EPRDF is terrorizing the people of South Omo, according to the people we talked to on the phone today. They are appealing to the international election observers to visit them and find out what is being done to them.

June 19 – U.S. aid to Ethiopia could dry up unless the country pays a tab that Congressman Dana Rohrabacher believes is owed to the family of one of his surfing buddies. WDN
This calls for informing Congressman Rohrabacher about the more important matter of murdering innocent civilians by the Meles regime. It’s great that he is fighting for return of properties illegally confiscated by the government. But the bill he introduced should also add that the government must stop killing and torturing Ethiopians, and all those who engaged in such crimes must be held responsible.

June 18 – Ethiopian student Tesfaye Abtew co-authored a major scientific paper with Ohio University scientists on why Solar Cells Lose Potency.
