I don't think Weyane scared or have not the capability to fight. If they were scared they couldn't have gone inside Eritrea territory and bombed the opposition camp. They are bringing every African baboon behind them to sanction Eritrea in every possible way. They are using the "no war no peace" strategy not to go to a full fledged war and they don't have to second guess if the Ethiopian people will back them up like it did in the past two wars or not. What better way than this for them.
