Why can't they bury him in London? What is the problem with that? It's not like his kids and wife still live in Eritrea. It's sad to see the GoE involved in petty things such as deciding who can and can not get to be buried in their homeland. But, I'm really angry with the family too, I just don't get why they are trying to use their loved one's corpse to score a political point or two against the government? I can understand that it's every Eritrean wish to be buried backhome but the family action is equally as disgusting as the government and they should at least try let the man rest in peace now.

I don't blame the family, may be they are just respecting the wishes of their beloved one that he want to be buried in the country where he was born and raised.... As far as i am concern, The blame goes to the authority...Why do they need to make a big news of nothing.... After all, the man is DEAD!! and to allow the body to touch the dust in his home village is that last the government can do.

The Wikileaks diplomatic cables have revealed some ugly truths and some are paying a price for sabotaging their nation. The arm chair politicians and paper tigers need to understand that the Eritrean intelligence services is one of the best in the world. :!: Thus before any personal or emotional issues the Eritrean national security comes first.

Reminding the Tribal Junta ethnic warriors that ethnic politics in Eritrea is buried six feet under and has no place in modern Eritrean politics is a must. The sickos need to learn from the Eritrean experience - the nuts and bolts of how to build a united, free, progressive, democratic and self-reliant nation from the ground up.

Our heroic and gallant fighters are dying on a daily basis all over the world. These brave souls never demanded any thing from Eritrea except to give to Eritrea everything they had till the last second, minute, and hour of their lives.

These hero/heroines are still guarding and building Eritrea for FREE. By the way every squad or platoon leader in the EDF has more battlefield experience than a four star US general. And, when they die, they have our utmost respect and their memories reside in the heart of every Eritrean for eternity.

After I had some talks with Eritreans and roughly research, I have some questions to the Eritreans, specially to Deqi-Arawit.

1. Do you think your government is so cruel and would deny a former "innocent" fighter to be buried in the so called patriot's cemetery?
2. If yes, why are you supporting such cruel government because other fighters (maybe your relatives too) can be the next?
3. My talks with Eritreans resulted that he may have sold some informations to Weyane or CIA, (if true) would it be legitimate to bury him in patriot's cemetery?
4. My informations say that the government has not denied his soul to be buried in Eritrea but in patriot's cemetery, if these informations are true, don't you think the family is to blame?

this is what happens when deki 40 are in charge of dekibat eritrean lands; the don't know the morals and values of the eritrean people at all. isu wedi 40 is now the owner of the land, skys, mountains, and the people. he can do whatever he wishes at any given time; the sad part is there are suckers who cheer the motherF*****r. anta fetari, we fought for 30 plus, gave up over 100+ of our family only to beg one wedi 40 for everthing, hifret of the century..this wouldnt' happen if isaias afkelbi came from an eritrean womb, the man tsulul.

redsea
resah filthy bootlicker...i wish i knew who you were monkey; i would break every single bone in your ulgy face. its not in eritrean dna to bend over to any one even to a home grown tyrant. you're another son/daughter of wedi 40, by the way bootlicker, i urge you to check the dna/bloodlines of the leaders in asmara. its in your dna to be bootlicker

Reviewer...Our national security and our existence as a nation is a sacrosanct cow which should never be touched even it means the death of half our population but the question. is...We are talking about A Dead person, i repeat DEAD MAN who can’t answer to the accusation which he is blamed for.....Now, Does it means, denying him burial in his home country will serve us some justice? or we are going to feel triumphed? ...If he was a traitor and passed confidential document to our enemy, let history judge him as such but to deny him burial sounds like beating the dead horse.

2) in reference to your second question...it is tied to the first question.....Under the circumstances which prevails at the moment....and considering we have many adversaries off shore and within our neighborhood...I will support the government unconditionally but it doesn’t mean, i am not going to raise question which makes me unease.

The Answer to number 3 and 4 is....At this juncture, He is not in human jurisdiction but he is in the hand of God/devil....and let God gives him the punishment he deserves for "been a traitor"..

80,000 Eritreans and Ethiopians of Eritrean dissent were deported from Ethiopia a la Nazi style through border crossings infested with land mines during the so called border conflict. Genocidal massacres were committed in places like Ona, Omhager, Sheeb, Agordat, Wek Duba, Asmara...etc..etc to name a few.

Ethiopian elites were delighted and were partying 24/7 when these atrocities were visiting the Eritrean population. Until this very moment , I have yet to hear or read a condemnation of these heinous acts of barbarism from the Ethiopian pseudo-intellectuals.

Oddly enough, it's the Eritreans that worked hard and advocated for the creation of a united, strong, democratic and progressive Ethiopia at peace with itself and its neighbours. :!:

The ethinc politics that was designed by the Nefthegnas is now perfected and institutionalized by the Tribal Junta. Thus, in today's Ethiopia anything and everything is seen and measured through an ethnic prism. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to imagine what the end result of this madness would be.
