ENTC conducted a successful consultative conference July 2-3 on the process of the removal of the oppressive Ethiopian regime and replacing it with an all-inclusive transitional government. Listen to the VOA interview with Ato Sileshi Tilahun (Afe Gubae) below as aired today.

ENTC is finalizing preparations for the consultative conference on the process of the removal of the oppressive Ethiopian regime and replacing it with an all-inclusive transitional government. Preparations were underway since February where the general assembly passed a resolution to hold such a conference in July 2013. Invitations letters went out to all stakeholders, political and civic organizations, religious institutions and renowned Ethiopians and scholars. In addition to that, all patriotic Ethiopians were invited to attend via the registration page that was posted on the website. All parties that accepted the invitation are expected to attend the conference. The event is expected to be transmitted live using different medium of communications. ENTC Norway chapter has conducted a successful public meeting on June 22nd. Discussions were held on ENTC’s progress and on issues that are impacting Ethiopians living in Norway.

Alemtsehay Breast Cancer Foundation (ABC Foundation) is formed in Atlanta on June 15, 2013. The primary objective of this foundation is to provide Ethiopian women living in the US the awareness and support in treating and screening of breast cancer. The foundation will work with different health and humanitarian organizations in United States to help Ethiopian women.
