Ethiopia can take Eritrea any time they want at this point due to the division of the ethnics and the highlanders are very few in numbers and they are looking after their future life than fighting to die for Issayas. If Ethiopia determine to take most part of Eritrea and leave Massawa, Asmara, Mendefera, Keren and Segeneyti then it will be good for Issayas to breathe and appeal to the UN. If fighting starts Shaebia knows they will be finished for good and Meles will install the Addis Ababa EFFORT money recipients and the whole politics of Ethiopia will be over. Having said the above Meles will not deploy Ethiopian troops to take any part of the current Eritrea Killil except to chase TPDM. That's a dangerous attitude on your part, Eritreans are worshipers of their martyrs, a people like that doesn't lose its cohesion and determination to fight so easily. I will give you an example, back in the fall of 2000, after Eritrea was facing military reverses, one western reporter saw the Eritrean POWS and told us the following. One Eritrean soldier was so traumatized by the war, he vowed to never see another bullet again, but his fellow Eritrean standing next to him vowed he will fight to the death when and if the opportunity presents itself.

That story left a strong impression on me, Woyanes look at the Eritreans who gave up the fight, and they paint all Eritreans with a broad brush. But the reality is, the Woyanes are always in contact with those who gave up the fight, and they assume everybody is like that. That is only because the woyanes are yet to meet again those who still have a fighting spirit.

Since the last war the Eritrean sentiment has been changed may be for good. That is the main reason right now the Ethiopian forces are going in and out without any retaliating mode from Shaebia. The TPDM scenario is good and bad for Shaebia, the good thing about them is they can fight Ethiopia and help the ruling elite Eritreans to defend them in Eritrea but those forces will force Meles to start all out war because as TPDM grows and gains voice in Tigray, Woyane will shrink and the end of the organization and the Generals and cadres will not allow that to happen and eventually there will be war in the near future whether we like it or not so long TPDM harboring military activities against Tigray. Even Meles does not want to go to war the Generals and Cadres will force Meles to accept their recommendation.

Because it is a moral obligation to sound the alarm if an insane man is about to jump off a cliff. But then again Woyanes are both insane and deaf, so the warning alarm is a wasted on them, but it helps other Ethiopians to know Ethiopia is about to be bereft of leadership, since Woyane is about to take its life, and unfortunately there is no visible replacement.
