The Somali Regional President is currently in London with his wife and collected about 1.2 million USD from the Hawala Companies and Somali Diasporas in the UK for Abay Dam. All Somali Hawala Companies and TVs, and also Somali Diasporas in the world were asked to pay money, or the Ethiopia Government will capture their regions and their people will be arrested if they don’t contribute. In this regard, Kaah Hawala Express paid £100,000 while Zuhura Company paid $200,000. The owners of the both companies are from Somalia, not Ethiopians, but they have established a big business link with the Woyane leaders. However, this money 1.2 million USD were collected by Somali Diasporas by force, telling them that they will get their contribution in Ethiopia, which will be used for the construction of Abay Dam. I thought the dam is in Amhara region, but actual location is in Benishangul Gumuz region.

However, there are humanitarian and leadership crisis in the Somali region. This week’s humanitarian reports from Ethiopia Government (FRMFSS) and UNOCHA indicated food and water shortages in the Somali region (Ogaden). For your information, about 35% of the needy people in Ethiopia are in the Ogaden region. This is because of the conflict, ban of trade and aid going to the region, Janjawid (liyu police) operations, and also bad leadership of the Woyane in the country.
But this person (Abdi-Iley) is in the UK collecting money for Woyane military operations in the Gambella, Afar and Ogaden regions.

In 2 March, xaajo.com reported that, Abdi-Iley arrived in the UK with delegation, but the only person who was with Abdi-Iley is his wife, and I cannot understand whether the wives of Woyane group are the officials in the governance system! This means there is actual humanitarian and leadership crisis in Ethiopia, especially in the Somali region. The role of Abdi-Iley’s wife is to have another way of money collection from the Somali Diasporas and Hawalas, which will be used for establishment of new private company with Abay Tsehay and Tewolde in Dubai and Nairobi. In this regard, Azeb Mesfin (Meles’s wife) was not happy with this trip and the reasons are not clear, but one reason is the competitions among the Woyane wives in collecting money by any means. Because they are aware that, their husbands are criminals and committed criminals and genocides in the Ogaden and Gambela regions, and also will leave the power, be punished by Ethiopians and arrested by ICC very soon.
