Not long ago, Deqi_Arawit went balistic over absence of government response to the plight of our citizens in Libya. He lamented the government should do something and announce what it's doing for the public or else it loses legitmacy as a government.

Not long after his first criticism, he repeatedly blasted hgdef as "inhuman" in the treatment of Naizgh Kiflu's family who are forced to ask for public help with mounting bill. He accused hgdef of incompetence.

Recently, he was harping about the poor handling of the rumor's of Isayas's health/ death. He particularly singled out Ali Abdu for giving credence to the rumors by acknowledging the rumors. He accused him of incompetence.

The question is what will Isayas do to such criticism assuming Deqi_Arawit is a journalist that resides backhome and these comments appeared on private newspaper under his real name?

What the government is doing is safeguarding the country from total disaster and if a few rotten eggs are harmed in the process, I assure you, the majority of eritreans, young as old, will not shed a tear.

In the world of politics, change is inevitable. Remember, Derg took a lot of aid from the USSR and East Germany without giving anything back in return. In the end they were fed up with him and refused aid, which was the main cause of Derg downfall. There are certain similarities with Woyane, for example, recently Woyane officials announced to the residents of Badme western aid is threatened because of the Badme problem. Now Woyane is a terrible position, it can't exist without western aid, but clearly the westerners don't want this Badme limbo to continue.

There is some talk Woyane could switch to the Chinese side, but that would mean the west will turn against Woyane, and the Chinese can not do for Woyane what the west can.
