I do not understand the Weyane mentality, to be honest. There are many Dergue officials who committed severe crimes against the people of Tegaru and A9ameia. Whereas some misguided Amharus were supporters of the deportation of Eritreans in the 1990s, I am still humane enough to admit the deportation of women and children for the sake of revenge is a very sick and sadistic thing to do. According to my informant, Sebhat Nega issued "war on Amhara" just a week before this round of deportation (fully documented on the pro-Weyane website of Ethiopianreporter.com) . People were expecting killing and imprisonment of few Amhara leaders but no one really expected a deportation on this scale.

Still I do not believe you because Sebhat does not have any kind of authority in the government for a while, he may have an influence individual people in high positions but Sebhat cannot act as representative of the Government
