asmara condemned the decision as “a shameful day” for the United Nations.
But Cornelios said the travel ban imposed on senior officials would “further isolate the regime” and “deter it from receiving the hundreds of millions of dollars it gets” annually from the Eritrean diaspora.
DMLEK is a member of the Ethiopia based coalition Eritrean Democratic Alliance, of which two other groups have also waged a nascent armed struggle often staging hit-and-run attacks.
Eritrean President Issaias Afeworki has often dismissed his country’s foreign-based opposition as “puppets” linked with arch-foe Ethiopia Woyanne, with whom Eritrea recently fought a border war.
Some 80,000 people died in a 1998-2000 border conflict between the two neighbours, many in brutal World War I style trench warfare.
A UN-backed boundary commission charged with demarcating the border handed the disputed town of Badme to Eritrea but Ethiopia Woyanne has refused to implement the ruling so far.

Where have these losers been? Eritreans know that these losers have been living in Mekelle and another “refugee camp” in the wilderness of Tigray (most of them from Tigray, not Eritrea) for the last 10 years eating donated food from the west and their so called leaders frequenting filthy alcoholic establishments and prostitution houses in Mekelle. They don’t have any military capability, if Woyanne thinks they can militarily challenge the Eritrean Defense Forces, they are in for the shock of their lives.
This time around there will not be a defensive war within Eritrea’s borders, the war if instigated by Woyanne will end in Mekelle and Adwa signaling the end of Woyanne regime for good.
These losers are just bluffing bolstered by the so called UN sanctions against Eritrea, the people and goverment of Eritrea don’t see these losers as a threat, they are nothing more a Woyanne creation used a pawns in their attempt to fight the Eritrean government.

The question is what is the purpose of the UN to sanction Eritrea? The whole world knows Eritrea did not invade Somalia or Djibouti. The designers of the UN sanction against Eritrea are the US ,UK and TPLF Ethiopia. For the last 18 years the three nations have been working together to weaken Eritrea. They design so many methods including the 1998-2000 war against Eritrea to break the backbone of the Eritrea people. Year after year they failed and their desperation grown exponentially. Lately the TPLF gang’s leader Meles Zenawi have been telling the US and UK his worry about the relationship going on between the Eritrea people and Ethiopia people. The gang’s leader of TPLF Meles Zenawi, the US and UK have discussed so many times how to break and kill the beginning of the relationship between the people of Ethiopia and Eritrea. They couldn’t find anything except that if they manage to impose sanctions against Eritrea using the office of the UN via the office of the AU and IGAD. Finally after working day and night the US and UK allowed the implement of the suctioning of Eritrea through the UN. And the UN followed the instruction of the US and sanctioned Eritrea. So would the sanction kill the developing relationship between Eritrea and Ethiopia people? Would the sanction demoralize both people? The gang’s leader Meles is so scared, especially about the people of Amhara if they organize themselves as dynamic powerful force, joining and leading the resistance of the people of Ethiopia. The gang’s leader don’t want see the closeness relationship between the powerful Ethiopia organization and Eritrea people. Meles is hoping the sanction to weaken Eritrea economically and if it is possible finally to invade Eritrea and achieve the US and UK interest in the Horn of Africa. As the same time he wanted to make sure that the only sanctuary nation for the people of Ethiopia to be closed forever. As all of you know the gang’s leadership is absolutely mad about ERTV Ethiopian programs. They hate it. They want to see these programs are dead for ever. The fear of the gang’s leader Meles Zenawi is the primary cause for shouting the UN to take action against Eritrea. Now when the UN sanctioned Eritrea all of them including the US, UK, and TPLF Ethiopia are bombarding us about war Ethiopia might continue with Eritrea. They say because TPLF Ethiopia have the upper hand which means Eritrea is already sanctioned TPLF ethiopia this time can successfully accomplish its objective. Well the pressure is always growing exponentially to the leadership of TPLF weyane Ethiopia. As the same time since the West plan is a like a sword they want also to continue the no war no piece situation in both nations since its suits their interest in the horn of Africa. So what ever the UN do against Eritrea they are also doing against the oppressed people of Ethiopia. The ultimatum plan is to crush the good relationship developing between the people of Ethiopia and Eritrea.

