Could it be pure luck, accidental or am I a farsighted guy? Ten years ago, I beted all my chips on TPDM believing that TPDM will one day grow to what it is today and be a power to reckon with. As I watched the TPDM program on TV today, I couldn't help it but admire myself how I was able to forsee TPDM's amazing strength. I am just happy now that I have won all my bets.

Don't speak so soon. I bet you have said the same thing about TPLF. የዛሬን አያርገውና . Whoever thought EPLF/TPLF go at it. Anyway, you may think TPDM may be your ride to Minilik Palace but things are not the same any more. The furthest TPDM may take you if they succeed is Tigray. No single ethnic will ever rule Ethiopia after weyane. You better cash in on your bet before you get disappointed.

I don't have anything against TPDM and wish them all the success as long as they fight the Weyanes. But, I have this lingering thing on what the TPDM really stands? If they are for united AsTobya as they seem to imply, then why have a tribal name? How about EPDM or something else with Ethiopia in it?

Amantu has a good point, and he bet his reputation and he has proven himself to be a very good observer. TPDM will be the only force that can deliver the final punch to Meles Zenawi and TPLF. Both forces have TP in their name, the struggle is between DM & LF, as far as the current trend is concerned, "DM" is the new phenomenon and "LF" is the thing of the past, it's fading off the scene. I too would bet my money on DM. I think most Tigrians are also learning the strength of the new phenomenon and they are now beginning to understand the need to establish a genuine Tigrian people defender while ensuring its place amongst all Ethiopians.

No, aregaw, they can still "Liberate" Ethiopia from the Weyane maladminstartion. But why call their organization "Tigray Liberation" instead "Ethiopia Liberation" or something like that?

Unlike ethnic liberators I support all "Ethiopia Liberation Fronts". Those who get hipped by TPDM today are at one point were cheering for TPLF. No genuine Ethiopian should support ethnic libation.

I just don't get it or buy it that "Ethnic" Liberation Front (any ethnic - be it Amhara, Tigrai or Oromo) could represent all of Ethiopia. May be amantu and revolution can enlighten me on this...

Although i like them (TPDM) we know that they are toothless. basically, they are day laborours in Eritrea. they are only producing tigrigna music to show their presence. 15,000 TPDM fighters wearing their klashinkov as an ornmanent is what we are seeing for years now. basically, they are kept from doing the fighting by Shabia only to be activated on the day shabia decides they should be activated. that doesn't make them liberation fighters.

Some Ethiopians are pure hypocrites. They want change, but they do not want to be the agenta to effect it. Instead, they are waiting for someone to help them bring that change, the problem is the change others bring will be on the taste of others, while the change you bring will be to your taste. Personally, I know having to committ oneself to the cause is 75% achievement and the other 25% is divided to the physical presence to make the change and make it to your taste. TPDM have made that 75% commitment and aditional 20% of the preparation to effect the change they wat, the rest of the game is 5% and TPDM has the "IT"

That commitement you are talking about young TPDM fighters is the cheap and often free day labouring job TPDM fighters do in your land. Your warsays are running from your land in every direction and who else can serve you much cheaper on day labouring? of course TPDM. After killing their leader Molla, and effectively made them slaves, there is no surprise you put your bet on them for their slave type servitude to your ajenda
