They have insect/parasite inside their hair due to the milk of camel they put on their head. You know the milk of camel gets rotten within hours and develops insect or parasite real visible to your eyes. The word dirty applies to the Eritreans than Ethiopians.

He called the the low land moslem Eritreans “HASAK RIESI” meaning kimalam Tsegur....If you let this go, I am sure, you will have a problem enforcing it. Elias, I am not trying to put you here on the spot, but the man is incorrigible. If he is not listed, some of us will get in trouble for sure. He also makes up stories a lot.
