In Addis Ababa alone, over 100,000 children are homeless. Millions live in slums. And yet, Woyanne offers to help build Sudan’s infrastructure. Eight million Ethiopians are facing starvation, but Woyanne exports livestock and invests on growing flower for export. Woyanne’s crule joke on the people of Ethiopia continues unabated.

February 11, 2008 (Rumbek) – Ethiopia The Woyanne regime in Ethiopia says it wants to help southern Sudan improve its infrastructure. A delegation from the Ethiopian Woyanne government was recently in southern Sudan assessing the infrastructure needs in the region.
Addressing Lakes state ministers in Rumbek on Thursday, the head of the delegation, Ethiopian Woyanne state Minister for Work and Urban Development Arkebe Oquebay, said that they want to help southern Sudan construct and rehabilitate its roads, bridges and housing. Mr. Oquebay said that the Government of Ethiopia Woyanne cannot assist GOSS with cash, but can deliver infrastructure and human resource development.
Last year, GOSS President Salva Kiir visited Ethiopia where he was promised this support.
GOSS Minister of Roads and Transport, Mr. David Deng, and officials from southern Sudan’s Ministry of Housing and Utilities were with the delegation in Rumbek.
