The public meeting in Oakland is about to start. The gathering is awaiting the leaders’ arrival. Meanwhile, the high-tech savvy Kinijit-Dallas members are busy sending out text messages, and making phone calls to Ethiopians in the Dallas area. This is the text message one ER just received: “To All Ethiopians, Our heroic Kinijit leaders will arrive @ DFW Airport Sep. 30/2007, 11:15 AM at Terminal D. Please pass this info.”