Basically I hate wars, but this time I can not wait to re-start and finish weyane right in front of thier masters. I know they wont start any agration bu I wish they do for it will be once and for all.
Although it is not possible to totally rule out the existence of opposition, I believe that there are no serious and meaningful oppositions of the Eritrean government.
Nevertheless, such declaration coupled with the UN sanction does signal something. The Eritreans should not treat it as something crap. They should seriously think about it and come together more than they did before to squash this hollow slogan. I am sure Eritreas’ might have seen it coming long a go and prepared for it. Who knows it could escalate to TPLF-Eritrea War! In any case the West is fully behind it thinking Somalia in mind. Remember when Obama was this week talking about the Terror Plot by a Nigerian, he mentioned Somalia, Afghan, Pakistan, and Yemen, not Nigeria.

I am not a fan of Issayas, but for the sake of Ethiopia, I hope and pray that Issayas or someone who despise Meles lead Eritrea. Unless Meles is stopped by every means of necessary, it is my believe that Meles wants to be the Emperor of Eritrea and Tigrea–and leave Ethiopia for the OLF to create division and chaos between Ethiopians like Rwanda. As vindictive as Meles is, and as much as he hates Ethiopians who rejected him–I have a feeling that Meles would love nothing more than seeing the Ethiopians going at it at each other. The United Nations Security Council resolution against Eritrea is based on alleged accusation of its involvement in Somalia. The Eritrean Government repeatedly denied the accusations which failed on deaf ear of the international bodies of AU, IGAD, UN, US, UK and France all deeply involved knowingly or unknowingly fueling the conflict in Somalia. The only political and armed support Eritrea admitted to the world is its unwavering support to all Ethiopian resistant force against the regime in Addis Ababa which is busy stealing and selling Ethiopian fertile land to foreigners, the land that so many generations of Ethiopian patriots gave their lives to secure it. Millions sacrificed from Mekdela to Adua, from Micchew to Wolwol Ogaden against British and Italian Colonizers. Thousands Young students in 1960 and 1970s died fighting local feudal land lords with slogan “Land to the Tiller” to secure their land to poor Ethiopian farmers. That dream has vanished with the DERG followed by EPRDF régimes, which made land ownership to the government and those in power give it sell it to whomever they like or use it as a a political tool to punish their opponents. Land that could have been used to produce food to the people is diverted to grow flowers to decorate European and Arab houses while millions left to starve! All the ‘foreign investors’ who are grabbing Ethiopian fertile land and minerals for free know exactly that EPPF is a threat to their free ride. Therefore they want to kill EPPF on its bud, and what better way to accomplish it by punishing their only support they have from Eritrea. The West, the Russians, Chinese; Indians and Arabs; consider Eritreans the bad example in Africa for all modern colonizers from East and West near and far. It is the only country that rejected the NGOs and ‘Development Experts’ who are preparing Africa for re-colonization in the twenty first century.
In the nineteenth century Missionaries with their bible came to African villages with a slogan to “civilize Africans”. But when real African leaders demanded real technical people to teach and develop their country, they turned against them. They demonized them, recruited locals supplied with arms to revolt against progressive leaders like Tewodros to replace him with Yohanis and Menelik who created havoc in the region based on religion and ethnic deference in the region. They are the real collaborators with the colonialists. Eritrea, Djibuti and Somalia would not have been colonized if Ethiopians were behind Tewodros instead of trusting Yohanis and Teklehaimanot who were collaborating with the British. The British army by itself would not have defeated Thewodros without those who betrayed him and their country and lead the enemy of Ethiopia at his door steps of the Lion’s den at Mekdela. Imagine if Tewodros was successful at Mekdelam , there would not have been a sale of land in Asab by the Italaian Mision which became the foot hold for the colonization of the red sea cost which became Eritrea, If Eritrea was not colonized there would not have been the Adua war, the Michew in Ethiopia Walwal war in Ogaden Somaia and the Keren War in Eritrea.
