Asheber Abebe Meles zenawi
Is digging anything to prolong his stay in power and he will keep doing it. but cooperating with Cuba would be the last choice Meles can do to focked up with Washington. "beles"comment make sense.
After the western contacting prominant ethiopian freedom fighter groups becomes official, wpyannies are fussing, or do I naively say retaliation against state department? Hehehehehe
Or should Abebe Zenawi crying and apologize like this man, the former white Sox manager (Ozzie Giuliani) to the white house?

Beles wrote:I am not asking US to do my fighting. I am commenting on a possible situation. You should be able to differentiate that. Knowing how things stand is important if you want to get any thing done. Shooting without differentiating foe from a fried in the darkness (like you usually do) is not a "plan". By the way I do have a plan. Long and short term. When you become interested in doing something more coherent and organized than your present engagement let me know and I will be happy to share it. I am not saying you are not contributing but with the same effort one could do better with a little planning and coordination.

Beles,

You seem to be a little offended. anyways, i am willing to here/see if you have an approach that is not tried in the past 20 years. I know you are a strong peaceful resistance advocate. if your idea is around that, i respectfully disengage with you since i know for sure that we are not going to agree.

Uganda's long-serving puppet-dictator Museveni is also sensing the Mubarak treatment coming his way. Will he be sending his envoy to Cuba and Iran ?

President Yoweri Museveni has warned Western embassies against recruiting young Ugandan officials as spies and agents in government, describing it as an act of corruption and money laundering.

“We have reports that they invite our young members of parliament; give them funds which are not reported either in parliament or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is corruption, if they get money which they don’t declare. If it is to help our country, it should be reported. If it is not reported, it is looked at as some of our partners recruiting agents or spies in our country, he said, adding `We don’t want embassies of our friends to recruit spies from our people. We are not hostile powers to you; neither are we your enemies, why would you recruit? This is a serious form of corruption. If you get money from foreign sources and don’t declare to IGG, Parliament or police, you are not only corrupt, but an agent.”

Yoweri Museveni thinks, only he has the right to take bribe from foreign embassies. This man is openly idiot, if he can get some, doesn't that automatically suggest others are also offered the same thing, may be even more if they are clever while negotiating like Meles Zenawi's wife. Its true the West is not in tune with Museveni and Zenawi any more, they have outlived their importance a while back, the current administration gave them the chance to conclude the previous administration promised them of. When President Obama wins his second term (which I have no doubt he will) the coming tenure will be different, and real Democratic administration will be applied, there will be no more gimmicks.
