Between the death of Zenawi and the writing of this "law", i think that is about 30 days. I wonder what the Weyanes told the guy as to why he was to write this law

It should have been super intersting to be there.

If the "law" was written at all it was written by Ms. Gayle Smith in the white House and dictated to the US embassy in Addis, which in turn dictates it to woyannes minister of injustice, that's how things work in Ethiopia today, all decisions are made by those who pay the bills, their interest is what matters most. In short Ethiopia is direct colony of America.