Today the world media are busy demonizing Eritrea and its leader Isaias and praising Meless, wining and dining him at every conference. The same tactic is employed today which was tried by Western Colonizers of the 19th and 20th Centuries. They demonized Tewdros as “Mad Man of Mekedela” and decided to replace him by Yohanis of Tigrai and Teklehaimanot of Gojam and in Somalia they also labeled the nationalist worrier and religious leader Sayid Muhammad as the ‘Mad Mullah of Somalia’ for resting the British and Italian Colonizers. They conspired with Menelik the king of Shoa to kill nationalist leaders in our region. In 1935 when Fascist Italy decided to colonize Ethiopia they accused Haile Sellasie as unjust ruler and wanted to replace him with Haile Sellasie Gugsa of Tigrai as the king of Abyssinia, because Emperor Haile Selassie chose to fight the Italian aggression against his country and people who were dying with poison gas. The League of Nations imposed armed embargo against Ethiopia, while supporting Italy with sophisticated arms, logistics and diplomatic support for Italy. The British looked the other way when hundred of thousands soldiers and arms went to Ethiopia through the Suez Canal which was under their control. Had Mussolini remained their ally against Hitler, Britain and France were happy with Ethiopian invasion by Italy. It was the threat of Italy and Germany on their country and colonies in Africa, which forced them to join the resistance of the people of the Horn of Africa against Italy and German. The prophetic words and the plight of Emperor Haile Selassie had fallen on deaf ears. Although the British claim credit that they helped us to liberate our country, the truth is the reverse, we helped them to defeat the Germans and Italians. Without the gallant, Eritreans, Ethiopians and Somali patriots, the British would not have secured the Red Sea the source of Oil needed for their war machines.
If we look back to our history, in 1935, the Ethiopian people confronted the world body at the League of Nations in Geneva for justice against the Italian Fascist aggression. The aggression started as a border conflict at “Wolewole”, a border town in Ogaden which served as a cover-up for Italy to complete its colonization process that started in 1890s. The League of Nations and superpowers of the time, Great Britain and France, ignored the plight of the Emperor Haile Selassie and his people and sided with the aggressors Fascist Italy. They claimed that Abyssinians were savage people and deserved to be under the ‘Civilized Fascist Italy’. But Ethiopians, Eritreans and Somalis ignored the League of Nations and mobilized world opinion against the unjust decision of the League of Nations to continue the armed struggle against Fascist Italy. Contrary to the Italians propaganda many Eritreans in those days saw Haile Selassie a leader they could trust who stood for justice and the rule of law. Many Eritreans and Somali soldiers defected with their arms to join Ethiopian patriots. They saw a king who abolished slavery in his country and a man of principle and rule of law to his subjects, not a dictator as portrayed by Italy. Lorenzo Taezaz, Ephrem Teweld Medhin, Dawit Okbazgi and Zerai Deress to mention few and countless “Askaris” stood by the side of Haile Sellasie in those terrible days of Italians Fascist and Racist rule in their country. They trusted Haile Selassie a man of their kind rather than the white man Benito Mussolini, who was pouring millions of lire to betray their people and neighbors. They were able to mobilize the world on their side. It took only five years for our wise parents to uproot Colonial Fascist Italians from our region! It is time to learn from our history and not repeat the same mistakes of Mekdela against Tewodros , but repeat our history of 1935-41. President Isaias need to be serious and assume the leadership role of the region to unite Ethiopians, Eritreans and Somalis to defeat the conspiracies against our region. The UN Sanction could be a blessing in disguise to the region, if we avoid repeating the mistake of Mekdela and repeat our success of 1935-41 under the leadership of President Isaias , which could pave the road of for true independence of Africa from the yolk of modern colonization disguised under development aid. The Italians did not build roads or French the rail roads to develop our region for the benefit of our people but to exploit our natural resources and ship it to Europe.Today all those who cliam to invest in our region have no intension to help us but to enrich themselves while millions starve to death.
This time if Woyane invades Ertirea, really Ertirea has a full right to enter Ethiopia from any side and stand beside the Ethiopian peoples to wage a war on Woyane. When the already angry and hungry millions of Ethiopian peoples come out with knives, axes, spears, arrows, swords and whatever they have, UN/USA will not come to help the poor war criminal Woyane, otherwise, atomatically they will side the great Ethiopian peoples, since USA has no the permanent friends, but only the permanent interests for resources. There is no quastion that the dying Woyane will take many Ethiopian lifes with it to the graves.

