Ethiopian Tegegnework Gettu, head of the United Nations Development Program's (UNDP) Africa Bureau says that, African countries that have scored economic growth shouldn't be begging for food-aid.
Meles Zenawi, the poster child for beggars, on the other hand, says that climate change is to blame for the man-made famine in Africa, therefore begging for food handouts is not only justified, but mandatory.