Ethiopians and Eritreans have never been closer in their hearts and in their spirits today than ever before: they both hate war and want to live in peace; however, if rebellious Meles wants war with Eritrea in order to divert the hearts of those Ethiopians who are planning to vote for the opposing party and convince them to vote for him by waging war with Eritrea, he is deceiving himself and his wife Jezebel because most of the Ethiopian people will never go to war against their Eritrean brothers and sisters anymore. The previous war with Eritrea had never benefited them: it only solidified Meles’ power and enslaved 80 million Ethiopians.
This time, nevertheless, Ethiopians and Eritreans should wage war against the common enemy – the Woyanne government whose only source of strength rests on the Tegarues’ greedy soldiers. The Oromos can stand up against Meles’ soldiers stationed in the Shewa region; the Amharas can deter Meles’ forces in most of the Amhara provinces; the Ethiopian Freedom Fighters can easily smother Meles’ army in Humera; the unbeatable Eritrean army can easily smash and break Meles’ mercenary soldiers in Mekelle, Axum, and Adwa; the Somalis and the Ogadens can hold their positions until the Eritrean force arrives and help them to drive the Woyanne force out of Ogaden; and the rest of the Ethiopian tribes can defend their own towns and villages from the handful and demoralized Meles’ retreating police.
The looting of Meles’ and his wife Jezebel’s countless properties should be orderly and discriminately: Any consumable food such as thousands of bottles of wine, whisky, brandy, bear, tej, tela, biscuit, dabo, injera, candy, honey, coffee, kitfo siga, and mitmita beriberi that are found in the homes of Meles, his wife Jezebel, his ministers, his army generals, and many other wealthy Ethiopians who supported Meles must be handed out to the public with no charge. However, expensive and indispensable items such as chair, sofa, beds, woolen clothes, shoes, jewelries, curtains, Arabian carpets, china dishes, gold, artifacts, and other items must be collected, documented and kept in a secured place until final analysis as to their origins and how they ended up in Menelik II Palace or in some of the wealthy Ethiopian homes.
Finally, the Judgment Day eve is arriving and the clouds of darkness are receding from the Ethiopian sky – the hearts of the Ethiopian people when Meles, his wife, his gang squad and all his crime friends are caught and removed from power. The Eritrean Army in collaboration with the Ethiopian Freedom Fighters must stay in Ethiopia until the dust settles down and Ethiopia elects its leaders for various offices. Therefore, if Meles at this particular time goes to war with Eritrea, such a reckless war will be in disguise a blessing for Ethiopia.
I have no idea why Meles wants to go to war with Eritrea since he knows he does not have the backing of the Ethiopian people. He is just rebelling against himself, against his country, and against God. “Why do you persist in rebellion?” says Isaiah the prophet. “Your whole head is injured, your whole heart afflicted. From the sole of your foot to the top of your head there is no soundness–only wounds and welts and open sores, not cleansed or bandaged or soothed with oil. Your country is desolate, your cities burned with fire; your fields are being stripped by foreigners right before you, laid waste as when overthrown by strangers.” (1:5-7)
The Prophet Isaiah is absolutely right when he said “…your fields are being stripped by foreigners, right before you….” Ethiopia is stripped of its fertile lands when Meles continues selling thousands of hectares of Ethiopian fertile lands to the Arabs. So, my fellow Ethiopians, let us pray for the quick arrival of that Final Day! It is only that Final Day that determines our future destinies.
Here again, I am not on the side of Issayas, but at this critical point, for whatever reason, since Issayas seems on the side of Ethiopians than Meles and his puppet Woyanes, I hope and pray that Woyanes get crashed and burned for the good of Ethiopia. I am afraid, the greatest evil of Ethiopia–Meles might have the upper hand by getting help not only from the United States, but also from China, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and the other countries Meles gave land to, so Meles can full fill his dream of being the King of Eritrea and Tigrea. May God hear the prayers and the cries of Ethiopian people and take Meles away to HELL where he belongs.

I hope by now we Ethiopians and Eritreans know each other by heart so let keep quite about what we are going to do if agama start a war. We already know what the western did and try to do,just for both of us better to have a good releation and stay united.
